08/09/2015. Just got out of here and i would have given positive review if it wasnt due to the poor customer service. The yogurt tasted great we got our yogurt paid and as we were looking for a seat the entire place was full and there was 2 tables on the side with the chairs aside we pulled them out and a male that works there says "you cant sit there" i replied "is this how youre really going to talk to your customer?" He said "well were closing". I looked at the time it was 10:23pm and they close at 11pm. All the other seats were taken and he wouldnt let us just pull out the empty chairs to the empty tables 2 feet away to sit and enjoy our yogurt. Is it really that much work to put the 2 chairs back costing your customer satisfaction??. Because of his rude service we ate our yogurt in the car and did not enjoy it a single bit. We just spent $14 for 2 yogurts and it went to the trash. I call that lazy customer service and very rude. If youre closing 45 minutes earlier then why is the store full??? And why are people allowed to sit everywhere else??? Its just 2 extra chairs you were going to have to clean. But you due to your laziness and rudeness you lost 2 customers and I am sure many more. read more

This is the best place in Dallas to get frozen yogurt. I went in there about a week ago and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The machines were clean and there was a great selection of toppings. Top notch! read more

Yo, went back recently only to find out that prices here went up to 39 cents an ounce! Maaan, going up in price! The fresh ingredients did seem quite a bit fresher since my previous visits, but Yogurtland is only 30 cents an ounce and they've got soem top notch yo & toppings! Not sure how this makes sense! read more

Finally saw hubby's band rehearse then talked everyone into going over to Yogurt Zone! Yea! My reward. As always this froyo hang out was a-m-a-z-I-n-g! Always the best fruit ever, never seen it look better anyplace else. I'm a fruit-aholic. Bill bless his heart is M&M peanuts all the way. First off, I don't work for Yogurt Zone or represent them in any way. However, my experience there was awesome and I keep thinking about it. I had never been there before. The yogurt I got was absolutely delicious. I got half coconut and half mango yogurt, then topped it with fresh toasted coconut and fresh diced pineapple and mango... and it was absolutely wonderful. Made me feel like I did when I was in Cancun eating fresh tropical fruits. I live in Plano but I'm considering driving back to Irving just to taste this again! Bravo! Highly recommended. read more

self serve frozen yogurt, they charge .37 per ounce. not too expensive. they have a wide variety of flavors and toppings. what I love the most is that the fruit is alway fresh!!! it is great. CAKE BATTER IS THE BEST!!! read more

I So Love this place with all due respect...And I only give 4 Stars out of 5 because I feel they are so overly, ridiculously priced! Both the BF and I are so much into Nuts & fruits and between the 2 of use we come out of their almost paying $20 bucks. I have no complaints about this place other than the price! Everything from the service to quality of the Yogurt along with the flavors are Superb. I have to go here on occasions because this is a Treat that as become a Bad habit to kick. I crave this place so much and I so love the California tart and the Mango tart. I am not into Chocolate much but was so surprised when I tried their Belgium Chocolate...It was sooo good =D I am so impressed at how Clean this place is and this is a very important thing for me being that I am a germ-a-phobic. However, I feel they need to move the eye level toppings geared for the kiddos...Cause I once saw a little 2-3 year old sticking his hands all over the rock chocolate candies and the gummy worms while the parents were busy serving themselves their toppings. We all know that kiddies touch everything and put everything in their little mouths and pass little germs around like most of us do. I would just suggest putting them further back and harder to reach so that the parents can control handling their toppings & serving them their favorite toppings. When you think of a self-serve frozen yogurt place, customer service isn't something you think about much. This is where Yogurt Zone separates themselves. Incredible customer service. There were 2 employees in the shop, 1 was constantly cleaning the counters, yogurt machines, tables, etc. That shop is immaculate. The 2nd employee, who was the cashier made my day. I was trying to get toppings and was behind a man with 2 children who were too short to get toppings themselves so they needed the man's help. The problem was the man was on the phone, and would dump toppings on the kid's yogurt every fourth or fifth sentence of his phone conversation. I was stuck behind this rude chatter box, there was no getting by him and the kids. The cashier could see my frustration. When I finally got to the scale to pay, the cashier said "Thank you so much for your patience, I know that was frustrating for you." The cashier then punched my card twice!! That little gesture was enough to brighten my day. (Hopefully that cashier won't get in trouble for that, because that made yogurt zone my go-to froyo stop) read more

This place is a hole. My buddy went to the store in Plano, paid with a groupon and actually had his phone stolen. Management refused to pay for the replacement phone and basically said "tough luck". The worse part is I don't even think he was terminated. I'll pass, NEXT!! read more

Stopped in for the first time. I was shocked when I got a small yogurt with a few toppings, and my daughter got a small yogurt with no toppings and was told my amount was $15.00. Way to expensive for a small yogurt. I understand that you pay by the weight, but $15.00 is a much bit for two small yogurts. Don't know if I will ever go back. read more

We love going to yogurt zone at McCarthur. My kids have peanut allergies and they keep all fruit on one side and nuts on another. Recently-- they've added snicker bar to the fruit section which has been frustrating. I hope they will remain a nut allergies friendly place and separate their products to prevent cross contamination. read more

I dont understand what these people are talking about, yogurt zone is amazing. the prices are great, and they charge by the weight, so you can spend $2 and still get your yogurt fix. they have just about any topping you could dream of, from your favorite cereals, fruits, and candies, to cheesecake bites, coconut (toasted and untoasted), chocolate chips, penut butter chips, butterscotch chips, carmel chips, yogurt chips, granola, graham cracker crumbs, and every flavor of syrup topping you can think of. the best part is the free samples, you can try every single flavor before you buy anything. my favorite is california tart. the prices are really not bad at all, this place has me coming back almost every single day. i cant stay away. if you dont want to spend $5 on frozen yogurt, stay away from the fruit section and some of the heavier candies, and stick to the lightweight stuff like toasted coconut, granola, and graham cracker crumbs, which weigh next to nothing. read more
