I went in after work on sunday. I got a large cup and filled it to the max... dont judge lol! So I go up to the register put my cup on the scale and was told my total was $17.30. I looked at the weight and it was 19oz. Dont ask me why I paid it but I did and asked how pricing works because I didnt know. She said its $0.47 per ounce. I said okay and went to my car. Still bothered that I paid so much I did the math. I should have paid $8.93. So I went back in and spoke with a manager. He said he was never taught how to do refunds so he couldnt help me. But he gave me a phone number to his manager. I called and spoke with Anthony who was amazing. Immediately found my transaction and was able to explain why I paid so much. The cashier charged me for 2 cups. So we agreed that before I go in again I will call or text him and he will authorize a free cup up to my original 19oz. I have never had a better experience. Yes ideally I should have got my money right then and there but the problem was fixed. Thank you for taking a bad experience and making me a permanent customer. See u soon. read more

It Yogurtland so it automatically gets 4 stars. I was so happy when I drove by and saw they were opening this place. It's brand new so it's nice&clean,even in the bathroom lol. It was about time,they already have Cherry on Top,Pukeberry and some hole in the walls froyo places over here and this is just what they really needed. Only complaint they don't have alot of flavors. Like only half of what West Covina,Brea or Rowland Heights has. Still it's better than the one in Arcadia. read more

The customer service is GREAT here. Every employee I've encountered has been bubbly and more than accommodating. Yogurtland isn't generally my go-to froyo place but ever since I tried the pistachio and peach flavors, I haven't been anywhere else. Not to mention the Hello Kitty promotions are funny and adorable! The variety of flavors and toppings is diverse, I can give it a good rating on that alone. Service... It's self-serve and I'm a lazy guy(I hate buffets). The place is very clean and modern. They also have fruit infused water for customers, which is pretty nice. read more

I have been to LOTS of Yogurtlands. I go out of my way to come to this one. For some reason this particular location has the biggest and freshest fruits. I think the owner pays more for better quality fruits than the other yogurtlands in the area. The staff here is always friendly and helpful too. read more

We tried their red velvet yogurt and it didn't taste that good. I like their mango or any fruity yogurt. Cashier is friendly and they provide sample cup for you to try out diff flavors before you commit to buy one. Pretty cool~ read more

This yogurt is so creamy & good. The prices are fantastic! Plus free water. I'm never going back to Pinkberry.

Favorites-- Madagascar vanilla, pistachio and banana cherry. The strawberry flavored water (free to guests) is awesome too!

So good and so good for you! I had tried frozen yogurt before and never took to it until I tried Yogurtland's yummy flavors. My faves are coconut and mango. But I always get a taste of the others too. Once in awhile I'll stray to the others but eventually come back to my favorites. There are lots of toppings available but I like my yogurt plain. This place is bright and clean; the people working here are welcoming and helpful. There are 15 min parking places nearby. I usually take mine to go (get a lid) and what I don't eat I just pop the cup with lid into the freezer. read more

The cashier named MIKALAH seriously needs to be fired!!! I handed her "buy one get one" coupon and she didn't apply it to my order. With no fear of losing her job, she clearly lied to me saying she already applied the coupon. I couldn't see my receipt until I paid for my order, and after that she handed me the receipt. When I confronted her why she didn't apply the coupon, with no guilt she said she couldn't take back the transaction. Yogurtland frozen yogurt is pretty much all the same from location to location, so this makes it very important to provide good service and a friendly, well-maintained environment. I definitely do not feel that this location holds up to those standards. I have been here i'd say 5 times and every time, i experience rude employees who dont want to be there. they also dont have a good selection of flavors and usually not very clean. but i know that thats because a lot of people make messes, but at least be more cheerful and friendsly. read more
