This is definitely something that should be brought to the Owner's attention. This crumble is the worst crumble in the history of crumble. The workers are lazy. They're always out of everything. They never want to remake cookies. I've never had a problem with any other crumble. They're always happy to have guest in there. These are literally the laziest group of people and it's literally every store in Camas. It's so crazy to go from East Vancouver to West Vancouver. TL;DR: cake-like cookies (soft inside and slight crunch shell outside). COOKIES ARE GIVEN WARMED, I REPEAT: COOKIES ARE GIVEN WARMED. Pricey but a nice treat for special occasions (or on a daily basis if that's what you prefer, haha). Cookies are not overly sweet! Tips: Check the app or website in advance for the flavors of the week. You can also order pick up via the app. Parking: shared lot. Atmosphere: SUPER BRIGHT haha. Seriously, the interior is so pink and white. Fast paced ice cream shop feel. Upbeat music playing in the background. Very small waiting area. The sweet aroma that invades your nostrils upon entering the building is wonderful. Menu: 6 weekly rotating flavors posted on the digital menu to the right of the entrance. You can also check the app or website for the current flavors of the week. Service: order and pay at the front register or via app or via the kiosk to the right of the entrance, under the digital menu. Pick up your cookies to the left of the register at the pick up counter (there is a monitor above that counter that will display your name and place in line for pick up). You will be shown your cookies and asked, "Does everything look ok?" upon pick up. Ok, I admit I avoided this place because "who wants to spend $5 on a single cookie" when I can get a box of a dozen for the same amount of money. BUT, I tagged along with a friend here and I was pleasantly surprised. The cookies are given to you warmed (aside from the chilled ones, etc.) and they are not overpoweringly sweet at all. I was honestly expecting my teeth to fall out from all the sugar after taking a bite but the cookies are not as sweet as they look! They are very hunky and almost cake-like and have the perfect amount of sweetness, even the ones with candy/chocolate. If the cookies have frosting, the majority of the sweetness comes from the frosting so there is a nice even balance instead of a super sweet cooking topped with even sweeter frosting. Candy Cane Brownie: I enjoyed the brownie taste of this one and the cookie part wasn't all that sweet! I could just sit and eat the brownie portion all day. Pumpkin Pie: like a snickerdoodle topped with pumpkin pie filling. It's the slice of pumpkin pie that you want without the commitment of buying a whole pie. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk: wow, what a wonderful blend of cookie dough and chocolate chunks. I love Crumbl cookies but I do feel like they're overpriced. I stopped in to pickup and online mobile for a friend's anniversary. Quick, easy and super simple. I was not greeted when I walked in and waited at the designated "pick up" are and I was standing there for a few minutes. There was a young female working the register and didn't acknowledge me at all. It was not busy, there was 1 other customer in the small shop. The young gentleman who brought out my order was all smiles and so sweet. I have came to crumbl many times before but this location honestly is always a hit miss for me, today i came to try to the dubai cookie for 8$ i was so so disappointed. my cookie had the THINNEST layer of pistachio katafi cream which was the whole reason i came to get it and it took about 9 minutes for them to grab my cookie when there was about only 3 people in the store. i didn't realize how thin my cookie looked until i got in the car mind you it looked nothing like the picture on the app or all the other videos i have seen about it. i was very mad and i 100% would have came back inside to say something and get a new one if i wasn't already running late to my appointment. read more
