My wife and I came in about 8:30 and while it's been a while since we've been here and always loved it, we each got medium bowls and during check-out I showed my military ID and the bill came to $28.62 which is more expensive than getting a large bone-in ribeye at Texas Roadhouse and more expensive than an extra large supreme pizza at Barro's or what it would take to buy two of about any meals someone could buy at Applebee's or most any other restaurant. While I gave a $2 tip my wife got the receipt and we saw that they did not apply any military discount and when we asked the server, she showed the note on the cash register that said "Military Discount is only available before 5PM which we thought was ludicrous as we were about 10 miles from Luke AFB but the only thing that really came to mind is that since most of those people don't get off until 4:30PM but most people like myself with 22 years time in service spent about a third of my career on the other side of the world doing my job so people back in the U.S. could do theirs but even stateside, military members are working shifts that operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Bottom line the note was not just stupid but infuriating and the people working there had no clue of why someone might feel that way. We are never going back and wouldn't spend another dime in such a place. read more

We love Yogurtini! It's pretty pricey so that's my only complaint but it's great to build your own froyo. They used to have a menu that had receipts of things you could make and that was really cool, but I think they removed it due to not always having all the flavors listed. My son was obsessed with the blueberry but they haven't had that for a couple of years. We both usually get Birthday Cake and Chocolate mixed together. There is a wide variety of toppings! We also love the all-you-can-fill days! It sort of makes up for the money we spend the rest of the time. For 3 family members it's usually around $25 for some frozen yogurt so $6 AYCF days are a good savings! read more

Prices are definitely good and you might as well give them your phone number for rewards on return trips. I end up getting $5 off all the time from accumulated points. Would give this negative stars if possible. Always unhappy employees, no smiles how are you doing. Usually more into talking to themselves and ignoring customers. Management thinks that late employees clean I have not witnessed such and was called a liar by management. Beware of this location they lie to customers. Not at all clean here . The format to build your cup isn't clearly stated. They go by weight. The snickers tasted stale, the peanuts had a weird artificial packaging taste, the peanut butter ice cream had a sour taste almost like a hoppy beer flavor. Me and my girlfriend were both left unsatisfied, my daughter enjoyed hers but that doesn't take much to do when it comes to treats. We love this place. They always have a great selection of flavor and they seem to rotate them often so there is always something new. The place looks and smells clean. The staff is energetic and they always greet you when you walk in. They do a great job of keeping the area where you select toppings clean and they are really good about making sure the toppings don't get mixed up when people are a little willy nilly with topping their yogurt. They have a frequent buyer program which is nice because it gives you money off or even freebies. Although I liked this place over the others in the area before, they recently 'updated' it a bit and it's so nice, bright, and they are now even supporting local artist by displaying their artwork! Board games and card games are at the ready to keep you entertained while you enjoy your treat too. So many toppings and now a 'cookie dough bar' where you can put cookie dough on your yogurt as well! But, I got "Macaroon", because I am a fanboy over coconuts. Ultimately, it tastes just like icecream. And they even have stuff for vegan and lactose intolerant people, Talk about kind to people who can't have dairy! :) My pros: Airconditioned, clean and great staff.
