She moved me around, got in spots other massage places have never put care into. They are going to get in there and find the knots you didn't even know you had. I am very sore today but i know i needed it badly, Lisa was very vocal about the knots in my upper back and the sides of my chest, and was kind enough to use some peppermint oil to ease that a little. Make sure to tell them if you need light pressure. It was 71.00 to pay via card for 60 minutes with some hot stones to loosen up the muscles. Absolutely horrible experience. Took a friend here after another friend recommended this place and I'm honestly shocked anyone would ever visit more than once, let alone recommend their services after the time we had. I booked us both a foot massage ahead of time via phone, but when we got there, they told us they didn't offer only foot massages, that we'd need to book a full body "couples" appointment instead and they could soak our feet during the massage. First of all, we are not a couple, we were just a couple of women looking for a foot massage, but...okay. Secondly, neither of us were prepared to strip down for a full massage because that's NOT WHAT WE BOOKED, but we reluctantly agreed upon being corned into choosing one of the options they had up on the board. The massage itself was rushed, aggressive, and impersonal. Not only could we hear staff talking to each other from beyond our curtained room, but the two "therapists" working on us were also chatting on and off throughout the massage. The "treated" foot soak they offered was just warm tap water that smelled a bit like chlorine. And WORST OF ALL, the guy who was working on me was **HEAVILY MOUTH BREATHING ON ME THROUGH HIS MASK** the entire time!!! It was so awkward, uncomfortable, and off putting. We couldn't wait to get out of there, so we hurried off to pay for our experience and leave. Normally, I tip well for services like this, but this was NOT something I would ever even think to give additional money for. Well unfortunately, tipping apparently isn't optional at this place - AS THEY WOULDN'T GIVE US OUR CARDS BACK UNTIL WE TIPPED THEM. Like, literally forced us to tip for the worst massage of my life. Had a massage recently here. The back massage was intense and therapeutic. I came in with some tough knots and had been experiencing some spasms in my back that needed to be worked out. The masseuse's pressure was strong, but I knew I needed it. That being said, I woke up the next day feeling bruised from my skull (yes, my skull!) to my upper back. Applied heat has eased my pain a bit. 3 days later- still bruised. I hope all this pain is worth it and has relieved me of the issues I came in with. I want to add that I did not feel like my privacy was protected here. The masseuse left the door open when she left the room several times. I was undressed to my underwear and mostly covered by a sheet. But When the back massage began, my masseuse abruptly pulled my underwear down quite a bit, exposing my butt, which was a bit shocking but I did need those muscles massaged, so I submitted. But then she left for a moment leaving the door open, exposing me to the men in the hallway. I quickly covered myself but it made me very uncomfortable. I also felt mortified thinking about if a male masseuse had been assigned to me. Would he have performed the same "techniques"? I would have felt violated if so. The only consolation I felt was that she was a woman. I can only give two stars because of the unsafe feelings I had there while in a vulnerable position. This business needs to be more respectful of their customers and their privacy. read more

I only started getting massages after getting them with my chiropractor's office due to neck/shoulder issues. My chiropractor is an hours' drive away, and the massage sessions were only 15 minutes long, so I wanted something more substantial. I tried a very highly rated massage spa near my home at the suggestion of a friend and found it mediocre. She didn't seem to care or didn't understand what it means to point out my shoulder/neck and spent half the time on my legs and feet. I found Imperial Massage in Walnut, which was amazing!! However, it is simply too far a drive for me to go there regularly. I am soooo happy I found Foot+Body. Their menu is extensive and exactly had what I was looking for! The massage today was short because I was with my son, but we both agreed it was the best in the area. I have increased mobility and less pain in my shoulder even after 30 min. I have to say this is better than Imperial Massage. I already made my follow-up appointment for next week. Support small businesses! If they are open, order sushi at Imari across the parking lot and pick it up after your massage. Top ranked sushi, the absolute best in the area. T -pumps next door also has delicious boba drinks. I would give this place a solid 4 stars. Definitely don't let the ordinary name and location deter you from coming in, this place is very clean, organized, and professional. With that said, I am a regular at massage envy and used to paying $100 per hour session (including tip). I feel like the $50 for an hour deep (+$20 tip) is a fair price here. Unfortunately, I wasn't really that impressed with the technique and definitely have had better massages. However, the price did match the level of my services. When you find a massage as thorough as this, you HAVE to share! I walked in without an appointment and they welcomed me in. I chose a 90 minute massage and added cupping because I've been a wreck. It started with a foot soak then the therapy at dug in. He was happy to customize the pressure level, and wasn't afraid of really firm pressure, which is to my liking. There was some mild stretching involved, which was really effective. We ended with the cupping to get into my really tight knots, and finished up with hot stones. So magical!
