I just placed an order and she said It would be ready in 10 minutes when I arrived 15 minutes later and she told me she had no order ready for me! I'm Latina, I know how to speak Spanish, and considering we're in Arizona, you should assume more people speak Spanish because of your location. Did this stop the girls at the front & in the back from badmouthing the customers for no reason in Spanish? No. They for whatever reason thought, since they can't understand us, let's criticize their order & what they look like. When they messed up mine & my husbands order, did they respond kindly? No. In fact I explained to them what we had ordered & how they had accidentally up charged us for a sauce that already comes with the order, they responded rudely and brashly. When I tried to negotiate with them, and ask if there was any way my husband could go back & get it fixed, they yelled at me. Without losing my cool, because you can't fight violence with violence, I explained that they shouldn't treat a customer this way as that will have them lose people. Instead, she cussed at me in Spanish (yes, I understood you) and then said to me in English that she's glad she's losing me as a customer because why would they want a customer who complains? So, ultimately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. My review is in between a 3 and 4. The rolls are definitely very tasty and the fish inside is also pretty good. We did a to go order so by the time we picked the food and came home (10 min) the crunchy top was a little soggy. The rolls are definitely very big and one roll does the job! The only thing that I didn't like about the rolls was the amount of rice they use. By the last couple rolls, I was taking off all the rice because it was getting too much. I came here for the first time and tried their teriyaki beef bowl and they're beef udon. The beef bowl size was alright. Not too big not too small. Their sauce was decent enough. But their beef, man it was over cooked and chewy. There was a good portion of beef though. Their udon bowl was better than expected. They used the same beef for the beef udon bowl so again, over cooked and chewy beef. But it was okay. I'd give it a 3.5 star. I'll come back and try other dishes but so far it's alright. read more
