When the target was being built a few buildings were coming in it too. When in construction I saw the sign yogurt land. Sounds really exciting right?!?! So when it opened there were the tables, yogurt dispensers, and the topping area. So you get your cup and right next to it are cookie dividers for your yogurt. There were like 20 flavors at least of yogurt. The toppings were a lot to choose from. So I chose a few and they looked and tasted very fresh. There were also 2 registers next to the topping too. The price wasn't as bad for yogurt. The inside was nice and clean looking but it was very crowded. But the part that ruined it was that there were misbehaved kids in there running around and cutting people off from the yogurt machines. And to top it all off I went at night one time and lots of there were a lot of hardcore people were in their pajamas. So that was really bad. I would go here if you didn't want to go far from home, but it would be better to go to a yogurt land somewhere else with a much better crowd than this one. read more

Although this Yogurtland has plenty of flavors to choose from, they can mistakingly place labels on different flavors. This happened when I wanted to try the new flavor English Toffee! Luckily I wanted to sample the flavor before placing it in my bowl and it ended up being Taro flavor instead! What if I were allergic to Taro?! They need to check their labels before placing their yogurts. Also I came to this Yogurtland thinking that I could use my coupon I received in the mail because my yogurt would've been $2 off. Unfortunately, their systems were down and I could not use the coupon. They should've at least notified me that I couldn't use coupons or anything before I got my yogurt! They lady who told us that we couldn't use the coupon was rude and was not understand at all. Anyways I ended up just buying the yogurt and paid with card. They were also unable to give me a receipt because of the system malfunction. I'd rather visit another Yogurtland instead of this one. read more

I'm so glad this Yogurtland is finally open. Can I just tell you that this place is answered prayer? It just opened, so its very clean, the employees are very nice, and they have taro flavor which they don't have at times at the Chino Hills location. If you are a tropical lover I recommend the toasted coconut, mango, or the afore mentioned taro . Or just mix them all together and if you squint really hard you might believe you're in Maui (well, that might be a little bit of a stretch, but over can hope right?). I love their yogurt no doubt about it but yesterday I experienced a bad service from their girl cashier. I got a BOGO offer from their Instagram and I showed it to the cashier. She said she can't honor it because the coupon was screen captured. She said I must show the coupon on their Instagram page. Since I don't have WiFi, I just paid the full price even though it was not stated that I must show it in Instagram. She gave me 2 spoons for the 2 cups of yogurt that I bought. Since I'm going to share a cup with my daughter, I asked for an extra spoon. She refused saying that it's 1 spoon per cup. I've been here many times before and they always give me extra spoon. We'll okay I'm not going to spoil my day with a spoon so we proceeded to eat on one of the tables. A family of 5 sat beside us and the mom asked her son to ask for an extra spoon. I was surprised the cashier gave an extra spoon for the boy when just minutes ago she refused me an extra spoon. I almost want to talk to the manager when my daughter told me to remain calm because it's just a spoon...but in my mind, it's not just a spoon...whatever...not coming back to this place even though we love their yogurt. read more

First time that we went to this location everything was good customer service on point and so far but then I went back with my husband and the total I believe was 12.18 my husband gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill and asked her to wait that he had the 18 cents in his pocket and her response was I'm sorry but I will be short if you give me the 18 cents I already put 20 $ and I can not take your change. My husband explained to her that she would not be short because that way she would just give us exact change and she got rude and said I WILL NOT TAKE YOU CHANGE and we left it as is. Next time I go with my mom and different girl us giving us poorly service like she hates working there. And did not greet us or said thank you. I came in this place at around ten and it was super clean, they had the right jams, and it was perfect mood for a yogurt place, to come, chill, and hangout with your friends. we met this beauty Karla there, she was helping clean the yogurt trays when she stumbled upon my group of friends and started a playful conversation with the females of my group, she is an excellent conversationalist and is super nice! I definitely recommend this place to any others who like a potentially healthy snack, or want to go full out on a comfort style treat that either way is super yummy and looks amazing! This is the friendliest yogurtland I've ever been to. The staff is so friendly with the kids. They offer the kids sample cups to try flavors instead of giving it to the parents. That says a lot to kids that are independent. All the flavors and toppings are always in stock. This place does get packed. Also, if you're a kidaphobic this is not the place for you. The store looked clean, organized and well stocked with all the toppings and flavors. Sign says they close at midnight on Saturdays. My girlfriend and I got there 30 mins before that, they were already cleaning and some of the machines have been turned off. Floor was flooded with the cleaning solution they use to mop the floors up with. The employer that was mopping stopped and assured us that they would turn the yogurt machines back on. We waited for five minutes and still nothing. Snotty worker girl was just giving us bad looks and rolling her eyes at us. They looked young and given that it was a Saturday night, they couldn't wait to get off work and go party. I've been there other times and service seems to be great so I guess I can only advise not to go there late at night especially on the weekends. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in on my birthday to get my free 3 oz of yogurt. Totally not a big deal (it's not like they are breaking the bank offering such a slight bday reward). I am signed up for their "rewards program" and everything. The cashier would not honor the email (or there was some error on their part) and she refused to apply it manually. I'm not even asking for that much! It wa just 3 oz of yogurt. I mean people eat more than that in a single sample cup which they have out for everyone. I was so disappointed that I didn't even take my yogurt. They should have just applied the three ounces for free rather than have me waste an entire yogurt container. I really didn't even want it after that. Like if you are going to be that stingy and not honor a coupon on someone's bday then I don't even want your food. Hi, before I came here, I thought that yogurt here was not delicious as my hometown. However, the yogurt is really good, and you have lots of choices of flavor, fruits, and candies. I love every flavor here, but the flavor that I love the most is coconut. The service is very good, too. One time, I came here, and the machine had a problem, but the staff fixed it afterward. The staff was so snappy, they decided to discount 50% for our purchase cuz we was waiting them to fix that machine. In comparison to other nearby yogurt lands we noticed that this location has a larger selection of toppings. My assumption is due to how new it is, but I haven't seen another with nutter butters. Minus 1 star because even though they have many toppings sometimes they have a small selection of fresh fruits. And also it smells nasty like a sewer in the parking lot. read more
