What isn't cool about this place is that all of the toppings are behind a clear barrier and you don't get to scoop your own toppings. The staff scoop your toppings for you. This is super annoying because I obviously know how much of each topping I want and the staff did sad little scoops of toppings. It also doesn't make sense why they do this. The staff weren't wearing face masks so the barrier isn't because of covid precautions. People would likely scoop more toppings for themselves meaning the place makes more $. I love frozen yogurt and my favorite is yogurt land. I've been to this specific store exactly 3 years ago around the same time and we tried it again today. The place looks ok, not super clean but it's ok. My only problem is with the toppings. The toppings are all mixed up, they usually have left overs and none of the containers are ever full. The cheesecake topping was so horrible today including the spoon that you use that we asked for a clean spoon to get some. You could tell they were not fresh and they store staff didn't even cake to clean them and make sure there is at least some left for customers who came later at night. I understand it was late and they were trying to close the store maybe in the next 30-60 minutes but having a clean and organized place has nothing to do with the closing time and they should do a better job in keeping the topping section more clean. read more

There is a worker behind the toppings area ready to serve the toppings of your choice. I want to mention that both workers were friendly and patient. We ordered 5 cups and they made it a smooth process going cup by cup with the toppings so that there would be no confusion. Took my kids out yesterday for some froyo and we ended up here at this location because its close to home. First of all the last time we had froyo was about a couple of years ago. The place is small, lots of tables to sit at outside. But the problem was that alot of machines were unplugged so our options were slim. I am not very adventurous so I like to stick to plain vanilla or chocolate and play up with toppings. The best Yogurtland location! I came to this location last weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had such a wide array of amazing flavors. They're also one of the only locations that carry plant based flavors that are actually good. Like every location they follow safe COVID-19 protocol. I was going to give three stars but the last visit I made here to this location in Eagle Rock changed my mind. It was 12:04am when I arrived and pulled the door open. Closing time for them is 12:00am and the two kind ladies working that night could have easily pushed me out, locked the door and waved goodbye. Not this night thank goodness, I was craving frozen yogurt and I was lucky to be welcomed in with no impatience, rudeness or annoyance. Yay! I was a happy camper, I got my frozen yogurt for the night and also to my surprise they still had fresh blueberries available which are one of my favorites. They have an excellent and large selection of flavors, the location is kept clean and this specific Yogurtland is somewhat new so the decor, signage and displays are all up to date. I've never had a problem with parking, they have their own private lot and if those are all filled there's usually something near by within the business complex it's located in. I also like they have both in door and out door seating as well. Customer service is a hit and miss. I lucked out my last night and got two great gals that were working but I've also experienced some employees that were friendly challenged, people skills didn't come easy for them. The place is small, but it's okay. Glad we have one close to home. Parking can be difficult at times since there's other business here as well: Starbucks, Walgreens, Chipotle and Jamba Juice. The frozen yogurt machines are messy and so is the area where all the toppings are located. Employees should try To keep the areas clean more often. Some of the toppings are low at times, so you have to ask them to put some of your favorite toppings out and refill the container. Had a great experience at this yogurtland with my kids. They have full service and a clean patio with great music in the background. I was having a horrible day and the staff there had lighten me up. Kevin had asked how my day was going and was just a respectable young man. They had lots of flavors from plain tart, dutch chocolate, pistachio, peanut butter, taro and maybe 5 others. The variety of toppings was good as well. I had peaches, kiwis, strawberry, m&ms, mini chocolates, pearls and hershey chocolate shell. Other toppings that were available were blueberries, cherries, mango (that looked too sour), pineapple, oreos, cookies, etc. So really, there were a lot to choose from. My selection tasted great. The fruits were fresh and sweet and the yogurt was also good. We sat outside and my only complaint was the heaters was off and "on a break.". I went to this location and the employee Aiden was really rude he was literally yelling at me because I went to the side where they have the cups!! Every time I go there several machines are without mix or just not working. It appears the Tart is a favorite as it is mine and every time I have to ask an employee to add more mix. This franchise literally always employs one person at a time. That means when the yogurt goes out in a machine, the same cashier has to go fix it, while people in line have to wait. It's yogurtland, you know what to expect. That being said, the service is a little lackluster like that of the other chains in that shopping center. The staff tries to shut down at least an hour before the listed closing time. If you go in during these times you might find a good portion of the machines administering thick milk instead frozen yogurt. Employees can also be seen chilling, on their legally mandated breaks I assume, at one of the few tables inside even when there is no one at the register.
