Our server, Crystal (according to the receipt) only came by twice. She didn't realize my food was overcooked and that we didn't have silverware because she never came back after taking our order. My friend had to get up to find silverware. The hostess helped us out, but the first set we were given was dirty so he actually had to get up again to get another one. We took about 30 minutes to finish up our meal and then waited for a while for our server to pop back up and offer us the check. $68 for 2 people and poor service. Not cool! -- My meal yesterday (also brunch) was so much more enjoyable, all around the same price point and in the same area. Bruncheon disappointed me on all counts - quality, service, and atmosphere.

Based on her tone and facial expressions I'm going to assume this was a line she had used several times this Sunday. We left, went to J Macklins across the street and took the 4 people waiting behind us with us as well. They had also made reservations and were told that, "the reservations don't mean anything."
