We are Youfit people. I can say that as as carrying members we go a few times a week and I'm confident we are getting our moneys worth. Are they best energy? We'll probably not but pretty darn good. And darn cheap compared to any of the others we had priced out. And it's a chain, in a good way. I go to a couple different ones and this is one of em. It's a pretty good location and it helps to have a few locations as as none are too busy that I can't get the machine or treadmill that I need. Early in the week is a better time to stop in than say a Thursday(posers seem to love a Thursday workout) In conjunction, this location has good tunes and always a bench is open. read more

Good luck with trying to cancel your payment/membership. Very frustrating experience trying to cancel my membership. I never signed a contract and have been paying month-to-month. Despite that, my rate was increased, and now I'm being held to a 60-day cancellation policy that no one has been able to show I agreed to. I still like my gym from my previous posting, but lately the management and employees have been slacking. One day, there was no one at the desk from noon to close on a Sunday, and this morning, no one showed up for work at 5am. My work schedule along with I'm sure many others depend on going first thing, and not having a dependable employee to open up the gym is sad. There was about 10 others waiting to get in and all started leaving like I had to. Can't say they lost money because it's pay by month, but going to start looking at the Boca Mall location. Ok so I joined this health fitness club two weeks ago! I joined online I paid the membership then I came in next day Abd the set up was easy they found me right away with phone number and book I was in! They gave me my badge thing to check in. So good to know signing up online is easy!! As for the place it is a bit small but it's all you need! Everyone that comes here is great at social distancing and everyone cleans after themselves I noticed. They have tons of treadmills and bike machines. One thing is I wish they had more stair climbers usually if one person is using it you can't really use the one next to them ;( but overall I just hop on the treadmill and wait. They have a bunch of weight machines and weights. Enough for everyone. The staff is super nice and helpful. So far it's been a pleasure being part of this gym. They have someone cleaning all the machines as well throughout the day so things get cleaned often here. They are on point with following covid guidelines. You must wear a mask and you must bring a towel very mandatory. Anyway I'm glad I joined this gym it's super close to home and it's all I need. Since I joined I've already lost 8 pounds And I'm excited to start on my weight training after I lose a bit more! read more

Tiny location but always packed because it only costs $10 a month. BEWARE Would not recommend this location or YouFit in general they have these ByLaws that they do not inform you of at the time of application. YouFit in general makes cancelling your membership extremely difficult. Because you definitely will want to cancel after you are harassed by someone for violating the effeminate and cowardly rules set in place so a small group of people can enjoy them selves regularly. Youfit is your bottom tier gym. I was a Youfit member for over one year. It's not a place I ever loved or felt super comfortable in. It's very small, and there is basically no floor space, so doing floors exercises is hard. The machines are very close together with hardly and room to walk around them. Your lucky if you don't get hit in the leg passing by. This is a corporate gym and it feels like that. It doesn't feel like anyone cares or is there to help. If you know what you're doing and just want a local and inexpensive place to work out with zero frills (this location has no classes) - then this might work for you. It was working for me since I went off peak hours, did my thing for about 40 minutes and left. The bathrooms are always being cleaned for some reason - so I wasn't able to ever use them. It's annoying how cleaning people kind of circulate while you're trying to work out - yet it's doesn't seem particularly clean. For a while one of the elliptical machines had a broken part that holds your phone and a dirty tissue in the cup holder. While another one made the loud clunking sound. I decided to cancel my membership after I tried personal training. I got a coupon for 40% off personal training and figured I would give it a shot. There was only one trainer there - so I didn't have my choice of who I wanted to work with. Trainer/trainee dynamic is pretty important. I wanted a female trainer but they didn't have one. First - I don't feel I got 40% off anything. That's just a gimmick to get you in the door. Also there was an additional $60 fee just to get a training package. (They add that to your session package). You have to get at least 8 sessions and pay up front. Not sure why as a member I had to pay a fee. Sessions are only 30 minutes and that's exact. We never did a few extra minutes like I do at my other gym. Since it's not family owned - trainers don't have the flexibility to go above and beyond. My trainer Ryan was really nice though. I recommend he find another gym to train in so he can expand beyond Youfit. At the same time I tried training at a different gym (Michael's Body Scenes) and the small family owned vibe combined with the perfect trainer for me over there - made it impossible for Youfit to compete. I contacted corporate to actually be released from my training and I was told no - I would either lose the money for the unused training or be forced to use them even though I expressed I wasn't comfortable there. I never should have signed up in the first place. I wasn't impressed with David Bohmiller from corporate. Once I wrote him and told him I wasn't happy and wanted a refund for the unused sessions - he should have just done it. What would anyone have to lose by giving me back my money for the unused sessions? And even if they did lose - isn't that better than have a miserable customer? If I am an unhappy customer why would he want to force me to proceed or lose my investment? So much for the customer is always right attitude. "Boh" needs to read Raving Fans or another customer service book. Had he released me I would have been a much more satisfied customer and really impressed with their service but he didn't. Anyway - I train and work out at Michael's now. Everyone there is amazing (see my review for that gym). Anthony and Ryan at Youfit are super nice but overall my experience wasn't good - so I do not recommend it and I wouldn't go back. read more

