Don't come here unless you have an extra hour to spare. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment, they WILL keep you waiting. Came here a few months back... called in to make an appointment for couples massage. "Sure no problem" well, we get there and only therapist came in and 1 hr passed and nobody at this point was working on my partner. I was fumed!!! They told us "it's okay we will get someone right now" no, I'm sorry we planned for 1 hour. Not 2! I was given a 70$ gift certificate to return... Went in today with full intention to be open to a better experience. Decided to go for their 90 min + "free cupping". Got into my room at 8pm..... looked at the clocked at 820p... ok no problem. Looked at the clock at 840p. Still nobody has come into my room. RIDICULOUS! I walk up to front to just see them sitting there. She FORGOT I was in the room. I got my money back for my certificate and will not be coming back. Sure it's nice and clean but only come if you hours to spare and patience. I'm all for coming in to relax but not for a whole dam hour before someone comes to give you the service you're paying for. Do better!!! read more

This place is absolutely terrible! If i could, I would rate it 0 stars. It started with walking into the place and there was no receptionist to be found. After 5 minutes of just waiting there without being helped, a lady walked in (guessing it was the owner) and she asked if I had an appointment. I told her yes, but she repeated told me that there was no appointment to be found and proceeded to gaslight me into thinking i made an appointment at their other location until she realized she had made a mistake and i had an appointment all along. I decided to look past this & still proceed with my massage. When booking the appointment, i requested a male but when the massage started the masseuse was a female and she never properly introduced herself. I thought she was just going to be helping the male masseuse out, but eventually realized that she was the one going to be doing my massage. It was very unprofessional! Also i would like to note that each massage room is not a "room", its more of a dressing room where you can constantly hear other peoples conversations and people walking in through the front. It did not make for a peaceful and relaxing experience. As the massage continued, I was thrown into very uncomfortable positions and at some points very inappropriate positions. When i spoke up to let the masseuse know i did not like that or please don't do that again, she did not listen and continued to massage areas i was not comfortable with. It got to a point I literally had to stop the massage half way through and told her i was leaving because i was feeling taken advantage of and very uncomfortable. That is when the owner came in and apologized and said that that particular masseuse does not listen to the clients and has gotten poor reviews before & she would get me a better masseuse. If you know this as an owner that clients have complained about this masseuse before, why the hell would you still have her work for you! Like i said before very unprofessional and very poor business mindset. Leaving this appointment i felt even more stressed and tense. I'm upset i gave a business like this my money and I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I honestly wish i saw a review like this before i went and experienced a pretty traumatizing event, so I'm here to say do not go here! It is not worth it! read more

It was fairly easy getting an appointment. You are given an option whether you'd prefer to see a male or female masseuse. Parking is easy. It's by the 24hr hour fitness lot. The reception area is clean. They're all very personable and accommodating. My massage therapist was very professional. Rooms are private and clean. No weird smells. Light background music adds to the whole ambiance. I'll be back and will most likely try a relaxation type of massage. The one I got felt really good at that time but I was sore at the end.
