Stopped by after lunch for some chocolates. The individual chocolates range from $1.25- $4.95 , so be careful when ordering, the total can add up rather quickly . We started picking chocolates and got a cheesecake candy apple and before we knew it we were at $25. Yogurtini is both frozen yogurt and chocolate store. I can't speak on the frozen yogurt because we only ordered chocolates, but everyone who came in after us went straight to the self serve yogurt section, so must be pretty good. The chocolates and candy apple were all delicious and worth the price. Clean location and friendly service. The interior was spotless. Plenty of parking. This location is always well maintained. Unlike other frozen yogurt places, this one is stocked up with fresh fruit just like it's partner in north Las Vegas. Tart is always my go to but trying pistachio and cake batter together is a solid convo! There is plenty of room to relax and eat inside. The tables have booth like seating that is quite comfy. They have a selection of chocolates to choose from within the same shop. The chocolate covered pretzels are tasty. The staff always treats us with kindness. My family and I wanted to stop by U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt for dessert after eating at Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria & Bar. This U-Swirl location is located off of the 215/Charleston exit, in Summerlin. There is ample amount of parking available. It shares the same space as Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory. We had entered U-Swirl around 6:00 P.M on a Saturday evening. There is a lot of booth seating available inside this location! It was clean and well-stocked with plenty of toppings to choose from. There are a variety of flavors to choose from such as caramel, caramel crunch, chocolate, vanilla, cheesecake, cake batter, tart, and a few other flavors. Flavors will change throughout the year. It's a self service location, and gloves are provided to choose your own flavors. I decided to select the caramel, chocolate, and their NY style cheesecake. I didn't add any additional toppings to the yogurt. For a family of 5, and a wide range of yogurt selections/toppings, it wasn't too expensive, around $35.00 for the order. I didn't enjoy the caramel yogurt. It tasted too much like coffee. I wasn't the biggest fan of the chocolate flavor either as it was more of a dark chocolate. The NY style cheesecake was good though. I've been coming to this spot since it was Uswirl, and while the yogurt is still really good, it feels like the flavor variety has gone downhill since the switch to Yogurtini. A lot of the machines were either out or just not labeled, and some of my old favorites were missing. That said, the toppings definitely make up for it. There's a big selection and everything looked fresh and well stocked. I still enjoyed what I had, but I was hoping for more flavor options like they used to have. This place is a disgrace. I looked up Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and this came up as a location. It is a shared space with the frozen yogurt place. I was taking my mom to get some nice chocolates. I specifically asked the guy which ones were the most fresh and he said, "They are all made at the same time." I bought $24 worth of chocolates because several of them were $5 each for a nut cluster. I wouldn't normally spend this kind of money on chocolate but I wanted to do something nice for my mom. We took them home. She went to eat one and it was so hard she could not even bite into it. She said you would've thought it was a year old. Today we went back to tell them what happened. My mom went inside while I waited. The young girl working at the counter absolutely shocked her. Mom explained to worker that the chocolates were bad and they were old. She said they don't make them on site so she has no way of knowing how old they are. The guy I bought them from never said that when I specifically asked if they were fresh. My mom was quite polite in explaining what had happened and the girl told her she would replace the chocolate. She said, "I don't need the attitude today." Mom was stunned. She looked at her and said, "Am I giving you attitude? I wasn't aware that I was." In all honesty, normally she would have probably said something that was not that nice and must say I'm proud of her and the way she responded. The worker said, "Yes, you are." Are you kidding me? I bought bad chocolate from this place of business, drove back to return it explaining what had happened, she offers to give new chocolate and not a refund (because now we definitely don't want chocolate from this place) and mom gets this behavior from the girl at the counter telling me I'm giving her attitude!? I will never go back! How dare this worker speak to my 76 year-old mother like this. I will also add that it's a good thing my mom did not tell me this was how she was traded until we had already left because