Okay. This is gonna be kinda weird. I'm giving foot and body spa a five star rating and yet the only massage I received was a please come back arm rub from the manager as I was leaving after waiting for 30 minutes for a no-show masseuse. Myself, my wife and my daughter went there, and both my wife and daughter received what they said were some of the best massages in a long time. Perfect amount of pressure and constant attention from their attendants. I was brought in with my wife to the couples massage room where I could only glance over with envy on the amount of effort and skill her masseur was giving. But after waiting 30 minutes laying on the table for my attendant to come in I finally got up, dressed and went to my car to wait for them to be finished. The manager apologized and tried to convince me to stay as I was leaving but I explained that we have a dinner appointment with our niece in 45 minutes and besides, if they start my massage now then my wife and daughter will have to sit for 30 or more minutes waiting for me after they're done with theirs. She was very nice and apologetic and I could tell she was genuine in her apologies. And if I was by myself with no dinner appointments scheduled I would have gone back in. And as I later told my wife and daughter I was glad it was me because no way I could have enjoyed a massage if I knew one of them were waiting in the car. But forget about me. The spa is very clean, the price is right and at least according to my wife and daughter the therapists are very very good. So five stars! read more

I've been to a lot of different massage spas in the IE over the last few years looking for a good acupressure/sports massage. Foot and Body Spa is the ONLY place I've found outside of a medical massage setting that gives a great acupressure massage. I choose to come here prior to going anywhere else. I'm very tall over 6ft and have quite a few injuries from my fun twenties which not that i'm over 30 are painful and require acupressure so I can function. Thee massage therapist does a great job assessing needs and adjusting pressure when they run into a lot of knots or tight spots. Understand the type of massage you want to get prior to booking it. When you get an acupressure massage you're probably going to leave sore. it's apart of the massage as they're working through tons of knots. And these therapists are the kings and queens of busting up knots. If you want a more relaxing massage get light pressure and a regular massage. If you want a good sports massage or acupressure massage get that one instead. Worth it every time. I come here every 2-3 months to get all the knots worked out. 5/5 for environment, it's relaxing, quiet and the rooms are rooms and very private. 5/5 for the staff. I've had both male and female massage therapist and never had a bad experience. 5/5 for the owners. They take great care of their massage therapists and work really hard to accommodate you. Great customer service. 5/5 for foot massages: I've had them in the past and have Plantar fasciitis and they do a great job breaking up scar tissue. 5/5 for full body acupressure massage/ Sports massage EXCELLENT AND WORTH EVERY PENNY! 5/5 for standard full body massage. She was really good. The place is nice and clean and even has a bidet in the restroom so you can feel fresh before your massage. The place is a little pricey, but with good service, it's worth it. They prefer cash for tips, but credit cards are fine. They have credit card prices and cash prices. I will definitely be back. Give it a try, people. read more

Great place to get a massage at. It's right next to TPumps in upland. I had hurt my back, from a combination of getting old, starting to lift weights again and improper body mechanics. So my lower back was stiff and sore. I came here around 10 am on a weekday and they were not busy at all. The lady does an initial assessment, asking you questions, poking and pressing on your back, then upsold me on a more expensive massage. I chose a 2 hour back massage which was over $70 per hr. But hot rocks and towels were used really loosening up my back. The masseuse really got into the muscles and knots. It wasent painfully uncomfortably like other places have been but it was really effective. He really knew what he was doing. Yes the walls of the rooms don't go all the way up to the ceiling, so you hear full on conversations and people walking which can be annoying. The hot towels and rocks were borderline scalding. I also did not enjoy hin working on my scalp, using his fingernails where he scrapped off some scabs and I had some bleeding afterwards. Like chill on the head scratching.... But you know it was a good massage when you're done and you feel so good you have trouble walking and fell as though you're in a trance. Where you walk outside and you don't remember where you parked. The next day I was super sore. More sore than before the massage. But on the following day, my back was completely pain free!! Yes it was more expensive then I would like to pay. The price menu is confusing because they have multiple prices depending on if you use card or not. Turns out it's only a buck more per hour if you use card. But the result was fantastic. My back has not felt this good in a very long time!! read more

My chiropractor is an hours' drive away, and the massage sessions were only 15 minutes long, so I wanted something more substantial. She didn't seem to care or didn't understand what it means to point out my shoulder/neck and spent half the time on my legs and feet. I found Imperial Massage in Walnut, which was amazing!! However, it is simply too far a drive for me to go there regularly. I am soooo happy I found Foot+Body. Their menu is extensive and exactly had what I was looking for! The massage today was short because I was with my son, but we both agreed it was the best in the area. I have increased mobility and less pain in my shoulder even after 30 min. I have to say this is better than Imperial Massage. I already made my follow-up appointment for next week. Support small businesses! If they are open, order sushi at Imari across the parking lot and pick it up after your massage. Top ranked sushi, the absolute best in the area. T -pumps next door also has delicious boba drinks. I rounded up from 4.5 only because they do indeed try to add to the services. Most importantly do not come here if you are shy at all! She moved me around, got in spots other massage places have never put care into. They are going to get in there and find the knots you didn't even know you had. I am very sore today but i know i needed it badly, Lisa was very vocal about the knots in my upper back and the sides of my chest, and was kind enough to use some peppermint oil to ease that a little. Make sure to tell them if you need light pressure. It was 71.00 to pay via card for 60 minutes with some hot stones to loosen up the muscles. I will hopefully be back to add to this after a cupping session in a week or so read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Took a friend here after another friend recommended this place and I'm honestly shocked anyone would ever visit more than once, let alone recommend their services after the time we had. I booked us both a foot massage ahead of time via phone, but when we got there, they told us they didn't offer only foot massages, that we'd need to book a full body "couples" appointment instead and they could soak our feet during the massage. First of all, we are not a couple, we were just a couple of women looking for a foot massage, but...okay. Secondly, neither of us were prepared to strip down for a full massage because that's NOT WHAT WE BOOKED, but we reluctantly agreed upon being corned into choosing one of the options they had up on the board. The massage itself was rushed, aggressive, and impersonal. Not only could we hear staff talking to each other from beyond our curtained room, but the two "therapists" working on us were also chatting on and off throughout the massage. The "treated" foot soak they offered was just warm tap water that smelled a bit like chlorine. And WORST OF ALL, the guy who was working on me was **HEAVILY MOUTH BREATHING ON ME THROUGH HIS MASK** the entire time!!! It was so awkward, uncomfortable, and off putting. We couldn't wait to get out of there, so we hurried off to pay for our experience and leave. Normally, I tip well for services like this, but this was NOT something I would ever even think to give additional money for. Well unfortunately, tipping apparently isn't optional at this place - AS THEY WOULDN'T GIVE US OUR CARDS BACK UNTIL WE TIPPED THEM. Like, literally forced us to tip for the worst massage of my life. Even if you say no they keep pushing so then you end up having to say yes so they don't keep asking. I can say the guy asked me about 4 different times to upgrade even though I kept saying no. How do you relax to that? My daughter did a massage at the same time and she told him no but he still did it. Too expensive and I hate going to get a massage and wanting to feel relaxed with the pushing of getting extras even though in the beginning I told them I don't want anything extra.
