Service: (2) water was not refilled, slow, Ambience: (3) the place was open on the 2nd floor but nothing extraordinary. Price vs. Value: (1) Your money is better spent elsewhere. I really liked the quality of the food. It as very good. The downside was, we went when it wasn't very busy and the food at the buffet for the bbq was frequently empty or very low. I really enjoyed that our table was in a room all by itself, but about 30 min into our meal, the owner came over, asking if we could open our walls to our tiny room to allow the AC to go through the restaurant as they were only located at the window. It did make it cooler in there which was nice, but we lost a bit of the intimacy of our table. All in all, it was a really good experience and the food was marvelous! I have lived in Toronto for 20 years, and this was by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food was extremely overpriced, the taste was terrible, and they even included the tip in the bill. I will never go back. Don't be fooled by its appearance. At first glance this place screams warning! Big signs outside reads "All you can eat Korean BBQ, Open" that was enough to get my brother-in-law in the doors. I, on the other hand was skeptical with details and the facade of the restaurant. Weeds growing through the paver stone in the front of the building and no cars in the parking lot had me thinking this place is closed for business. I wasn't the only one unsure of our dining choice. I figured it the place doesn't care to keep up the appearance of its location then how much more do they care about their kitchen???? So I took a gambled on this place and to my surprise it paid off. The staff was accommodating to our large group and they were friendly. We did have their all you can eat BBQ. Everything was good and meats were fresh. My girlfriend wanted to go here for her birthday and barely ate anything because it was terrible. They give you some lettuce and 2 mushrooms cut in half, and 1 slice of green pepper a 1/4 of an inch wide, and 1 slice of red pepper 1/4 of an inch wide. Some seaweed and a few pieces of onion and garlic cloves.Then they bring you some raw meat that you have to cook yourself on a grill built in the table. They don't give you a knife to cut the meat up. Just a pair of scissors. Then charge you $155 to cook your own meal with not enough to do so. I tried to eat as much as I could so I would get my money's worth. But basically ate plain rice with bland chicken until I couldn't eat any more. I wasn't going to tip but I did. So it cost me $175 to cook my own meal with limited supplies. We will never go there again. Should of went to red lobster like we always do. They serve good food and they cook it for you. read more

As far as I can tell, all restaurants in Niagara Falls are not very good and are overpriced. The food here was ok, but not the best examples of dishes that we eat frequently (soon tubu chigae and bibimbap). The banchan (side dishes) were very ordinary and three of the four were a type of kimchi (cabbage, cucumber, and radish) so there wasn't much to eat for my husband who doesn't like spicy food. And, as is typical for the area, it was expensive for what we ordered. There are small push buttons the tables to get the attention of the servers. Service was a bit on the slow side considering the place was empty. On the plus side, the people who work here were very nice. read more

My family loves Korean food and we eat it whenever we get a chance so we know good Korean food. The food here is just ok. It's not nasty, but we've definitely had better. 3 of us had the chicken Bibimbop, 1 had the Bulgogi, and 1 didn't like the dumpling soup but enjoyed the tempura shrimp. We all had Miso Soup and it wasn't that good. This place is good if you want Korean and you're really hungry and you're really close to this place. This is how we stumbled across it. My husband and I were a bit "burger and fries" out so decided to look for some Asian places to eat. We passed by it early with our tour so decided to venture here for dinner. Since we came to visit Niagara Falls for our honeymoon and it's off season, the place was completely empty. We were the only ones there. After we ordered, there were maybe 2 more couples came to dine here. I wanted something soupy so I ordered tofu hotpot with dumplings and my husband ordered the King Kalbi. It was interesting that they have LA Kalbi and King Kalbi so my husband asked the wait staff what's the difference. Apparently LA Kalbi is more chewy while the King Kalbi is more tender considering it's one of the most expensive items on the menu. When the King Kalbi came, the aroma was amazing! I had a piece and it was really tender and tasty. It definitely live up the name as King Kalbi. After sampling the King Kalbi, my tofu hotpot was definitely very bland. The dumplings weren't great but again we didn't have high expectation. Overall, it was still very nice dinner. Service was quick so we were out in less than 45 minutes and were able to catch our shuttle back to the Fallsview hotel. read more

