In most of my experiences they are generally well staffed to handle the larger weekend crowds and from management to the servers the staff is typically very pleasant and timely in regard to service. This is probably one of the few spots that opens until 3-4am, if you're looking for something on a late night. They also host a variety of discounted events on a given day whether it be extended happy hours from 4-10pm, free hookah Monday's, or various specials for football game nights. The menu says that there's a 2 hour limit on the hookah. However my friend kept ordering drinks and therefore they didn't enforce that rule. You are allowed to bring food in and eat it as long as you're drinking. There are TVs inside and outside and there's music playing as well.
