I would give this place a solid 4 stars. Definitely don't let the ordinary name and location deter you from coming in, this place is very clean, organized, and professional. With that said, I am a regular at massage envy and used to paying $100 per hour session (including tip). I feel like the $50 for an hour deep (+$20 tip) is a fair price here. Unfortunately, I wasn't really that impressed with the technique and definitely have had better massages. However, the price did match the level of my services. I am interested in trying out other masseuses as each person is very different! I will be back again and try someone else, get sushi across the way at Imari sushi and then go home! read more

Had a massage recently here. The back massage was intense and therapeutic. I came in with some tough knots and had been experiencing some spasms in my back that needed to be worked out. The masseuse's pressure was strong, but I knew I needed it. That being said, I woke up the next day feeling bruised from my skull (yes, my skull!) to my upper back. Applied heat has eased my pain a bit. 3 days later- still bruised. I hope all this pain is worth it and has relieved me of the issues I came in with. I want to add that I did not feel like my privacy was protected here. The masseuse left the door open when she left the room several times. I was undressed to my underwear and mostly covered by a sheet. But When the back massage began, my masseuse abruptly pulled my underwear down quite a bit, exposing my butt, which was a bit shocking but I did need those muscles massaged, so I submitted. But then she left for a moment leaving the door open, exposing me to the men in the hallway. I quickly covered myself but it made me very uncomfortable. I also felt mortified thinking about if a male masseuse had been assigned to me. Would he have performed the same "techniques"? I would have felt violated if so. The only consolation I felt was that she was a woman. I can only give two stars because of the unsafe feelings I had there while in a vulnerable position. This business needs to be more respectful of their customers and their privacy. read more

When you find a massage as thorough as this, you HAVE to share! I walked in without an appointment and they welcomed me in. I chose a 90 minute massage and added cupping because I've been a wreck. It started with a foot soak then the therapy at dug in. He was happy to customize the pressure level, and wasn't afraid of really firm pressure, which is to my liking. There was some mild stretching involved, which was really effective. We ended with the cupping to get into my really tight knots, and finished up with hot stones. So magical! I can't wait for my next massage! Definitely coming back (and cancelling my monthly subscription at the chain massage place). read more

Prices are relatively reasonable. The owner is very nice. The place is very clean, and ambiance is very relaxing. The best part is the massage therapist. His name is Lee and he is very good. I just came back from from a 16 hour flight and my back was hurting terribly. Usually I go to my chiropractor to work on me but since it is a Sunday my chiropractor is not open. I use to be a little skeptical about men doing my body massages cuz we take most of the clothes off but they are so respectful and professional about everything. They always look away and cover me completely when it's time to turn around. I've never felt uncomfortable. You can get a lot done here. My favorite is our couples massages. This was my first time here. I came here because my original plan was to go to one near me in Rancho Cucamonga. I guess things happen for a reason. Jenny was my massage therapist, and even though she was tiny, she was mighty! I've never been to a foot massage place that was so friendly, attentive and clean! Jenny hit all of my sore spots, and some I didn't even know I had lol. I'm not going to lie, it did hurt but I can already feel the difference on my left shoulder, which was knotted up pretty bad. Michelle, (the owner maybe?) was super sweet and very kind! I'll most definitely be coming back to see Jenny! They are a bit more pricey than your normal foot massage place, but then again you get what you pay for, and I'm glad I came here!! read more

I'm more likely to tip when I decide how much to give:. If a tip is a required amount, just add it to the price. My dad massage was really good. His words "best massage I have ever had." My massage the techniques were great. I did have to asked her a few times to go a bit softer and she adjusted right away. Atmosphere was odd. I asked for a private room instead of the main area (beds seperated by curtains). The room was in the back and near the laundry since I could hear the dryers. Throughout the massage the masseuse kept leaving the room for items. The oddest part was someone came in and started talking to my massue...
