He guided me to a manager (Deb) who told me that 1000 dollar warranty only covered acid rain and bird droppings stuff. Now it would take less than 20 minutes for them to buff out one miniscule scratch and maintain good customer relations. The truck was bought new and bought there. If they put 1/10 of the effort in doing right instead of spending more time passing the buck or making the rules up as she goes along their score on Yelp might be better.

They didn't tell me they broke the spark plug, rather sent a 10K estimate via a text message to replace the engine. When I called and said I would just pick the car up, they admitted that the car no longer runs and that not only would they not supply a rental car, but I would need to pay for the repairs. I had a similar experience a few years ago when the transmission failed in the same car. They tried to tell me I had to pay for that out of pocket even though I had purchased the premium warranty. After proving that the warranty 100% covered the transmission, they took 6 weeks to fix the vehicle. Shady people running this place. I repeat, STAY AWAY FROM CIOCCA FORD of RED LION PA.
