Love this location. It's located in a nice area with lots of shopping and goodies. The shop is always clean and the workers are friendly and helpful. We came in on a busy day and the staff were working hard to get all the customers what they needed. Scoops, cones, and shakes were quickly being served. Our server was Ray and he was very friendly and took time to listen to what each one of us wanted. We were very happy with our visit and will back to try new flavors that come in. My daughter saw the cakes at this location but my wife does not like the she wanted lol I had a fantastic experience thanks to Gil! I came in with absolutely no idea what she wanted, but Gil was patient and incredibly helpful, guiding me through the options until we put together the perfect cake for my daughter. It was beautifully decorated, super cute, and clearly the work of a really talented person. He made the whole process easy and stress-free and my daughter loved it! I took my granddaughter for some Ice Cream, which I told her was the best! She was very excited. The shop is clean, and the staff is great. I showed her all the flavors, and she loved them all and wanted all of them, but I had to tell her to pick one, and I would share mine if she wanted some. She wanted the content candy and I had the awesome Rocky Road and Cherrys Jubilee. Both of course were awesome. They also have a great assortment of to-go items as well. The only reason I cannot give five stars is the price. For my two scoops, it was a total of $8.47. Wow! Sticker shock. Yes, it is good, but I can get two containers of Tillamook for the same price. It was on sale at Winco as I was just there. Getting a simple dish of Ice Cream is expensive. Nice to have once in a while, but bang for the buck; I will stick to Tillamook. :) read more

We had been craving ice cream for a while, so we decided to give this location a try. They weren't very busy, and we were quickly helped. Because of COVID, there are no samples, so you can't try before you buy. But it's understand able. You also can't eat inside of the establishment which is also understandable since it is very small. We had no major issues, but the employee did seem annoyed and it was very obvious. I don't think it was because of us, but it was uncomfortable. I ordered a strawberry cone with sprinkles, the only thing i didn't like about it was that nearly all the sprinkles fell off. My fiancé ordered a rocky road ice cream sundae with whipped cream and m&ms. We decided to use the tables right outside since the weather was nice, and ended up really enjoying our afternoon. read more

Baskin Robbins is my favorite ice cream place and I have been to many over the years. The Pomona location was a let down. Ordered a shake and it was noticeably watery. The guy failed to ask if I wanted whipped creme, and when I asked he seemed disgruntled and only gave a little. During our 10 min drive home, the shake completely melted, so we essentially paid for melted ice cream at that point. Never had such bad service/quality at a Baskin Robbins before. read more

WOW, WOW, WOW! Been going to Baskin Robbins since I was a child. And can I just say this is the best looking one I've ever seen! Not only does it look great but the customer service is outstanding! I've never been asked at one of these if I wanted to taste anything. They just went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I wish all Baskin Robbins look like this. Definitely will drive a little bit out of my city to come back to this one. Keep up the great work! And they have a great incentive when you check in on yelp! So if you're in the mood for some ice cream I suggest making your way to here! Granted you can't sit inside yet but they have seating outside. I love how everything looks so clean and organized. I love the glass display with the cakes and then they have like Oreo cookie pops, And frozen bananas with chocolate, and mango pops with tajin and Chamoy. Am I really the first to review this location? I've been to this location a handful of times. It is so clean (maybe its because covid and no ones allowed to eat inside) and modern. The cakes in their display cases are beautifully decorated. The scoops given are also generous. I staff are friendly and answered my questions about cakes. read more

The service was crazy. We went in at 9ish yesterday and thought we still had time to order. We understood sometimes places close early but like maybe 9:50 or 9:45? We went in at 9 and they were already cleaning. Understandable. We asked if we could still order and the boy sounded annoyed and said yea. We were looking at the icecream options and the girl asked us if we were ready to order or needed time. I told her we needed time and she looked annoyed and not even a minute later asked us again if we were ready or not. We werent even look for a long time, she was just pressuring us. I understand wanting to close early but there was still a whole hour left so treat your customers better. My appetite was gone after that service that was given. When we were done more people showed up and ordered something with a blender and i saw the boy visibly look very annoyed. This isn't how you treat customers. Im not saying have a smile on your face and be loving, just dont make customers feel like sh*t for ordering icecream when its your job to serve. read more
