Yup, I got it. I found it. We're not talking about an additional (12th or 13th) Italian restaurant but an absolute gem that sets a new standard for thoughtful, high-quality Japanese and Thai-inspired cuisine in Naples. This is not casual fare, this is refined artistry where every dish is executed with precision and passion. Ichi Togarashi totally elevates the entire downtown Naples dining scene!! Our recent meal was a journey of perfect flavor pairings. The Garlicky BokChoy was perfectly sautéed, offering a wonderful texture, while the Asian Coleslaw provided a crisp, palate-cleansing contrast with a vibrant, perfect tang. ANOTHER, highlight of the evening was the Vegan Dumpling Curry Ramen. The broth was a luxurious coconut-creamy curry base that managed to be deeply comforting and perfectly seasoned to let the vegan dumplings shine. The distinction and balance of flavor in every spoonful were truly exceptional. Stealing some of the Curry broth and mixing it with the other dishes was a no brainer!! A special note of praise goes to the highly knowledgeable staff. I had initially planned on ordering two different curry dishes, but our server intervened, advising us to diversify our order to experience the menu's full range. Great expert guidance. it is this level of care and commitment to the diner's experience that sets Ichi Togarashi apart. For quality of ingredients, depth of flavor, and genuinely exceptional service, Ichi Togarashi is now at the very top of my dining list. Finding a place with this caliber of flavor is rare. I'm excited to become a regular here, whether for a quick lunch or another memorable dinner. Seriously, if you love vibrant, authentic Asian cooking, this restaurant is the best discovery I've made in Naples all year.

First time to Naples and saw this place on Yelp and just had to try it. It's a bit off the beaten path but worth it. The place is small with friendly service!

We were driving back from the keys to Tampa and decided to stop along our way in Naples for late lunch. We arrived around 2:15pm on a Monday and it was PACKED. Thankfully, we got the last table available. - Dimsum welcome set: all the dumplings were so delicious - the homemade ones are out of this world and hard to compare. They were all so light and the filling was perfect- the outside was not greasy. - Spicy Chashu and Potsticker Ramen: Let me start off by saying this is the BEST RAMEN I've ever had in my life. It is so flavorful and delicious!!! I cannot recommend it enough. Everything was 10/10 perfect - Pork Bone Broth Ramen: again, the ramen is delicious and filling and perfect! I liked my spicy chashu better because I like the spicy kick but it's all so good you can't go wrong The food is pricey but it's worth the cost. We will be returning when we are in the area

Nice small restaurant right off of 5th Ave with flavorful cuisine. Service was kind and reasonable timing on the food. Great spot to check out when in Naples. I recommend calling ahead to try to reserve seating if possible but we were luckily able to walk in and get seating. The food I got was chicken and shrimp Thai curry for $27.5 I would not recommend getting it if you want shrimp and instead just get the chicken because they only have me 3 shrimp which was not worth the extra cost. My two friends got chicken Thai curry $23.5 and house made chashu pork belly $23.5

My girlfriend and I went there on New Year's Eve and the wait time was only around 20 minutes. However, after we sat down we waited an additional 30 minutes for our food to come out. The waiters and kitchen staff were bombarded with online orders. There were multiple costumers who had ordered online and did not get their entire order. One lady ordered five hour ago but still wasn't able to pick up her food at the scheduled time. Another guy waited 50 minutes and got his order but was missing half of the food, he was demanding a full refund when we were leaving. All in all, food was good, not great, and really pricy for the quantity and taste.

