There were 2 young girls in the store neither one seemed to like their job. I wanted a cheesecake or some kind of fruit and cobbler ice cream. The blueberry was "a strip of blueberry flavoring" yuck! Nothing that was kind of cobbler style. I got a chocolate cookie blend that I threw out. There were none. So they suggested graham cracker ice cream . It looked horrible, not like anything I would want to eat. I decided to get a pint of mint chocolate chip. My family loves that flavor. I hope it is good. For me I decided on some cookie/chocolate blend. It was really bad. I threw it away! Even though it was expensive. I do not eat stuff I do not like. I was sad because I know that smaller servings (which I was given) plus un appetizing choices mean the place will not be open much longer. The ice cream is not as good as it used to be, they used to give enormous servings, and the ambience was fun. The price is very high but it used to be worth it, I will not go back. The ice cream at the market is better and 1/3 the price. I wish they would go back to delicious full of flavor ice cream. It they will be gone! read more

I love Handels ice cream. It is so rich and creamy. My favorite is the chocolate chunk. This time I tried something new and got the cookie dough but was really disappointed to find one single cookie dough piece within my entire pint of ice cream! I'm glad I didn't get a scoop otherwise odds are there would be no pieces. I was disappointed to find out that after years of getting ice cream by the pint here that they have a loyalty program that no one has mentioned! I have been here weekly to get my ice cream. Not sure if it is a secret or what. I'll still come back but those things were very disappointing to me :( read more

Came here after grabbing a bite to eat somewhere close. Super cute interior with a very nice staff. Ice cream I got was a Mint and Oreo ice cream with cake batter mixed in a bowl. Only five bucks with tax is super cheap considering how thick and smooth the ice cream is. Super tasty without it being sweet. 10/10 be careful it might be super busy on weekends with no huge amount of tables inside. read more

The icecream is very good they have many choices although the service was not the best the staff were all eating icecream as they were scooping us some and definitely didn't make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is very awkward there barely any seating and the seating is to close together to want to sit there near a different family anyways. read more

This location is rarely busy when we go at opening and there's always plenty of parking. Plus, if you're in a rush, there's a drive through. First visit super quick and not much to report. Went with my 10 year old daughter. They have a menu that is pretty easy to read. I got the chocolate chip cookie dough, daughter got the chocolate mint. Single can be served in cone or cup and includes 2 1/2 scoops. We ordered two singles in cup and it was out in less than 60 seconds. They have a large staff there, several training as this is a newly opened location with the flags out front. As I recall this used to be a burger street way back and them some place called pop dod...(a soda fountain place). Best wishes for better fortune than the last two. Place is super clean....LOL....almost even smells too clean but it's spotless. There's two tables to sit at if you'd want to stay. We took ours to go. Was super bright inside with a white and blue checkered floor. As far as the ice cream I'd have to say the flavor not something I would make special trip to get. Big chunks of cookie dough so that was nice. And the chocolate chips in abundance. But it was good and sometimes it's just the nice experience of getting a nice greeting when you walk in and a quick cup of ice cream. Something to be said for simplicity. I'd really say 3.5 stars but again we only tried two flavors so we will round up for now. Hope to be back for more. Two singles cost just under $10 read more

The drive-through service is not quick because you actually order at the window not at the marquee. But the service was very friendly and very accommodating. Oh my goodness! I got Heavenly Hash and I must say, IT WAS HEAVENLY! The 3 young ladies who served us were pleasant, polite, and professional. The business was so clean and inviting. When the staff were not busy waiting on the steady stream of customers, they were cleaning and checking to make sure we and other customers were doing good. We are not from this area but we will definitely make this a regular stop when we come this way to visit family.
