Place was clean! It was busy here and older gentleman was on top keeping the place in order. They had many options frozen yogurt and tons of toppings to choose from! The toppings we got were fresh! Topping bar was clean too! I can't strew how clean this place was! The only issue was the price...we paid $35 for 2 people. These cups were filled with ice cream and toppings. Maybe that falls on us! No photos of cups...bc they were just slapped together with no etiquette. What I find good others may not like. read more

Besides the ridiculous prices this place adds an illegal 10% surcharge to credit card purchases. Just a matter of time before enough complaints to the State AGs office results in enforcement and fines. read more

No complaints. Solid frozen yogurt, wide selection of flavors, robust topping bar, and a nostalgic atmosphere. Price was a little steep, but I think I just went a little overboard with the toppings. Almost didn't go because of the bad reviews and fear of spending 20 bucks on ice cream. I went anyway out of proximity and only spent $7 dollar and it was great. I got three different flavors and multiple toppings. It's like you guys have never been to a froyo place before, you're not supposed to fill the huge cup to the max. read more

They will totally rip you off! .99 an ounce and then almost $8 for using a credit card instead of cash....The scale they used was definitely not accurate because the 5 cups of ice cream with the toppings definitely did not add up to the actual weight of the 5 cups. I post this just as a buyer beware if you read this before deciding to go. They need to have someone check their scale. Yikes....Also they have **NO PRICES LISTED** anywhere in the store and when I asked I was shocked, of coarse as I was already paying. Should've left the ice cream on the counter and walked out. read more

Have been many times with very pleasurable experiences. Will never go back after today. The hours online and on the front door say they are open until 10pm. We arrived at 925pm with two people inside eating ice cream. Tables were pulled out and the staff was sweeping the floor. As we approached the door the staff was signaling with his hand across his throat giving the universal signal for being closed. In disbelief I still attempted to open the door. Locked. I can understand wanting to clean up prior to close which is always a plus but with customers still inside and more than a half hour before closing I can't imagine this type of business model lasts. Consider me very disappointed. But don't worry we fulfilled our ice cream wishes at the ever friendly and always open Baskin Robbins. Will not be attempting to go back to this store. read more

The boss, Tina treats the employees terribly. My granddaughter used to work here and was only paid $5/hr with no tips for training that lasted 2 +weeks and was overworked. Then regular pay was $8/hr! Please be aware: the owner splits the tips at the end of the day with the employees. On top of that she was treated terribly and was also yelled at in front of customers. She was not the only one. I will not support businesses that treat their employees like so. As for the ice cream, it's not the best. The topping section is always stale and toppings stay in the containers for months and months without being cleaned. I myself have seen roaches near the seats. Would not recommend. Lot of shady practices at this place! read more

OVER PRICED RUDE CHINESE OWNER OF YOGURT TIME AT 2195 Jericho Turnpike,commack NY. You know it's never good when the only sizes they offer is large and Extra Large.and forget about even asking to sample one flavor like most ice cream and Yogurt shops Offer.Me and my wife first time going there for the smallest cup 3/4 filled with 2 topping each was $38.79.Nothing special at all.The second time going we figure we give it another try and only add a little in the cup and one topping.The Woman owner (Chinese or Korean woman) is very rude.She lost the sale of me and my wife's $90 ice cream cups all because I asked before I fill my cup with the watermelon flavor could I please have a spoon just to sample it because it is all over priced I again didn't want to fill my cup.She had to tell me over and over that this isn't something they offer and it costs them $1 if she gave me a little teaspoon sample of the flavor.Keep in mind me and my wife just spend almost $40 there not even a week ago.So for $1 that she kept repeating it costed her for me to sample a flavor and them losing the sale of which that was another thing we were told she don't care she lost the sale from us and we were told not to ever return back again.so our overall review is even if this didn't happen There is nothing special at all it's just regular yogurt not worth the price per pound.If your just looking to get out of the house there are many more cheaper spots for the same yogurt without the attitud.like Main Street in north port and you have the water and park to walk and eat in.port Jeff also.Sorry for the long review but everyone needs to know specifics.Especially when the cost of everything is through the roof and business owners like her that think it's ok to be rude and tell people not to come back over $1 sample flavor read more

