This is by far one of my favorite locations because the staff's very upbeat, enthusiastic and they're always offering exceptional customer service. Instead of going through the drive-thru, my husband and I decided to order our drinks through the walk-up window. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted and the staff took down our order the moment we were ready. We knew there would be a wait, since the drive-thru was packed once we got here. It wasn't too long, maybe 10-15 minutes and there's a table in the front for casual lounging. Today I ordered my go-to drink which is the iced Golden Eagle. I really love the fact that I can customize it with oat milk and add whipped cream as a freebie. The Golden Eagle, in my opinion, has the best flavor and is consistently good. In my quest to find something different in coffee, I made a stop at this Dutch Bros. I did get the app and I ordered in advance and the drinks as waiting for me at the walk up window. I am not a person who will wait at a drive thru. My problem with Dutch Bros is I tend to leave the coffee side of the menu and go more to the sweet, blended drinks. This has a few parking sopaces for using the walk up windown. I ordered the drink and it was almost made immediately I ordered in the parking area rather than trying to do the order on the freeway. That would be the ultimate driving distraction. The drink i tried was the Annihilator--espresso and chocolate macadamia nut breve. This is a very tasty drink and I'll try to keep the drinking of this to a minimum or lessen the sweetness by using the custom features on the app. read more

After getting tired of Starbucks I decided to go back and give Dutch Brothers a try again as I remembered it was good. They have an app and a rewards program, so you can order ahead and pickup at the window. This is useful because the drive-thru is always super busy. The staff are always super friendly and chill which is pretty amazing considering how busy they always are! They also have a good selection of sugar free options. I tried the no sugar added Golden Eagle which was very good! It was hard to believe that it was the no sugar added version! It had a really nice creamy caramel taste. I also tried the no sugar added "cocomo" which had a lovely coconut flavor. Maybe the only drawback is that their rewards program is kind of limited compared to Starbucks, but their drinks and service are great! Give Dutch Brothers a try for your caffeine needs! read more

My husband got a cold brew and said it was a little watered down as well. The lemon poppy seed muffin top was good and the chocolate chip muffin top had an icing on top which I didn't really care for but it was good and sweet. I would like to revisit and try something else. Our order was taken in the drive thru line by a person (kinda like Chick-Fil-A) and she was really nice. Shameful that a company like this could act this way, employees screaming and cursing to someone they know in a car, gave them a discount and said it's only $1 while my drink went up to $13. They were holding the line up for 10 minutes because of one drink and one person they knew. shame on you all who worked the night of February 20th. My Coffee was supposed to have extra ice as well and came watery the milk wasn't shaken and tasted like the water that sits on the top of it. I have been going to this Dutch Bros for the past two years. I only get hot white mocha's half sweet and they used to be really good but the past few times I have ordered, they have tasted like what you would think the water that comes out of your Nespresso after cleaning it would taste like... it is disgusting. You can never ever go wrong with Dutch Bros! Their drive thru goes by quickly with two lanes! They typically have two workers outside taking orders as well which speeds up the process of getting your drink. My personal favorite is the cold brew with a half pump of sugar free hazelnut or vanilla syrup- not too sweet and perfectly caffeinated! Their orders are always consistent, and the coffee is always very smooth. To note- the workers at Dutch Bros are always so kind and have the best attitude. I truly hope someone steps up and starts to improve the overall service at the southwest locations. They hire kids to work here that have no urgency to get orders out. They will be chatting and chilling as they see a line of 8 cars stand idle for 30 mins. They do not care at all how long they make you wait and the audacity to ask for a tip after waiting this long for one drink. Frequent wrong orders. And just an overall lack of care. I stopped visiting as often as I used to because of these reasons. But once in a while I drive someone from out of town to try it and every visit reminds me why I stopped visiting. I'm not sure if they are understaffed in general but it sure didn't help that the ONE guy taking orders decided to go and talk to the girls gathered by the door where they were making drinks.