The worst place ever!!! Among all the korean bbq places that I have eaten, I would say this is the worst one. Honesty, it's terrible. It isn't buffet at all. The server brought some (poor quality) meats (tiny portion ), rice, 4 different super tiny side dishes, miso (it tastes like just water and salt) soup and literally a few drops of srirscha sauce. No vege except for a few pieces of lettuce (oh!! I had to fight for it) and That's It!! no more foods and won't even come back to check on us. But, at the end, he brought the bill which was us$85 something. It's just for two of us. So, please do yourself a favor by not going there. You will regret it just like me. read more

This place is alright. Nothing great about it, but nothing terrible either. It is quite overpriced, but that is to be expected in a place like Niagara Falls. Upon entering the building, this place is quite unusual in that you have to go up the stairs or the elevator to the second floor in order to enter the restaurant. Not a complaint, just an observation. Not the end of the world. However, upon reaching the second floor, you will see that although there is lots of seating space there is usually very few to no people eating here, despite a quiet, cozy setting. Definitely not a good sign, eh? I can see why there aren't that many people. While the service is good and calling your server is Korean style (pushing a button to call your server to your table), and the food comes out relatively quickly, the food is nothing to write about. It's pretty basic. It's not bland, but it's not delicious either. 3 stars will do, but I'd steer clear and find a better Korean restaurant in the area. OK everyone, listen up because this is for your own good. My kids wanted to try Korean BBQ and we passed this place on the way to the casino. So we backtracked and walked back to the restaurant at 4:30 pm. When we entered the place, there was not a single noise to be heard. This should have been a clue to get out. We went to the second floor and we were wrong. There was ONE table. The host / waiter / probably owner spoke little English and showed us in. We ordered the BBQ Buffet which was listed at $22 for each person, as well as a Vegetable mix at $ 5. Of course one beer and two soft drinks. Well, what should have been $ 80 came back as $ 182. The topper is this: The waiter / owner says: "Don't have to tip, we already took it". OK The food was "not the best" we have had. The vegetable mix at $ 5 was one onion, 5 garlic and 2 mushrooms cut in pieces. Hardly worth the price. My Free advise: First Choice: Take your food to Niagara Falls because it is a RIP OFF no matter where you go. Second Choice: Go somewhere else, not this place. Third Choice: Don't eat in Niagara if you can. You WILL get ripped off and you will feel like an idiot after you get your bill. I did. Please do yourself a favour, listen to me. read more

We each got a bibimbap with bulgulgi for dinner. The bowls arrived in the stone bowls nice and warm. The food did not take long and the fried egg I was hoping for in my bowl was included. However, we were not happy with the very scant amount of bulgulgi in it. There was not even half an average sized handful of meat. In fact, I don't like too much meat when I eat and even I thought it was too little. The waitress forgot our check and then came back and joked "oh you ate it all, that's a good sign!" But in reality it wasn't necessarily because it was good, it was because there was hardly any protein in it. For $18 Canadian dollars a bowl, the meal was overpriced with nothing special about it. There was only one waitress for over 5 tables so they were understaffed, which was evidenced by her forgetting our check. The cups of water were tiny too. I also caught me off guard by the payment time, when she brought the card holder to our table and had us pay at the table, which also meant she stared on as we tipped her (I always think it's weird to tip while the server is watching because I think good tips are deserved by hard work and not given under the server's pressure). There was an option to put the money in US or Canadian dollars and I regrettably chose to put it in US dollars. I did the math later, and I lost about $7 US by using their currency exchange rate and of course that did not make me too happy. Basically, you might be better off finding another Korean place to eat at. read more

