Came here on a Friday night around 7 and was worried I wouldn't be able to get in. They were extremely busy but luckily one person was free to take me right away. I regret not getting her name, because service was outstanding and I can't recommend her enough. The manicure was quick and efficient, she shaped my nails exactly the way I wanted despite them being uneven from a few breaks. She checked with me to make sure I was okay with the color, then hustled me over to the dryer and proceeded to massage every knot out of my back in just 10 minutes. The new owners have a policy of giving a short neck massage for clients after their services. Somehow, even though I am the payor and tipper (20%) (Today I tipped $8 on a $13 manicure ) I never get the bonus massage. I am sitting here watching others get the service and me NOTHING. Really feeling like a second class citizen. That would not be enough for me to review as it's a bonus but the actual service...., They ask you to pay before you're complete and then when you find problems they fix it in a sloppy way.
