They have consistently been professional, friendly, and respectful, and I have never had any issues -- until recently. Last July, I received a call from a staff member named Jamie (I'm unsure of the spelling) while I was on my way to an appointment. She spoke to me in a loud and condescending tone, accusing me of being late multiple times. I was surprised by this, as it seemed unusual for a dental office to keep such a record, but I chose not to let her rudeness affect me and went ahead to my appointment and booked my next appointment. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 p.m. I live about 11 minutes away and left my home at 3:45 p.m. While driving on Bothell-Everett Highway in heavy rain, traffic slowed significantly. As I reached the light to turn into the office complex,around 4:06 p.m. I received another call from Jamie. She again spoke in a harsh and disrespectful tone, informing me that my appointment was canceled because I had supposedly been late to nine previous appointments. I explained that I was just on the traffic light turning into the building, but she continued to speak to me in a very dismissive and rude manner, and cancelled my appointment. As a paying patient, I found her behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I felt disrespected and spoken to in a way no patient should experience. It is especially disappointing because I have always appreciated Dr. Berry's care and the professionalism of his staff. Unfortunately, my interactions with Jamie have been the complete opposite, and I can't help but feel that I was treated differently, possibly because I am African and speak with an accent. I am writing to share my experience in the hope that this matter is addressed appropriately. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of circumstances. No one should be spoken to in such a demeaning manner

I have such mix feelings about All Smiles…read more First of all, I love the dentist. Dr. Furman is awesome... makes me feel comfortable and seems well trained as a dentist. I always try to support women owned business, and I looked pretty hard to find a dentist when I moved. Dr. Furman is kinda the only reason why anyone should consider coming to this practice. The front desk ladies greet you when you walk in, but it always feels forced. They are quite catty - have been overheard being judgy about patients both in English and in Russian and they don't seem to care who hears it. I've seen them roll their eyes and take on quite dismissive tones when a patient ask questions, which makes me very careful about how (or whether) I approach them. The first hygienist was super abrasive both in words and in her use of force. The second hygienist felt like she barely did anything in what should have been a deep cleaning. It was just unpleasant enough that I didn't immediately leave the practice, but after a few visits I decided that I rather drive 45 minutes back to my old hygienist at Complete Dentistry. I probably would not recommend, but if you're from an eastern block country, they would probably be quite lovely to you.

Dr. Ho did the initial consult portion - made sure he had all my info correctly, checked over my teeth and made sure nothing hurt. Super friendly. Then I got my teeth cleaned by Carter - literally the gentlest cleaning I've had. He really took his time, being very careful to do a good job - but I pretty much felt nothing the whole time. So if you've had dental cleaning trauma in the past, Carter can fix that. 100% recommend them to friends and family.

Everyone is always friendly and welcoming and they truly care about you and your comfort. I had an area that was consistently bothering me (with old metal fillings) - no matter what I did or how well I took care of it, the gums were constantly inflamed and sore. My previous dentist never had any answers for me other than I needed to floss more. During one of my very first visits to PNS, Dr. Greenhalgh asked me if I had any jewelry allergies (which I do). He said that it was very possible that I was having a reaction to the metal fillings. After I got them taken out and replaced with composites, it was like night and day! The issues that plagued me for years were just gone. Another huge positive is that they can get you a permanent crown the same day (unless it's a special situation). When I had that aforementioned area worked on, they had to replace a crown as well. No wearing a temporary and coming back again to get the permanent fitted. I just waited an extra 1/2 hour or so that same visit and I was done. Not that I am hoping to need any crowns in the future - but it is wonderful to know that it can be done the same day. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this team. They truly make going to the dentist a positive experience.

It was…read moreso severe in the beginning of the Covid pandemic that it transitioned into Guillane Barre Syndrome. The staff is laid back and kind. The office has the most updated equipment and procedures I have seen in my almost 70 years. Infection had gone into my jawbone and I have been on many antibiotics over the 36 or so months I have been sick. Dr. Punish is an excellent dentist, oral surgeon. He agreed to do my oral surgery with novacaine alone, versus other oral surgeons insisting on doing the surgery under a general anesthetic. He is patient, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. My oral surgery, including two extractions, was seamless. This office understands that MANY people do not have dental insurance and is very willing to make payment accommodations. The office is clean and staff is professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Punia's office!
