She was proud to show me her sun salutations after just a few classes. I was surprised to see her lower into a plank and hover above the floor with good alignment and focus. She was also excited to share the stories and songs she had learned as part of the practice such as singing about the sunshine or balancing a jewel on her forehead while participating in a guided meditation activity. As a former dancer and yoga teacher, I was impressed at how body conscious and healthy the instruction seemed to be while inspiring the children to feel the benefits and joy of yoga.

There's plenty of parking available, and Tierra Mia is at the end of the shopping center, so you can get yourself a treat after class like I did!

We formed a private group lesson with Sarah for 3 of our friends who has The same age; With different individual needs and limitations, Sarah has been a very good instructor who gave us lots of encouragements and patients; And she also pamper while we were not able to perform the posts, it's very important for us to consist and insist in the classes which are good for both of our health and mind; Furthermore, her hard working and motivation really give us a very good energy and impress us a lot! Violet Yoga is the place where you should try and can't afford to miss. Today I'm down almost 20 lbs, added a lot of lean muscle, and finally have visible abs for the first time in years. Big thanks to the team for keeping me accountable and pushing me when I needed it. I began my Pilates journey this year with high hopes, but that excitement completely vanished…read morewithin three months. I am officially canceling my membership and will not be returning. While the workouts are great, the rigid, member-unfriendly policies make it impossible to stay. I am giving this location two stars because of their lack of empathy and predatory "waitlist" and "use-it-or-lose-it" system. The notification system is designed to fail the consumer. I was notified via email at 7:38 PM the night before a class that I had been moved off a waitlist. Because of their 12-hour cancellation policy, I had less than 20 minutes to decide if I could attend before being financially locked in. To make matters worse, the studio closed at 5:00 PM, meaning there was no staff available to help or clarify. As a mother, finding childcare with 20 minutes' notice is impossible. When I spoke with Melissa the next day, it was clear that following the "policy" mattered more than hearing the customer. I lost my class credit despite the impossible notification window. Furthermore, the studio holds members to strict standards while they change instructors at the last minute; I booked with Maura, but Ruben taught the class without prior notice. Advocacy for Change! Change is needed here. This business operates as a "money grab" rather than a fitness community. I even lost four class credits because of a car accident that left me unable to drive for a month, a situation entirely out of my control. It is wrong to hold paying members to the same rigid waitlist terms as a one-time visitor. Members commit to this business monthly and deserve a policy that reflects that loyalty, such as a longer notification window or a one-time "life happens" credit. To potential members: Be aware that you are solely responsible for managing your credits in an unforgiving app. If you have a life emergency or can't find a sitter within a 20-minute window, this company will keep your money without a second thought. I choose to support businesses that treat their members like people, not just line items. For that reason, I have moved on from Club Pilates. I am now at LA Fitness because they offer Pilates classes and have a kids club. -Alane Martin
