My birthday celebrant nephew and I ordered a Czech bottled beer that was refreshing and a true pilsner. Our niece enjoyed a real Georgian peach soda. For appetizers, the classic cheese/egg yolk bread offering was amazing! Main courses included two roast pork plates, spectacular salmon, and, my favorite, grilled lamb. Desserts ran the gamut... All were splendid! Pear lemonade soda: kinda like Italian cream soda, but somehow better. Satsivi (chicken in Walnut sauce): I've never tasted anything quite like it, chicken was tender, and the spices were unique; fantastic. Khinkali (meat dumplings): large soup/meat dumplings, chewy, and the meat tasted like a warm hug from grandma! Adjaruli Khatchapuri: so rich and the cheese is salty similar to Akkawi cheese. Mtsvadi (Lamb): best grilled Lamb I've ever had, and I consider myself a Lamb expert! And for the dessert; the Honey Cake will haunt my dreams. I'm not a big dessert lover, and I loved this. A shortbread cake, with perfect texture that's not too sweet. Can't recommend this place highly enough. I will be returning many times!
