The employees here are always nice but, the coffee is always horrid. I've given this location way too many chances because, it's the Starbucks on my way to work. And, saying a Starbucks has bad coffee is an understatement but, this one is particularly bad. Today I ordered a latte with one pump cinnamon dolce and it tasted like peppermint and it felt light in weight and when I took the lid off the cup was only half full. Can I give zero starts? I went there for a simple dry cappuccino and. Always order the same thing at all stores and they never had an issue making it. So today I order at this location and the kid made 5 drinks to try to get it right and finally gave me a cup full of milk only. Today I came in to get some work done per usual, but my grandfather recently passed and when they asked how I was I kept it 100 and told them that I was going through a tough time... Let me just say that I'm not the person who usually reviews various Starbucks stores that I go to, but I have to for this one. This morning was a "treat yourself morning" for me and obviously many others felt the same way as the store was VERY busy. The workers were busting out drinks left and right, but Mackenzie was the absolute best. She was sweet and took her time with me, even though I'm sure she had a million things to do other than cater to me. I was asking her about holidays drinks as I was thinking I would spice up my regular coffee order and she was so patient with me. After she took my order, she jumped in and started helping another employee make drinks. She obviously works very hard and is honestly a standout! Service is so, the drinks are right about 75% of the time. I wish the were more consistent.

Sometimes, my cold brew is delicious. Sometimes, it's not. The past 3 times I had sweetened milk, or no sweetener at all. If the management staff reads this, please train your people to pump full sweetners into the drinks. I've had to add pumps so that I can taste the flavor of the hazelnut. I am trying to cut back, and with the full pumps, I know that I wouldn't need to add more. However, it's not consistent. I sometimes feel like ordering my drink and then adding whatever you wish to make me. I have called you out on this and went as far as contacting the corporate office. You continue to serve what you want. Please take the effort and make the drink as ordered. The cream was perfect, just missing the sweetner. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Big guy running the drive-thru on 1/19/23 @11am was very rude. As I pulled up to the window, the window opened, and he did not greet me or give me my total. He proceeded to talk to his coworker. The window closed and he had to reopen it and as he started to hand me my drink, he pulled his hand away right as I reached for it, so he can gesture a sign to his coworker with my drink still in his hand, because he was in the middle of telling a story and couldn't be bothered to help the customer in front of him(the story was obviously more important). After he finally finished talking, he just spat out my total and didn't say anything else. After finally handing me my drink, he says nothing. I say "thank you" to him, but he ignored me and continued to talk to his coworker. No "have a nice day" or anything. Never really had a bad customer service experience with Starbucks until now. She did not let me speak to the store manager as she said she wasn't there when my husband asked to speak to the manager she said she was in a meeting. . The workers there were so great and super efficient but the manager was rude and not doing much. I am a women of the people and don't appreciate watching workers stretched thin and not supported by the people who actually being paid to. The dynamic was pretty disappointing. Great vibe and super friendly baristas! Love the atmosphere inside and how fast they are! This needs to be your go to morning stop for coffee and bite to eat. I will definitely be back and my go to Starbucks from now on. Parking lot - large & spacious, even with on going construction around the area. Drive thru - large with lots of room for larger vehicles. Inside - Cozy and sophisticated, very open with lots of seats. Outside - Front patio with bench seating to enjoy the fresh air. I love this Starbucks because of how close it is to my house. Every time I go the works are always so nice and friendly and I'm never disappointed when I go to this location. Super consistent with the drinks and quality of them. But recently the only complaint I do have is that when I get my bakery items warmed up they tend to smell and semi taste like some of the savory breakfast items they have. Like they're using the same tongs for everything with out wiping them or cleaning them in between. Last week i got a blue berry muffin from here and it smelled kinda like meat, which is kinda off putting. Today I ordered a pumpkin muffin today and it smelled like onion and when I took a bite off the top it tasted oniony too. Which is so said cause the top is the best part and I had to throw it away cause of how off putting the onion was. Hopefully this is a problem they can fix. I'm still going to come for the drinks but I might stay away from the baked goods for now. read more
