Worker Cassandra was very helpful and made our yogurtland experience in Palmdale incredible. Usually go to Valencia! The store was maintained clean and I was very surprised because it seemed like she was the only one working the shift and it got kind of busy. I wish you guys still had dutch chocolate icecream but the worker offered me the newest flavor Dark Chocolate Blueberry and I think it's my favorite one now. Every time I come here they've changed the flavors and I come here weekly. Taro is my favorite and chocolate and vanilla yogurt and they don't carry any of those they have ice cream instead of vanilla and chocolate yogurt at a yogurt place. I just bought Taro the other day came back to get more because they didn't have it for like 8 months 9 months and it's gone again so I'm really upset with this place I just walked in tonight to buy some and walked out empty-handed so they just lost a customer. Came here to treat the kids. The tables were all dirty and sticky. The benches i side had wet yogurt on them and so we moved outside. Outside was nice. The yogurt was good. The yogurt, although good wasn't great and the selection of topping was limited. The girl that helped me must have been having a bad day, she wasn't very friendly. Stop by yesterday for some frozen yogurt and let me tell my experience. First of all the place is small and clean no complains about the cleaning at all. When I walked in there was a small group of special needs young adults. Big hugs to their caretakers, not an issue there. I was in front of one of the caretakers and one of the young kids. I stood there until he was ready to choose what size he wanted that wasn't the problem either. As I picked frozen yogurt for myself and my child there was a short, Hispanic, big bone lady in front of me with I believe her grandson. Now that is where the problem started. She decided to taste all the different frozen yogurt which I don't care. I went around her and her grandson to pick my toppings. Another caretaker and a young man in a wheel asked if they could cut the line and pay. Of course she can! These young kids don't always come out and some need medication and have no problems with them but apparently this big bone lady had a big problem them cutting line to pay for their frozen yogurt. As this was happening we all became sardines because this BIG BONE idiot decided to push everyone to the front. Now it's my turn to pay and she still keep pushing me. WHY?? I don't know. I finally hit her with my elbow. Boy did she stop. This place is very small and not good for a big party to come and get some frozen yogurt. It looked like there was only one employee there. there should of been more employees working there and control people like that big bone lady not to push people in front of her. I didn't look like she had missed a meal and shouldn't be eating all that frozen yogurt with a million toppings. read more

Loved loved the inside of the shop. Very cute and clean! Girl in the front ( caught her name, Megan) was super attentive. Offered sample cups as soon as we walked in, so glad I tried their new pineapple flavor she suggested, its AMAZING. She offered to collect our trash and gladly explained the rewards/points program. We're excited to have a Yogurtland in Palmdale. But with girls like these running the shop, its the perfect place to go for dessert. Very "home-eyy feel". read more

The staff was super nice and welcoming. The place was very clean. I had a lot of samples :) there are LOTS of flavor a. The salted caramel .... Yum! The pistachio....yum! The yogurt has good flavor, but no low sugar choices. The toppings were decent, but BerryStar had WAY more!! A bit expensive for yogurt, too. I guess what bugged me most was the customer service. Very disappointed in my visit to Yogurtland. I'm a daily costumer, I've noticed a lot of changes with in the store in these past months. The workers are rude and they provide bad customer service. As I was purchasing my yogurt I heard the young employee with blonde hair talking about some health code violations which was disturbing, she was saying that they don't throw out the yogurt when they're supposed to and weeks before I went in with my husband like we always do, and their topping bar was infested with fruit flys which was really disgusting. There was also fruit flys in the yogurt machines. I'm never going back there after hearing her say that. read more

I was shocked to see how occupied this place was last night around 9:00pm. I felt like the entire store was filled with an entire soccer team. Despite how busy the team was, there was a girl with long, brown hair who exercised her best efforts to get through the line as fast as she could all while providing excellent customer service with a beautiful and sweet smile. My only disappointment was seeing that my favorite yogurt, Dutch Chocolate was discontinued. Casy (I think that's what her name tag said and if it didn't, I do apologize) brought out fresh cheesecake for my friends and I in hopes of recovering my sadness. I really hope you bring back that flavor. I believe the Yogurtland in Saugus still has it, so I may just drive a little further in order to satisfy my very needy sweet tooth. read more

I have been to Yogurtland exactly 3 times. The yogurt is delicious and the staff is great. The only issue I have is the 3 times I visited I saw an "EXTREME" amount of people coming in and taking advantage of the samples. Samples are great but when I see people coming in, filling their sample cups over and over again and walking out without purchasing anything, makes me mad because I had to pay for what they've eaten in samples. I told one of the girls during my second visit and she was shocked and said she would let the other employees know. Tonight, same thing, this transient walked in, filled his sample cup up and over the normal amount. Proceeded to eat the yogurt in gulps, spilling it out of his mouth, all over the floor (which was disgusting and unsanitary) and did this about 4 times, then walked out. It's absolutely ridiculous because I'm a paying customer and these people are pigging out for free. The design in the facility is not good because employees at the register can't see what's going on. I hope the owner reads this before he/she realizes the profit being lost and the abuse that's going on. Remember, I've been there 3 times in the last month and have seen this going on EVERY time. My husband and I go to Yorgurtland, with our dog "Thor." No, he doesn't get to eat it, but there is a place to sit outside. It is such a treat to go and sit in the evening because it has cooled down by then. We both like the variety that you can choose from and how yummy it is. There are tons of toppings which are fun to help build our bowl. When we receive coupons in the mail that is an exciting time for sure. Although, we usually just go without our coupons at times. Whenever we go, there are usually young ladies there serving and they are so sweet. I always love them asking for a donation and most times I give one. They are so friendly and courteous to everyone, even though some peeps don't deserve it. I really love going here because it gets us out, we love the different flavors they have and allows us to take our dog. We always talk with others that go there as well. finally made one here in the av always had to drive to a different city to have me some yogurtland !!! service was great just gets a little packed during the day but its worth it. i like how there flavors always change depending on the season or event they are having but they always have there original tart which is one of my favorites!! :) definitely coming back here soon!! 10x better than swee frog or berry star. will recommend to everyone i know. they also serve water free of charge which is also because it very hot outside sometimes. read more
