Ice cream was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and made good suggestions on which flavors we should get.

I'm so sad to have to rate this place so low now. Since I last came, things have gotten worse. I came a couple of times in 3/2025 & so many things went wrong. I am not sure why the young lady used a piece of paper and pen/pencil to write down the order only to get it wrong. On top of that, the way it was made was using the hot surface not the cold surface so it was melted down - not good. Normally I see them put in the freezer while making other orders but they didn't dot that. They also had their phones out texting and touching that without washing their hands to close the ice cream with lids. The paper they used to write down the order was placed on the cold surface next to the spot they did the ice cream. It was just bad. Sadly, my experience at cold Stone this week was less than desirable. I went in craving the banana pudding ice cream with vanilla wafers. Unfortunately, the gentleman never said a word and gave me green bananas in my mixture which were jars and flavorless. I had asked for cheesecake bites as an added flavor, halfway through mixing my ice cream, I was told they don't have any Cheesecake bites. The young man working was very polite and helpful. He had great customer service and made our ice cream quickly. The only issue is the price this ice cream places prices are unbelievable. I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience at this Cold Stone location that I just had to say something. The ice cream was amazing, rich, and full of flavor. I tried the surrender to strawberry and it was blended perfectly with just the right amount of mix-ins. What really made the visit stand out though was the service. Sid, one of the employees went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made some great flavor recommendations that turned out to be spot on. My son loves cold stone creamery cakes for his B'Day! So we decided to give this spot another chance. Since they changed owners from our last experience. I preordered 2 cakes way in advance. Came to pick them up and two young ladies were working. Both were friendly and said our cakes would be a minute as they hadn't put any writing on one of them. So we waited and they handed us a bag with both cakes in it. We didn't even think to check, because we preordered. Got home and had son put them in back freezer. Never thought to look @ them. We took them ou after sons B'Day dinner to thaw a little before cutting. That's when we noticed one of the cakes wasn't what we ordered. It was a big let down as this is why we preordered. So we wouldn't have to deal with the cakes he wanted being sold out. Contacted owner through Yelp and he responded promptly. I mean super quick. Which was awesome on his part! He was very apologetic and helpful. He told me to call his manger the next day to rectify the problem. His manger was friendly and also apologized for the mix up. She said please come back in two days and I will have the cake you ordered and that she would even upgrade it to the next size. Which was very nice. New cake was ready on time and super yummy:) Had to update my review to reflect the great customer service! We will be back in the near future for some more sweet treats. read more

I went in to get me a banana split sundae as advertised on their website, the two girls at the counter didn't know what I was talking about. I showed the picture on their website of how the ice cream is supposed to look like and what it came with, they looked all confused. I read to them what the description on the ice cream consisted of which was sweet cream ice cream, bananas, almonds and fudge. The girl made the ice cream but they did their own recipe (not as stated on the website). I ended up with a hot mess of an ice cream, I asked the girl if that's how the ice cream is supposed to look like to what she said ya, we have our recipe on the book. They made the sundae with banana ice cream (no chiopped bananas how it shows on the website pic), added a bunch of strawberries and a lot of chocolate syrup. Just a big pile of a mess. I told her it didn't look at all how it was advertised on the website, she offered to make something else but I just said it was fine, although I appreciate the effort but what I got wasn't what I requested. Came by for a Cold Stone dessert. My son selected the Love It Mint Mint Chocolate Chip. My hubby got the Like it Apple a la mode. I got the Like it Coffee Lovers. We were greeted by Donivan and he was so friendly. He immediately started our order. His co-worker Love (?) sorry I couldn't remember the correct spelling was equally friendly and we had a lovely conversation. Apple pie a la mode - hubby loves this because it loves apple pie. Son loved his mint, mint chip chocolate chip and he was done with his serving before we got home. I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee lovers dessert. Two other customers walk in and are told they are not open. Confusion... my husband walks out and they both signal us to come back. Walk in and they say nothing. The worst service I've received from a cold stone! We went in to pick up an online order for a cake around 6:30 and the order was placed around 10 in the morning. First we were waiting to be helped and no acknowledgement from the team! Then when they do acknowledge they told us they didn't have the cake we requested in stock! SUPER DISAPPOINTED a birthday cake was ordered well in advance for my nephews 15th birthday on 4th of July. Come to find out they only check their orders 24hrs in advance.
