Yogurtology is easily one of my favorite froyo spots! Freshest fruit and best variety of toppings out of the locations I've been to. Staff was friendly, super helpful to everyone, and had such an upbeat attitude. My favorite is the tart, so I was really glad this location had it! Went on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't busy. The store was clean, modern, with plenty of seating. There are also two cozy outdoor umbrella tables. Parking was easy with about 12-13 spots available. Great for groups and a quick sweet treat. Clean froyo place with tons of toppings. I don't know how much most froyo places are, this place was I think 74 cents per oz (it was definitely in the 70-80 cents range). For what I get, this is still a great price for a little treat. Both my husband and I walked out spending under $20. They get the samples for you. The sign says part of the reason is for cleanliness, part for interaction with the staff. Their staff was really nice and helpful so this works. I always get tart though. They have so many toppings. For example, they had both big scoops of cookie dough or the little balls of cookie dough. Tons of boba ball flavors and all the nuts. There wasn't anything I wanted that wasn't there. I actually went a little crazy and got more toppings than normal. There aren't a lot of tables so I'm guessing most people grab and go. Unless you're a party of two and go during a non busy time you won't find a place to sit. I'm glad this place has survived. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area. I love this place! They have so many options for froyo as well as topping options. My go to order is the pineapple dole whip mixed with the pomegranate frozen yogurt. So good! I like to top it off with some fresh pineapple and strawberries. It's a small shop that is always very clean. The line generally moves pretty quickly but keep in mind it's self serve so be patient when you get behind the kiddos that are excited to pick their yogurt and toppings. You can choose any cup size you like. For me, I just enjoy the soft serve. I think the toppings add too much weight. One thing I am not sure is we paid for the cup weight. But the Blondie with chocolate chips is fire though... Service is by teenagers, but what can you expect from an ice cream shop? They do their job. My wife and I have gone to Yogurtology after dinner for many years as a weekly ritual. On Friday 1/5 something happened that totally shocked us. It started out normal. We paid for our yogurts and we were sitting down inside enjoying them. About the time, we were almost done, some kid leaned over and said, "I am going to have to ask you to leave". I couldn't believe my ears. I asked him, "what do you mean as you can see, we are almost done". He said, "it's 11:05 and you must leave. That's our policy". I can honestly say, in all my life no restaurant or food establishment has ever been that rude. I explained to him that we were just finishing up and he doubled down. We got up to leave (obviously not too happy) and left our cups on the table to make a point. As I am almost out the door the same kid wants to confront me about leaving our cups behind. You would think that after he had already ruined our evening, he would leave us alone. The next thing I know his two female co-workers were standing at the door as I was leaving reciting the corporate policy to me in the snarkiest tone. Then as we walked to our car, the three of them said good evening to us in unison using as much attitude in their tone as they could muster. Why after all these years did, we have to encounter these poorly trained kids. They ruined a weekly ritual for us forever because we can never go back after being treated so poorly. read more