They insisted I had to physically go into the store, despite me explaining I was now across the country. They have no intention of doing business the right way and will not treat you well. No help as the operator just transfers the line to this location which never answers. Waiting to see if they will charge my card next month without any response to my email or message. If they are still charging me monthly, I will be moving to another gym. Only reason why I giving two stars because I actually like this location since it's 24 hours and no other gym in bo. Hopefully I finally here from someone this way. Update: Coming from Publix and saw some cars parked outside. I decided to check and they were open. My wife and I paid for their quick start package and although I have received 3 out 4 of my sessions later, what I paid for my wife has been an ongoing problem. We originally signed up in the Palmetto Park location and she was given a trainer - our first three sessions were sitting in his office with him going on and on about personal items about himself including his whole CBD business plan. He did our body measurements twice because he forgot that we had already done them the other day - must be that oil he's taking. Yet we came to work out and never got to. We had one session together because he couldn't get the other trainer for me and we spend half that session on the treadmill so he could kill time. We should up for the next session and he had someone else schedule and told us we were wrong and to just "go work out." Without trying to call that location out for their undeliverable service we asked to try for her the Glades location where supposedly there was another trainer that would be a "good fit." We went there and got a whole speech about they would honor the four sessions that we never got for her and six weeks later she has had only three of them and we have since paid $152 twice to you for biweekly sessions. We were new in the area, chose YouFit as a hopeful alternative to our previous LA Fitness and have found both locations to extremely poor in provided the simple things that we agreed upon and paid for. My wife's new trainer has delivered only three sessions (of the 4 original) over a four week period. He has repeatedly reschedules and cancels at the last moment making it impossible for us to get the basic plan for what exercises, weights and machines we should be doing on our own. We have found this common in both locations, upon the sales pitch we were told the trainers would be available to our after work schedule and yet they are not at all and we have run around changing our schedule trying to work out. Neither one of us is a foreigner to fitness, we are both 50 and we have done exercise for years. I think if YouFit were concerned about how their locations were run and how their brand is represented then they should investigate these processes. I had my trainer, once say to me "you see all these people? They are doing everything wrong?" But of course they are because there are no trainers and people can't take advantage of this. Additionally you can see so many other Yelp reviews for these locations and see the dissatisfaction. I wish I had paid more attention to those reviews myself. Anyone can go on YouTube and find information about exercise and diet and our expectation was a more personal plan for fitness provided by their staff - they sure had plenty of time to sit in offices and discuss at length how we could get in shape without ever really giving any training. I had someone ask me "how long to plan on committing to get your perfect body?" That was after hours of office sitting and still no training. Oh and if you do want to contact corporate and complain - good luck, their 1-800 number directs you to put a zip code and lands you right back in the very location you want to complain to them about. This location is a dump. Dirty locker rooms. Equipment way too close together and cramped. Super disappointing compared to other locations. To make matters worse-- came in to train at 7:30 and apparently they close at 8 on Friday's. You'd think the girl at the front desk would tell you that they closed in 30 mins (unlike the other locations nearby who close at 9). Got halfway through my workout when they started turning off lights. Who the hell gets a workout in within 30 mins? Not sure how this business is run, whether it's a franchise or not but it needs help. read more

I love Youfit. Great, clean gym, for as low as $10.00/month for the basic membership, or $20.00 for a Limecard. Helpful staff that keeps the gym clean and running smoothly. They even have very low level tanning beds for anyone interested. Plenty of machines and free weights. Just be careful what time you go. This location is small and gets very crowded right around and after dinner time. You'll be finding yourself waiting for all machines (cardio and aerobic). I recommend this place for those who are on a budget and don't want to spend an exuberant amount of money to workout per month. They keep this gym clean and sanitized, but be sure to do your part and help out by cleaning machines after you use them. read more

