We walked in during a hot day around noon and to get some samples and the ice cream was melted and the machines where broken. We took about two samples and we left because we did not like them, (because the ice cream was melted) then the worker there aggressively stops us and starts talking to us very aggressively as we were walking out the door. Very poor customer service and this man needs to learn some manners and respect towards people in general. Would not recommend AT ALL. read more

Stopped in here today with my mom for a late afternoon frozen treat and was blown away by their caramel pretzel yogurt flavor. The nice guy working handed me a sample size cup so I could try out a flavor that I thought could either be amazing or a total disaster. Turned out that caramel pretzel was the most delicious combination of sweet and salty that I've ever had in a fro-yo. Topping it off with peanut butter cups and chocolate chips made it all the much sweeter. We were in there around 2 pm on a Wednesday, so it was pretty empty and very clean. I've heard it can get overrun in the evenings, so be prepared for a crowd if you go at peak times. And by all means, get adventurous in your flavor combinations! read more

Every topping is kept full, so it looks like they're open and ready for you. (I really dislike going into a yogurt store and all the toppings are almost gone). If I could give it one star I would. Owner is so rude! My 4 yr old son waved at him twice and he just stared at him. I finally called him out and told him he was very rude and that when a child says hello and waves to him he should at least acknowledge them. Read the reviews about the owner being rude and figured I would go try their yogurt and see for myself. Yep, they were all right!! Incredibly rude owner. Didn't smile once, say hello or thank you, and didn't even make eye contact. Hello... It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked into a gaggle of teenage girls by the front door, yet not one said hello to myself or my 2 young sons. Don't know who is employee and who isn't. There is one young lady just sitting on the sink/counter looking like we are bothering them. 2 others also behind the counter are just laughing and looking at phones and chatting with others by the door. The tables and chairs were gross and sticky... clearly these ladies feel like they have better things to do than any sort of work. The kids that run this place stand there on their cell phones and should be mopping up spills, wiping sticky tables and the gross grunge on each yogurt machine along with the plastic over hang on the condiments. The manager is very rude to his customers -- and doesn't want to assist you in any way possible.. He is an Asian man in his 50's with black hair. After a few year thought we would try again and left shaking my head. The only reason was the $5 card we had from the last visit when my daughter slipped on a wet floor and her yogurt went flying everywhere. Then they charged us a SECOND time.... it was appalling! After demanding an explanation I was finally given a $5card. Truth is that This place is filthy; from the floors to the bathroom. I think there is mildew/scum growing around the bathroom sink. When we tried to get some yogurt, the machines were either out of yogurt or extremely slow. By the time we went to pay, the young checkout girl would not accept the gift card because it did not have the new owners name on it! Really? The ONLY reason we came back was to use the card.... but if management is this stingy, all I can do it spread the word to stay AWAY!