Great froyo flavors and toppings! I had the peanut butter cup froyo and the sugar free cheesecake - so good! There's a ton of toppings and something for everyone. Brownie crumbs, m&m's, cookies and cream bites, cut up fruit, kit kats and the list goes on. They also have options for those who have allergies (they keep toppings organized and clean) as well as those who may be lactose intolerant. Be careful, in the beginning they'll give you your cup that's right near the cookie dough, doughnuts, brownies (the heavy stuff). Why is this bad? The heavier your cup is, the more $$$ you'll have to pay in the end. I believe it's 64 cents an ounce? Can't exactly remember, I had froyo on the brain. There's a decent amount of parking spots and people are constantly coming and going so you shouldn't have a problem. There's also places to sit inside and outside. This place was just a total impulse stop based upon what I thought was a clever name as I was driving in an area I am highly unfamiliar with. On this occasion my spontaneity was richly rewarded! Rich, creamy and decadent. I friggin loved it. However, the topping bar is what really makes this place shine. From super healthy to a one way trip to a diabetes diagnosis, Yogurtology has all the trimmings in glorious splendor, and everything both looked and tasted amazingly fresh. Impressive. The clerk on staff was extremely friendly and a total sweetie. She asked if I had ever been in previously and after I explained that I had not she walked me though the flavors and the yogurt assembly line. Full marks for customer service. I only cap one star because after I tossed my concoction up on the scale it ended up setting me back just shy of 11 bucks. Yes, the yogurt was delicious and I love the concept, but as you can see from my picture I did not go that nuts piling things high and deep. That seems a tad on the overpriced side to me. The parking lot here is TERRIBLE. The spaces are way too small, and I have seen so many dings, fender benders and accidents in this parking lot. The staff is very unfriendly. VERY! They don't say anything, They don't offer help. Just stand there like some teenaged bouncers. Also they just cover their gross fruit with more "fresh" fruit, but don't address the smashed soggy fruit at the bottom. Yes I have pointed this out to employees and they do nothing. This is "our" yogurt shop and we are in there all the time, as evidenced by the fact that I have gotten multiple $3's off when using my loyalty key tag. First reason for five stars...the loyalty key tag and the multiple $3's off! We live exactly four miles from this Yogurtology and often ride our bikes there. I love that my kids (age 8 & 10) are willing to go on an eight mile bike ride for frozen yogurt. Reason #2 for five stars...motivation to get exercise with my kids! The staff at Yogurtology has always been friendly and helpful, opening the door for us when we arrive, asking if we have been there before or have any questions, offering unlimited free samples. We are pro's, but the first time we went I appreciated the explanation of "Bottomings", or the goodies that they have BEFORE the yogurt to put on the bottom. I do have to say that some of the "Bottomings" are not so great...the cookies and cakes can be hard and not edible with a plastic spoon. I generally just skip the bottomings anyway in favor of more toppings, of which there are PLENTY. I like that they have a rotation of flavors and there is almost always something new to try. Last night they had "Spicy Mango Banana". Awesome, although my favorite is the oatmeal cookie. Last night I also tried the "No Sugar Added" cheesecake flavor and it was great. It didn't have any artificial sweetener flavor or "diety" flavor. Just tasted like cheesecake froyo. The toppings are amazing. So much candy, cereal, and fresh fruit. Another tiny complaint, but not enough to remove a star, is that they replaced the mini Reese's cups with full-size Reese's cut in half. Again, you can't cut that in half with a plastic spoon after it has been frozen hard by the yogurt, so you have to eat the entire half. Please cut them into fourths for us Yogurtology! Reese's are my favorite candy and my favorite topping :) This is going on forever, but I do love my Yogurtology. They also have doggy yogurt for your pooch to enjoy! read more

Let me tell you. Everything tasted so so good and we did not know which ones to put in our cup! But we decided on 3 flavors: Salted Caramel, Oatmeal cookie and vanilla yogurt. Salted caramel and oatmeal cookie are mind-blowing flavors. Vanilla yogurt was very light and it was nice refreshing compliment since salted caramel and oatmeal cookie were sweet and richier. We picked mochi, cookie dough and some gummies for the toppings. The whole place was immaculate including the topping counter where there is usually a mess. I saw an employee constantly wiping the tables and counter whenever he had time. I really hope they will maintain this place like the way it is now, because I LOVE YOGURTOLOGY! read more

Some interesting froyo selections in store with unique flavors i havent seen before to choose from such as captain crunch, strawberry milkshake, mint chocolate chip & butterfinger. I liked that they had different flavored bobbas (strawberry, mango, orange, pomegranate) which is always fun to load your froyo with. Also love their mochi and loading it with cereals such as captain crunch and frutty pebbles to give the froyo a nice crunch after every bite. If your craving for froyo this place is def a great option as the facilities are very clean and have a modern fresh feel to the location.
