Service was good and quick. The food came out hot which was great. New favorite when I'm in town. Will be back soon.

Food was decent. I ordered a california roll and it wasn't awful but I'm disappointed with the crab/avocado ratio and that it was just solely imitation crab. The miso soup was good though! Service was good, but I ordered through Uber Eats so it was a quick pickup. They did throw in Eel sauce for free which was nice (normally $.50)

Loved the beef n chicken teriyaki small bowl. Charred beef. Nicely flavored. Nice white meat chicken

Store front location. Doesn't look like much. But...don't judge the outside. Nice menu. Sushi rolls and cooked meals like teriyaki and tempura. I was in on a Wed nite and very nice gal took care of me. I was so undecided. She didn't rush me. Place order, pay and within 10 minutes a nice presentation of teriyaki and sushi appears. The teriyaki sauce is nice consistency. They even have spicy teriyaki. Orders small bowl. Nice portion. Nicely grilled. Good flavor served over white rice. The sushi roll with Tuna and crab was really good. I'll come back again.

Maybe I was hungry but I gobbled down a bowl of Chicken Katsu in nothing flat. Surprising even myself. The restaurant was clean and service was friendly. Great place to grab a quick lunch.

Friendly staff no smiles but they were quick and efficient. The sushi tasted really good and had no issues with the packaging especially because it was a to go order. If I would have been greeted with a smile and provided with better customer service they would have had a 5.

We were a party of 12 visiting on vacation, and none of us are from the area. We ordered spam musubi and a chicken skewer as appetizers. Both appetizers arrived well after our entrees had already been served and we had essentially finished eating. Each time we asked about them, we were repeatedly told, "They're coming." Mind you, these are simple appetizers that should not take anywhere near that long to prepare. When we asked for the third time, we finally asked that the appetizers be cancelled since we had already finished our meal. At that point, the gentleman working the front area , tall, with red hair, loudly yelled from across the restaurant, in an extremely rude and confrontational tone, "It's already on the grill!" There was absolutely no reason to speak to paying customers that way. His response was unprofessional, unnecessary, and honestly created a very hostile and uncomfortable feeling during what should have been an enjoyable dinner, especially while our group was on vacation and simply trying to enjoy a meal together. When the appetizers eventually came out, we left them sitting there because we were already done eating and ended up taking them to go. He eventually told us they would be removed from the bill, which we appreciated, but that did not excuse the way the situation was handled. Again, the food was good, but good food does not make up for poor service and especially not for an employee speaking to customers in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Management should seriously address how customers are treated, because the interaction with this particular employee overshadowed what could have otherwise been a good dining experience for our party of 12.

So of course I had to see for myself if it's hype or real deal. I'm happy to report that yes, yes it is real :) Be sure to check their hours before you go, it's a late lunch/ dinner spot and google shows the restaurant is closed on Monday & Tuesdays. But possibly still does delivery those days? I'd call to be sure. This local hibachi/ teppenyaki grill restaurant is fairly new, maybe opened about 8 months ago, and is run by a husband/ wife team with some supporting staff is doing a great job and I wish them continued success! It was tasty! It was about 6:30pm when we arrived and we must have caught the dinner rush because it filled up fast in there. We waited patiently to place our order, which gave me plenty of time to stare up at the menu boards and listen to the music playing on one of the screens. At first glance you might think, whoa this is pricey, and per entree, it "kind of" is, but you're going to get a lot of food. And quality food too! So, I think for what you will get, there's taste and value to be had. We decided for our first time to keep it simple with the proteins -- chicken and shrimp, then if we like it, we can upgrade to the more pricey steak options next time. We opted for take out and were quoted about 15 minutes to wait, and that is about what it ended up being. Pretty good timing, given it was busy in there. We didn't order any drinks, I saw plenty of soda cans and bottled drink options. One thing I also did notice, there was no restroom, so if you like to wash your hands before eating or just have to go, didn't see anywhere to do that. Which I always think is odd for any place that serves food. Once back at home we opened the containers and everything looked good, which is nice. Sometimes it's not appetizing looking with take out since presentation is less a factor. We plated up our BossBachi haul and found that splitting a burrito, noodles, and egg rolls between 2 of us filled us up, and we even had leftovers. I weighed the burrito cause it felt hefty, it was almost 1.5 lbs. and not just all rice! Had a good amount of chicken and veggies. I saw it on the menu, so I requested they prepare the yakisoba noodles as "boss way" with extra toppings and that was a good move. I liked the shrimp and noodles, very tasty! And finally those little egg rolls were nice and crispy. I hope they maintain their quality standards and keep giving great service with plenty of food per servings, for the price points. Glad we checked them out, we will definitely be back for some grilled steak. BossBachi lives up to its name, its boss!

