I hired the 36 passenger trolley & the 56 passenger coach to drive from Brunswick Maine to New Gloucester Maine on the weekend of 20 July for the wedding party and all of our guests. One of the six trips to and from the hotel and venue went well, the other 5 not so much. The driver of the coach bus showed up late at the hotel to pick up our guests and then to make matters worse he drove right by the venue and had to turn this coach bus around in the middle of a back country road. The wedding started 15 minutes late which created a ripple effect for the rest of the night. Neither the trolley or the couch bus had adequate working air conditioning. I called the company on the next business day to let them know what had happen and the office manager told me that they where aware of the air conditioning problem and apologized for this and the driver of the coach being late. He told me that he was going to talk to the general manager about what had taken place and someone would get back to me. To date I have not heard back from them. Northeast Charter & Tour moved our guests from hotel to venue and back but we could have done this for much less and not had any of these problems. This was not a low budget contract with them by any stretch.

Started on a reservation and got a quote and contract and everything over email, which included a…read morelink to make the deposit. It was an unbranded payment website, so I texted the rep a simple question about whether they took any other forms of payment than the link in the email, just out of curiosity to see if they took stripe/venmo or something more standard/safe. The rep completely blew up on me and cancelled my reservation then was aggressively calling me out over texts saying I was asking them to integrate Stripe and that they couldn't just integrate and accept any form of payment like that from a customer ask.. I was just asking a simple question, I was happy to use the provided payment processor if the answer was no, but they totally blew the whole thing up for no reason.