Ive been a member here for years because it is cheap and I go in spurts as far as using the facility. The monthly fee is cheap but then they do add on annual fees and admin crap that they should incorporate in monthly fee! I can go to much better gym for what it ends up costing here annually. I moved away and tried to cancel my membership...what a nightmare!!! It was a joke - had to make numerous phone calls then was told I had to send a certified letter in order for my membership to be canceled. Its 2017 people - why doesn't an email or phone call suffice? I ended up disputing the charges through my credit card....only way I could get my membership canceled! I have no problems with this location, even though it's small, but I do need to say look out when you sign up and check your monthly statement when you get it to make sure that there are not extra charges. I signed up in November of 2016 and thought that the my reoccurring charges were just going to be for my $10.00 monthly fee. I had also signed up for a coaching session pack because I hadn't gone to the gym in a while. What ended up happening is that I also got a reoccurring charge for the coaching session, which is not what I signed up for, but trying to get it refunded has been impossible. I can't get the district manager or corporate to answer any of my emails. Being in a customer service business, I give this company an "F"! read more

This Youfit location is probably their smallest location. I like it because everything I need is close together, however, my dad hates the size, he says there's "no machines he likes." But, they have everything I need, so I don't care. The employees are super nice. There's one who always greets me every time I walk in and it does make a difference. It's pretty clean and not too crowded in the morning, so I try my best to go around 10 am. If you go around 5-8, you will not have access to the machine or equipment that you want. There's always a machine "out of order" but it's also more obvious because the gym is so small with limited equipment. Youfit is a good place to go if you just want a basic workout. Forget about extras like classes, babysitting, towel service, steam room, sauna, swimming pool, etc. Not here. On top of that, it looks like it was designed by Barney; the color scheme is a hideous eggplant color with neon green. Since it is so small, it gets very crowded and parking sucks.The best times to come here are 9am-12am or after 8pm in the evening. The $10/month no contract plan is actually $29 down and around $11/month with tax. At the end of the year, there is a $30 annual fee. So 29+30+11(12) = roughly $191/year. After 1 year, it increases to $15/month plus tax. If you terminate, it costs $25. So yeah it's cheap, but it's more than $120/yr. You might be wondering how they pay for all this. I think it is the tanning club, drinks, and most of all, CUSTOM BUILT. Custom Built is a separate personal training company that has their office inside of Youfit. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THEM!! When I first signed up, the staff gave me a tour, and a free nutritional consultation. The guy said first trial session is free. I asked if there was any catch; he said none. A few months later, I started getting calls that I owed thousands of dollars in personal training fees! It was a nightmare. Even the front desk people in Youfit told me that CB is the worst and they wish they weren't associated with them! I'm sure a big percent of the thousands of dollars made by CB are kicked back to Youfit. They are seriously predators; beware. They charge like $45 for a half hour session. However, if you're careful to AVOID Custom Built, it is definitely the cheapest gym on the market. read more

I went in yesterday to become a member of the Youfit fitness club. Cameron the manager was super helpful and very detailed about the club and what my Lime membership entailed. I'm so happy with my new membership and cannot wait to start working out. I used the tanning bed (stand up) yesterday it was really nice except I did get a little burned so I assume these beds aren't bronzing like at a tanning salon. I wish they could tell me why kind of beds (levels) they are. I also wish this location wasn't so tiny but it's still a great atmosphere with two stair masters (my fave) it's open 24/7 and you can tan up until 11:40pm. It also has a sauna but unfortunately because it's so small doesn't offer any classes but the Deerfield location does :) Overall i'm so happy to be back in the gym! I think this gym is inferior and not a deal by any means. They charge these hidden fees not mentioned until you sign up. There is an initiation fee, the monthly fee, an annual fee and when you cancel your membership they charge another fee. When I signed up they stated you could cancel at any time but failed to mention yet another fee for that. During my time there, they had broken machines, no room to do floor exercises, found broken glass on the locker room floor, sink that didn't work and the only electrical outlet available was in the handicap bathroom stall. This gym was the 1st to close and the last to open. I cancelled my membership in April on the phone. They said it was just on hold and started billing me as soon as they reopened. I went in to cancel in person they wanted to charge me a fee. Then they hit my card for another $66. Don't fall for the $10 a month its not. You have to personally appear at least 11 days before your next months dues are to be withdrawn from your bank account in order to sign off on a $25 CANCELLATION FEE? So let me get this straight; I am dissatisfied with the number & condition of machines/equipment that seem to be in perpetual disrepair so I SHOULD PAY $25 TO CANCEL? How is that fair? The only saving grace of this place are the nice people that greet you when you come in. Other than that....ugh please, I'm not paying for smiles. There are plenty of other gyms in the area.