I would've gone in there and demanded to speak to a manager. Absolutely disgusted. * I am adding a note to this review for full transparency because I received an odd message from someone stating they were standing next to my mom when this happened and that my mom said to the worker that she had old Halloween candy that has lasted longer. The person said that I should have added this to my review. So I'm adding it. And I did know this happened and I forgot to put it in my original review. What is odd, however, is I'm not sure how that comment is wrong or rude or giving attitude when describing how stale the candy she was sold was (esp when asking upon purchasing which would be the most fresh), or how in the world that comment would constitute the worker to be as rude as she was. I went to USwirl last night at around 9:15 ish and there was only one worker in there. I went with 7 other girls and we all go some froyo. They had about half of their flavors up and running and half weren't which was a bit upsetting, they did have a lot of toppings tough. We were bummed because we weren't allowed to sit inside play any tables since apparently the main seating closes at 9 is what the one worker told us when I've gone right before 10 and I was allowed to sit down freely. When I went here, seeking some cool refreshment to offset the fire from a Dom DeMarco's Big Apple Pizza, the place was undergoing remodeling. So, it probably has a much less Spartan atmosphere than it did when I visited a few months ago. We dashed in as they were stacking chairs and were told we had 16 minutes to scoot outta there. Np, just give us the sample cups and we'll be quick. Very similar to a Yogurtland, this is a self-serve place with 12+ flavors and a full topping bar (fruits, granola, candies/poppin' boba, syrups, and crushed cookies/ chocolate chips). I especially appreciate that they mark which yogurts are gluten-free, and that they also have a few sugar-free options (I get enough sugar from the toppings, I can handle some Splenda-enhanced fro-yo). For the especially neurotic, they offer cup dividers if you're not keen on letting your flavors touch each other. For people like me, you can swirl your flavors together. $.39/ounce, and a nice area to sit down if you're there any other time than late night. Kids running the place were friendly and nice. Place was clean, and the fro-yo was bomb, though their tarts are less tart than a Yogurtland if that's your thing. I actually preferred U-Swirl's. This U-Swirl has slowly but continuously gone downhill. Equipment is often out of order, flavors are not avaialable, flavors don't change very often, but the worst part is that some of the staff just doesn't seem to care. Last night, the one noticeable employee was on his smartphone when I walked in and got up just long enough to quickly ring me up and then go back to sitting with his phone before I had the lid on the container and started walking out the door. He also failed to ask for a phone number for their rewrads program and I was on my way home when I realized that. I guess I/they won't have to worry about that. I wasn't entirely impressed with their selection of flavors, but I settled for my tried and true pomegranate-raspberry with almonds and kiwi and my fella filled his with a mix of favorite flavors. I did not consult Yelp prior to my trip so I came in not knowing what to expect. There were a lot of froyo favors which was nice, but when I stop by a new place, I always get tart. It was extremely icy. I was not feeling it at all. It wasn't ready tart either. I was not a fan. There was a good variety of toppings but the toppings bar was pretty messy. I was not impressed. I will not come back here because the froyo was just far too icy - that's kind of a deal breaker for me! There is plenty of tables and chairs to sit and hang out, so that's a plus. I topped it with soft items like strawberry, pineapple and coconut. It was good but this is the only frozen yogurt place I've been to so I can't compare it to anything. If I had to compare it to a place in San Francisco, I would say it's like Nubi. I always have to try the original tart, and I also had their raspberry pomegranate (i think that's what it was). Their fro-yo has the texture of Nubi, maybe a little bit more creamy and not as icy. It was really cold, brain-freeze! The raspberry flavor was very overpowering and barely a taste of the pomegranate. We went int he middle of the day and it was empty, 2 other people were inside. The price is comparable to most yogurt places and they offer a rewards program tracked with your phone number. This location includes a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. I have never purchased anything from that side but the chocolates, candy apples, etc look delicious and great for gift giving or a treat. They also have dog friendly items. I always get mine to go but they have generous seating inside and outside if that's your preference.
