#40 in my NEW ENGLAND & NY COFFEE SHOP SERIES…read more This is an Asian-owned, female-owned bakery and coffee shop with delicious Asian-inspired pastries and fun drinks! We came on a Sunday around 10:30am and they were almost out of some of their pastries. Definitely go there earlier. But that just shows how fresh everything is! Firstly, all of the pastries looked delicious! It was so hard to just pick one so we needed up picking 3. Cheesy hotdog bread, kbbq short rib bread, and a cranberry cream cheese pastry. They were all SOOO GOOD! The bread is so soft and the flavors were delicious. They have lots of fun seasonal drinks, caffeinated and non-caffeinated. They also have boba! I got an ube banana latte and my friend got their seasonal Coquito latte which was recommended. Both were delicious (and very strong). The service was immaculate. I didn't catch the cashier's name but she was younger with brown hair. The sweetest person ever! Definitely made the experience more enjoyable. The owner, Chan also gifted us a piece of delicious oreo cake for fun! It was so yummy and not too sweet. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The staff were so friendly and helped you order whatever you were looking for. They also shared tips on reheating some items that I took home. I ordered the spam sandwich and it was delicious and very filling. Filled with scrambled eggs, crispy hash brown, spam with a gochuchang sauce, yummy! I also ordered an ube latte and a cozy dog to go. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to stopping by again.

I don't even know where to start with this. I used to go to this Dunkin every morning with my…read moreboyfriend, when I first moved to Cromwell, the coffee was always incredibly made and the food was good. They remodeled and everything went to shit. You have a bunch of kids working in there who do not care about the customers happiness. Maybe 2 people in there at this point actually do a good job. I went there this morning because I enjoy their Ultimate bacon jam breakfast sandwich. Mind you that is supposed to have the jam bacon and cheese on a CROISSANT. as advertised on the board. I always replace the bacon with sausage. I got up to the window. And they've given me the grilled cheese so I nicely asked for them to remake it and they gave me a sandwich finally on a croissant but did not sub the bacon for sausage. So my boyfriend went inside to for the second time now ask them to remake it. He comes back out and they gave him another grilled cheese with sausage on it. I've never had so much trouble with this Dunkin. My suggestion is go to the one on Newfield street or go to the one by Walmart in Cromwell. They need better staff who actually pay attention to what the customers are ordering. I also had to ask for my change because the person attending me put it to the side and forgot to give it to me.

This must be the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my entire life anywhere in the entire country…read more The coffee isn't as good as other locations and the service is absolutely horrible. I knew they were bad but tried to give them another chance. I placed a mobile order and even waited a bit to pick it up because I know they're slow. I walked in and my coffee is still behind the counter, not on the stand they have for mobile order pickup. I ordered a coffee and a muffin and got there 20 minutes after ordering. How is a muffin, something you literally just pick up and put into a bag, not ready after 20 minutes. I told an employee I was still waiting for the muffin and she just said "okay..." and continued to stand there staring off into space.

Had seen the bright orange colors from the street and heard about the process of Nitro ice cream…read morebut I finally had the opportunity to stop in. Well...Not sure why I waited so long. Probably one of the coolest ice cream experiences that I've had. For those who don't know, Nitro Cream & Crumbz makes there ice cream for you on the spot using Liquid Nitrogen blenders. It essentially freezes the mix on the spot. A cool process that yields much creamier ice cream (that I read and in person confirmed). This isn't just your typical ice cream scoop and plop experience. During the experience, cool smoke from the liquid nitrogen fills the area as they stir your selected ice cream flavor. The process of the employees adding the ingredients is done all within your line of sight for a full investment into your delicious treat. The flavors are FUN and the end result is visually appealing to eat. I myself got the HOLY CANNOLI which had Riccota vanilla ice cream, crushed cannoli shell, dark chocolate and white chocolate chips wrapped in a spongy bubble waffle. It was delicious and creamy (as you hope from doing your homework on Liquid Nitrogen ice cream ). The staff were extremely friendly, bubbly even and helped explain popular options for a first time Nitro ice cream eater. Best part of this whole thing is having so many other great flavors left to try on my next trip. Highly recommend and prices are VERY reasonable (some might argue a little low for the experience you get).

We fell off the nitro ice cream kick for a while, but this spot just restored our love for it!…read moreGreat quality for both the ice cream itself and the bubble waffle cones. They had creative choices on the menu with plenty of toppings, and the cookies were fantastic too. Such a great treat while we were in Middletown, and we look forward to coming back!
