I ordered the La Opera breakfast crepe, which came filled with eggs, cheese, onions, and avocado. It had the perfect balance of textures and flavors, with the thin crispy edged crepe cradling the savory filling. I loved how the richness of the eggs, cheese, onions, and avocado all complemented the delicate buttery taste of the crepe shell. They offer 3 types of crepe flavors; original, bubble gum and strawberry. As a default they are all filled with Nutella, banana and strawberry. Of course you can customize it any way you like. As an added bonus, they offer unlimited toppings, and they have a lot to choose from! I also like the fact that you can add ice cream to your crepe if you're feeling frisky. The crepes are always made fresh, when you order it. It's super fun to watch them make it, and I love that it comes out piping hot. The bubble gum crepe has a hint of bubble gum flavor so it is not overwhelming. The strawberry crepe also has a hint of strawberry flavor and also isn't overpowering. I'm not sure if it was closed early due to a family emergency, decreased operating budget, staffing, or loss, but it's disappointing to take time to drive down and find nothing about current operating hours. If they update the operating information on Yelp, I'll gladly update this review if I know when I can have lunch or dinner there. Until then, I wouldn't expect to revisit any time soon.

We'd normally get Somi Somi for a sweet treat but wanted to give this spot a try. The line does move somewhat slow but omg the crepes are so worth it! Since our first visit, we have returned a few times. I love getting their Tiramisu and Matcha flavored custard crepe. I love that each other crepe flavor I've tried, none are ever overly sweet, and each is made with care! There's a mix match approach to how you want your dessert built but I normally order mine as it's listed on the menu for their classics. My father in law hates spending anything more than a couple bucks for a sweet treat, but happily makes the exception for Milet crepe and I 100% understand why.