This small restaurant tucked off the side of 5th Avenue is a hidden gem! With only 20-30 seats inside, I can imagine it gets full on weekend nights. I went Sunday for an early dinner, and it was not too busy. They only had one staff member waiting tables, yet she did a phenomenal job making sure that at least I felt taken care of. I tried the vegan dumpling curry ramen ($24) which came out in less than 15 minutes. The noodles and broth were hot, and the dumplings were cooked to a soft texture but surprisingly didn't fall apart using chopsticks. The broth was too salty for me to finish completely, but it was creamy and imbued everything with flavor. I love that their menu contains labeled vegan and gluten-free sections. Overall would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Giving 3/5 stars. Food was actually really good. Atmosphere was lacking considering the location of the restaurant We visited on a very hot evening and didn't find the restaurant to be a comfortable temp without AC and especially while eating hot food. Unfortunately this eliminates a star. Tables seemed cramped but the space is not large overall so it's what is necessary to fit more people in. The servers were helpful with finding a vegan option. Menu and prices have changed compared to prior menu postings. I still recommend based on the food. Maybe choose takeout though.

How do I make a reservation - they never answer the phone?

I'm pretty sure they don't take reservations but I could be wrong. I always walked in and wait times were around 20 mins but I get lucky haha. Place is always packed and busy. Probably why they're not answering. Try calling as soon as they open?

The menu leans Cantonese, and the more traditional dishes are generally the strongest. While the kitchen still caters somewhat to Western tastes, diners willing to venture beyond the standard takeout favorites will find several authentic offerings worth trying. We know this, and are therefore VERY careful about what we consume. We also tell our server up front as well. So, as soon as we sat down to eat, I began explaining to the server that we have some odd allergies. I cannot eat anything with turmeric, shellfish or tree nuts. My daughter has a tree nut allergy. Our server was very attentive and wrote down all my allergies to confirm with the chef. He came back and told me almost every dish has oyster sauce, so my only option was sweet and sour chicken and plain, steamed white rice. I understand that when going to an Asian restaurant that I often have few options. I'm not complaining about not having more than one option though I hope in the future they figure out how to make some dishes without oyster sauce. I'm also aware that many dishes have tree nuts, and so no complaints that I only had the one option. Our meals came out, and I began to eat my sweet and sour chicken. I noticed immediately that it was a weird texture. And then the flavor hit--it was shrimp. I began to spit it out of my mouth and immediately grabbed Benadryl. Thankfully up to this point with my allergies, I've not had to use an epi pen. The Benadryl has worked, BUT....if you have allergies, you know that each additional exposure adds to your body's histamine response. I always start with Benadryl and then have epi pens on hand as well. We brought the issue to the attention of the server. He was very apologetic and brought me a new plate of what I actually ordered. The server then didn't come back to our table until we were almost finished. There wasn't a manager or a chef that came to check on me. My father in law had to ask for the meal to be taken off the bill. Then they brought out two orders of donut holes as a consolation. As he set them down, he said, "These are not for either of you, they have nuts." So all of this to say that this restaurant is NOT allergy friendly. The ambiance was fine--clean and nice decor. There are a lot of people with allergies. If you are running a restaurant, expect to have questions about different food ingredients, and by all means, pay attention to what you're cooking and sending out to the dining room. I'm just thankful the Benadryl seems to have worked, but it could have ended very differently. We will not be back.

Our server was incredibly bubbly and helpful, making the entire experience 5 stars. The prices were very reasonable, the portions were generous and the food was incredible. My one disappointment was the Bangkok Street Noodles with smoked brisket, rice noodles, egg, chili, and crunchy garlic. I expected them to have more spice, but they were much sweeter than spicy. The star of the meal was the Orange Chicken. I do not usually order orange chicken, but this version was outstanding! The chicken lettuce cups were generously filled and the contrast between the warm chicken and the crispy cold lettuce and veggies was wonderful. The egg rolls were not bad but just average although the dipping sauces were so good. The mustard could be a bit zippier but should appeal to most palates. We split the Bangkok Street Noodles and the mustard greens added and delightful texture to an otherwise soft dish. The food was excellent but it was the service that made it special. The General Manager stopped by to check that we liked everything. Nik was attentive but not intrusive and there were dedicated staff assigned to clear plates, always keeping the table clear, clean and fresh.