We decided to go and try out the restaurant despite their recent bad reviews about their customer service and I wanted to make sure I write a review from our perspective. We arrived and were immediately greeted and sat. I saw the restaurant was pretty slow and saw at least 4 servers walking around. One of the servers came by and asked us for our drink order right away. She even answered a couple questions I had for her. She was very nice and helpful. Food came out quick starting with the side dishes which were delicious and we had fried dumplings which was also yummy! Crispy outside and a lot of filling inside. My daughter and I ordered each the Galbi ala carte entree and my husband ordered yaki beef udon. More people came into the restaurant and all the servers were very quick to attend to them I noticed. Our food was DELICIOUS!!! The galbi was flavorful and tender and my husband's yaki udon was also super tasty! I really liked the pickled cabbage side dish and our server even told me the recipe and how to make it before I even asked! Definitely making it at home for myself. Highly recommend this restaurant, I can't speak about the all you can eat since we didn't order that style. But we left very satisfied. Maybe they had an off night previously but definitely try it out! We would go back if we visit Niagara Falls again. The ONLY thing we noticed but not worth lowering the stars because it wouldn't stop us from going back but to just point out is that they make you tip on the entire bill including tax. A very nice Korean BBQ restaurant. Very roomy with a few party rooms on the sides with a homey ambiance. The open kitchen was interesting. We only ordered 2 BBQ dishes (kalbi and bulgogi) and decided to have them cooked in the kitchen instead of at the table. We also ordered jap chae and bibimbap. All were excellent, though the bibimbap was kind of small. My only downside is that the banchan side dishes were minimal (4), where I'm used to getting 8-10 dishes to sample. A unique and unusual feature of the place was a call button on the wall at each table. It seems cheesy, but when I think about it, I can appreciate this. The waiters stayed away from your table for the most part, but when you pressed the button, they popped up immediately, so service was very attentive without being overbearing. My family vacationed in Niagara Falls and of course what do my Korean parents want to eat? Korean food!! So we just drive past this place and stop and it turns out to be a really nice and decent Korean restaurant! The prices are decent and the place is very nice. They have individual rooms and we even saw huge rows of food prepared for a tour bus that was going to come in. They have pretty much all Korean foods - BBQ, soups, etc. They also have sushi and I got the udon because my stomach was upset, but it was really delicious! This place seems simple and quiet on outside but really big and spacious and cute on inside. Food was great. Well seasoned, very flavourful, large portions. You won't be disappointed. Service was great. Very accommodating and humble kindness from host. Ill definitely make it back here. The cost is a bit more than I'm used to in the city but everything in Niagara is pricier so it's decent and affordable if you take that into consideration. This review is for a weekday dinner buffet. We were a group of 3 families looking for a place to feed everyone and settled on this restaurant based on a relative who went here the night before. Downstairs is the regular dining room and upstairs is the buffet area. You can also order a la carte if you wish but at $20/adult and $10/child this is actual very reasonable for the Niagara Falls area. There is not a big selection, but the quality of the food was top notch. Items included bulgogi, ribs, korean potato noodles, sushi, noodles, rice and even a bimibap station where you can make your own rice creations! Desserts limited with 2 ice creams and some tarts/cakes with coffee/tea included. Free parking is provided at the back. We were very happy with the value they provided especially in the tourist trap that is Niagara Falls. Will definitely be back to try some of the a la carte menu items as they looked delicious. read more

Had a satisfying dinner tonight. We wanted to try the all you can eat bbq and it didn't disappoint. We tried all the meats they have on the menu which were all tasty. No dipping sauce were provided since you don't need it. Servers were attentive as we called probably 4x for additional side orders and we got someone within 2 minutes. Would have given 5 stars if not for the automatic tip added but I'm not complaining due to covid affecting a lot of businesses. Would nice to have seafood on the list of items as well. HORRIBLE! Waited for 20 minuets to be able talking to a server. And spend half an hour to get the food. The server was not properly skilled. We ordered a seafood tofu stew and a beef one. The server can't distinguish the two from each other, and used our spoon digging in the bowl, then he could see. Overpriced. I live in Toronto, and the same level Korean restaurant there would give you a smaller bill, maybe half the price? The worst part is that they added 20% gratuity to our bill, without our consent. I am writing this comment with great regrets for not seeing the bill before shipping the money. The service was literally a joke, but pricey. Entrance/impression: We entered and it was a huge space that could be a potential advantage for a restaurant. However decor was pretty old fashioned and tacky. The first floor was only for "banquets/big reservations" and the 2nd floor were for walk-ins. (Weird.) Drinks: We ordered the gin and tonic and a ginger ale. Guess what ? They didn't have any liquor. Not even vodka. But hey, they had beer, wine and soju. So I ordered a small beer but apparently they only had the large so I reluctantly agreed to get it (might as well take it with this headache already). Then, my server gave my dining partner his glass for the ginger ale and then he OPENED the can for him (like my partner couldn't do it himself..? I don't know, maybe my partner was unable, who knows). Food: We ordered the chicken Katsu ($20 they try to make the dish look bigger than it actually was) and soybean paste stew ($15 for one person??)with kalbi ribs and while the katsu was fine (still a rip off.), the other dish was completely unacceptable for me. The kalbi rib? TINY BITS OF CHEWY BEEF IS WHAT THEY MEANT. I asked my server for another dish instead of the one ordered because it wasn't what we expected. And the manager came out to argue about it. So I said never mind and ate my rice because I was still hungry. And guess what ? I was still hungry after. Soo.. we went for for papa johns pizza after! Overall: RIPP OFFFF & TACKY My advice?