This place is located strategically in a strip mall in between two restaurants. There is little chance if you are with young children coming out of one of the bookend restaurants that you can avoid taking them to the Yogurt thrill. Who am I kidding! I cannot avoid stopping here and yanking down the lever for a gathering of flavors in a cup and topping it off with tall sort of toppings. read more

The fro yo was good, but employees were cold (don't acknowledge when you walk in, standing around talking, doing bare minimum) and the price was outrageous. Also there was only one non dairy option which would be ok if the employees and prices were better. I get that it's hard for a business to stay afloat in this economy but I could've bought 2 pints of ben and Jerry's for less than I paid for a super small cup here read more

Total knock off of 16 Handles but, I enjoyed it equally. I liked that there were more choices of fresh fruit. Pineapple, banana, kiwi, strawberries and mango (I can't believe how many people like this fruit.) Place is super clean, spacious and private if you want your own table. The flavors are pretty basic but, I was excited to see the "Traditional Tart" and even happier when I saw Coconut! AND you can swirl two flavors! Now that is awesome!!!!! (They must be next door neighbors though.) I wasn't offered samples which most shops do, do. The toppings bar was clean and tidy, and had an array of selections different from what I have seen at other Yogurt shops. Priced by ounce so like I always recommend, be careful with the toppings. Love yogurt time!! They have a great variety of flavors-- most recently tried cake batter and it was delicious! And a huge variety of toppings, most impressively a very quality and large selection of fresh fruit-- strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi, nothing frozen! Then they of course have a multitude of other candy toppings and sauces-- peanut butter, hot fudge, marshmallow, you name it. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the toppings bar and seating area. Appreciated that employees made sure customers used hand sanitizer before getting yogurt or adding toppings. Come here at least once a week during the summer! So nice to sit out on the benches in front of the shop. read more

It's been some time since I've been to this place and I remember they were on the pricy side but reasonable for a treat once in a while. My jaw dropped when the woman gave me my total tonight $32! $32 for two of the smallest cups, not filled all the way, just cherries as toppings, hot fudge & whipped cream on one and a bit of Nutella on the other... how does that equal to $32?! For some reason I always feel very bloated after eating here. Like I ate Thanksgiving dinner yet all I had was a cup of frozen yogurt. I miss Red Mango :( The staff wasn't very friendly and the place was a zoo. I don't plan on returning. read more

The best self-serve yogurt place around! The yogurt is great, and the amount of toppings is awesome... they switch the flavors often, so best to call in advance if you're looking for a specific flavor. The seasonal ones are so good - the pumpkin pie flavor in the Fall is amazing! The staff is super nice and helpful, and actually acknowledge when you walk in (unlike other self-service establishments I've been to), and try to make sure you have all your needs settled! This place is also immaculately clean - to the point that I've never seen any other yogurt place this clean, let alone a self-service spot that's usually insanely messy because of kids lol. they're constantly cleaning the toppings bar and making sure everything is stocked and clean. Definitely recommend! I've been to a few of the their other locations and was just as pleased. read more

I think this place is awesome! I've come here 3 times and every time the service is fantastic; very cleanly and very fast to get yogurt. Compares to a lot of the yogurt places in California. The design of the logo and the interior could be better; less green and purple coloring and a classier look would bring in more customers. To each their own! read more

The best part was when she told me it was $9.75 for this cup of soup with no toppings that didn't even swirl like normal ice cream. I actually said outloud omg are you sure that's the right price and she said yes and asked me if I was paying with a card. Really disappointing experience and I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to get my favorite yogurt.

Kind of baffled I'm writing this review, but this location just charged us $4.39 for chocolate…read moresprinkles on a Jr. Cone. For reference, the Jr. Cone cost $3.89. I went back inside after to ask why Two Jr Ice Creams ($3.89 each) with chocolate sprinkles on one of them cost $13.20, and she said "Tax and Sprinkles", well, after accounting for taxes, I did some math, they literally charged me $4.39 for some chocolate sprinkles. That's it.