They don't have online ordering through their website, so there were some fees ordering it through DoorDash ($26). Not their fault of course, but it would be nice to be able to order it without fees. The steak was great and the wok hay taste was really there. The bowl as a whole, however, was a bit too salty for my taste. Husband didn't think so. Maybe next time I'll order it less salty/without sauce.

We arrived a little early, so they told us we could sit at the bar & have a drink. We sat there for 15+ minutes & the girl getting things ready for the bar totally ignored us. Right before we were seated someone else took our drink order & said she'd bring them to the table. Hubby got a beer & I got a Tito's & cranberry juice. We ordered an appetizer. While we were waiting they sat another 4 with us. We all expected dinner & a "show", but none of us expected the show we got. One of the staff started screaming at another staff member. We had no idea what the female staff member was saying since her words were not in English. She was so loud & screaming in the bar area so the entire restaurant could hear her. A couple of staff members tried to claim her dow. This went on for several minutes. It was crazy. All us customers were silent & just looking at the girl screaming & yelling. The next thing we know, round two. It was unbelievable. What was even crazier was they didn't send the staff member home! No one came over & said a word. No one apologized or said anything. After all of this, they sat couple with us. Finally the chef came to the table. By this time it was 20 til 6:00. Hubby got the filet with fried rice. I got the shrimp with fried rice. The food was good. However, hubby's steak was over cooked. Thankfully, hubby told the chef he wanted to change the steak from medium to medium rare, or it would have been even more over cooked. I also watch all of the employees but one prepping the food without gloves. This used to be our go to place for, but now with all this issues this time, we will probably have to find a new place.

We got a free thing of veggie eggrolls due to them miss hearing one of our friends and thought we ordered it. It was nothing special though it tasted like the typical frozen mushy type wasn't very good. Disappointed on the takoyaki I had just one small piece of octopus inside of it and it was just all batter. Probably some of the worst type I've had. The fried squid legs. Were good can't really mess that up unless you mess the batter up pretty badly lol the Gyoza was very fresh tasting and had the perfect amount of crunch for pan fried now the tonkatsu ramen not the best in az but it was good not oily broth more thicker nooodles more on the thinner side and the pork was tender and egg made to the perfect softness for that gooey inside the beef bulgogi plate combo was good you can't really mess up Bulgogi so it tasted like any other Bulgogi. I had definitely didn't expect it to be so small though especially with how much you're paying I pay for less for way more at other places and they give me a good amount of onions on the bottom this place I barely got any onions underneath, and it was just all burnt on the bottom. So half of my onions were just stuck to the bottom and I couldn't get them off. The side dishes, though these are some of my favorite side dishes I've had at a Korean spot in Arizona. Super sucks because I would only wanna come back for the kimchi side dishes, but didn't really enjoy the food to an extreme amount to justify driving 30 minutes back and price , some items are a bit pricey, but most of the items are priced at the same as other places I've been but you get way less I really did like their kimchi, though it really was some of the best but man so far and nothing I'd want from that menu entree wise so I think it's worth checking out but I can't justify coming back
