After waiting in line for a few minutes just waiting my turn, I witnessed the staff member bypass me and assist the customers who arrived well after us. When I politely pointed out that I was next in line, the representative responded with an unprofessional attitude rather than acknowledging the mistake. He seemed rather Irritated that I Spoke up and pointed out i was next. I'd like to show pictures of how he gave me my ice cream as well... Changed me and just walked away, nothing else said. It felt very rushed, and unwelcoming. I'm a normal here at this location, given i only live 5 mins away... I just hope the man who helped me tonight never helps me again

The place is clean. The restroom is not available the whole time we are there. I should have tried their boba drinks instead. Next time, I'll try their classic taiyaki and boba.
