I went in on a Sunday night at almost closing time. To my surprise, there were about 8 people inside enjoying their yogurt concoctions. I was craving a sweet treat and decided to come here and I'm glad I did. This place is so neat, clean, and stocked up on toppings. This yogurtland does not accept coupons. I live in the area and I received a mailer coupon in the mail with other ads. I've used this exact mailer at the yogurtland in Walnut off of valley with no problems, but this particular location does not accept any coupons. My mailer coupon did not have any specific location on it, even the staff checked it. They repeated they do not take coupons, which I was fine with, I'll just never come to this location again. Tan girl with the nose piercings and super long nails was very unwelcoming and seemed to be very annoyed that I walked in. Nobody was in the front to help me and I had to ask for help multiple times for any of the two girls to go to the front. Update: I haven't made a YELP review in months. I did one last night for this location, and this morning I woke up to this note left on another one of my Yelp reviews that I had left on a business not related what so ever to yogurt-land. Hence, I know it's the same girl from yesterday. Management obviously called her out on her unprofessional behavior, and she made a YELP page under a different name. LOL. The staff are completely nice, generous, and follow all of the protocols for the COVID 19 virus which made my night way better after dealing with my work place which does not follow the protocols. The yogurt here tastes the same as everywhere else. No issues here. However, when I pushed the Chocolate Shell sauce into my cup it came out cloudy white..... at first we thought it was hilarious. The associate was confused and concerned when we showed her the mysterious cloudy white gunk that was supposed to be chocolate shell. The manager came out, and without batting an eye said, "oh it's supposed to come out white and then harden." Ok Sir. I'm unsure if this man is aware of how a chocolate hard shell is supposed to look before it hardens. I was disgusted and it ruined my experience at yogurtland. Also the manager had the nerve to have ONE AIRPOD IN HER EAR??!?!! I gave her my card to save time, but she decided to unplug it anyway and made us wait for a couple minutes (which I didn't mind as much but our yogurts were melting). Not a single word came out from their mouths. Just went for late night ice cream but was absolutely disgusted with Yogurtland Pomona's health and safety protocol. I found a large hair in the mochi after I picked some up with the tongs. The cashier said that she would take care of it but just put a new pair of tongs back in the contaminated container. Then, I went back to get just a cup of yogurt without anything in it and proceeded to watch someone put their finger in the yogurt that was hanging from the machine. It grossed me out to think that someone who didn't see that would've just eaten the yogurt without knowing someone stuck their hand in it. With covid and the new delta variant going around, I would've thought that Yogurtland would be a little more strict with how they handle cleanliness in their store. Never going here again. read more

I used to get email offers from here, but I haven't seen any in a long time. The seasonal flavors like glazed donut were really good. Lots of diary free and gluten free options and toppings. After we get our yogurt he tells us that their credit card machine doesn't work. We hand him a $100 bill and he keeps pointing to the sign that says we dont accept bills over $20. Well when your card machine doesn't work perhaps you should accommodate with the cash rule. I think all the Yogurtlands are great. I am a huge fan of their Pistachio and their Peanut Butter yogurts, but you'll also find me regularly filling my cup with their Vanilla Bean, Double Cookies and Cream, Plain Tart, Chocolate Milkshake, and Dutch Chocolate. I have been to at least 6 different locations in at least 4 different cities and every one of them has been extremely clean with very friendly staff. And while visiting Pomona for a wedding, this Yogurtland was, as I expected, true to that standard. One of the things I like about their yogurt is that is less on the sweet side than some of their competitors (I had tried Swirls multiple times, but each time I found their flavors too sweet to my liking, and so despite receiving 50% off coupons in the mail I stopped going there). The only thing that would make this place better is if the yogurt were free .... maybe not, then I'd need to buy elastic pants. :) 5 stars all the way. read more

We came after school on a Wednesday and there was no one inside. The store is clean and they have many different choices in flavors of yogurt and plenty of toppings. I like that they always have new flavors when we go. They offer little mini cups so that you can try the different flavors and pick which one you would like. The girl at the checkout was very personable and greeted us with a smile. We definitely will be coming back! They have a few number of tables inside and outside and have self serve free flavored water available for anyone. They also have a locked bathroom that they will provide you with a key to use. She just replied,"We're closed", and went back to her phone. Ok. I stated it's a half hour until closing. She never looked up from her phone again and just ignored me. I think this is one of the cleanest and best kept locations. The still have watermelon which I love and all the other fruit is very fresh. The Tyler location tends to be dirty and messy and their fruit looks awful, especially the canned peaches. The gingerbread yogurt flavor is one of my new favorites. The sales clerk named Kenya was very mean and gave us a insulting smile when my son asked for a discount for a big purchase. We just tried to see how will she react if we talk to her nicely as a regular client. Instead, after she gave us a bill she asked why were asking for discount for no reason with insulting smile! Then she went inside the kitchen and started banging the doors and cabinets that we can hear inside the store. The last time we went here a week ago, she was very impolite, frowning to customers and not even looking to us while were paying, instead giving us a very bad attitude. My family cones here almost every week after every time we dine out, because we love yogurt land. Unfortunately, the customer service is becoming worse every time we come here. We used our CA disability debit card so they were unable to issue a refund to our card. They refused to credit another card, provide cash back or provide vouchers for future visit. Store manager was called and refused to give her name or phone number. We were give a bunk email that was not a yogurtland company email. We will never go to this location or any location in the chain. This is a shady business with a shady manager... take your money elsewhere. read more
