    2023 Kia Stinger Tribute Edition

I'm not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, but they were wrong! This is the absolute best Kia dealership I've ever visited. I haven't had the chance to use their service due to living a 12 hour drive away, but I wouldn't hesitate. We worked with Madi, Jennifer, and Nate. I saw a Ceramic Silver 2023 Kia Stinger GT2 and just had to have it. We contacted them, discovered there was NO MARKUP, and immediately started making plans. When we got there, Jennifer picked us up from the airport, and we had a great conversation on the way there. They were super helpful and friendly. Unlike the 6 California Kia dealers we went to, Young treated us like they have the privilege to sell us a car and not vice versa. We drove it back to CA from Utah, and I noticed what looked like condensation on the instrument screen and HUD, but it had actually warped. They paid for its repair, no questions asked. I let them know this was my dream car and that I didn't feel comfortable with the work the CA Kia dealer did on it. They were so understanding and, as a result, traded out the Ceramic Silver for an Ascot Green Tribute Edition (we did an actual trade). That process was even smoother than the first car! The care packages they sell ACTUALLY have value like window tint (Llumar, my family is full of EASTMAN scientists so BIG deal for me), front PPF, LoJack, and an incredible wheel warranty. I also got a hat, Kia thermo cups, and these delicious brookie cupcake cookies. I had such an incredible experience with Young Kia that I'd happily buy another car from them regardless of the state I reside. Thanks y'all, keep being the best. Pictured is the car we just got from them. It is the most beautiful Stinger I've ever seen. These greedy California dealers should take note from Young Kia if they want angry customers to stop review bombing their stores, just saying.

Amazing dealership, if you can really call it a true dealership. I recently sold my daily driver…read moreand was in the market for a car. I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

He helped my husband & I find & customize my dream 4runner that stayed within our budget loan & monthly Pmt!!! He's not your typical sales person that tries to sell you a car ASAP just to make money off you, but rather he listened to our concerns & needs/wants & was able to answer and respond back quickly through out the entire process even when we were out of state talk about building relationships Thank you So much Nate we seriously appreciate ya! I can't tell you enough how much I my 4Runner and the constant compliments I get from folks. Definitely won't be the first or last car we purchase from you

Our experience with GP Motors has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating…read more During the test drive, my boyfriend noticed the tires were severely sun-cracked and the TPMS light was on. He had to push GP Motors to replace the tires before we were willing to move forward with the purchase, and we were assured the TPMS issue would also be fixed. After buying the vehicle, we spent an entire day waiting for that repair, only to find that the TPMS light was still on. On our first drive home, we began discovering other issues that should have been identified before the vehicle was ever offered for sale. There was a clunking noise and broken glass in the trunk. The interior had clearly not been properly cleaned or detailed. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke; the steering wheel was coated in thick black residue and sticky to the touch. We ultimately spent more than $100 detailing the vehicle ourselves. We've made multiple trips from Salt Lake back to GP Motors in an effort to get these concerns addressed. Each time, we were told they would make things right, yet little to no progress was made. Eventually, we were referred to JD Tire, who was far more helpful and are working to fix the issues. JD Tire found that both CV axles are bad, leaking axle seals, and dirty transmission fluid. Given the number and condition of these issues, it is difficult to believe the vehicle underwent a thorough inspection before being sold. Had my boyfriend not purchased the warranty, we likely would be responsible for paying out of pocket for problems that clearly existed at the time of purchase. Which brings to me GP Motors' decision to process these repairs through our warranty, despite the fact that the problems existed before the sale and should have been corrected beforehand. Initially, we were told GP Motors would cover only the $100 deductible. After I posted a negative review, manager Khrisitan sent my boyfriend a text that came across as rude and unprofessional rather than focusing on resolving the situation. The following day, my boyfriend was told GP Motors would still cover the deductible, but that we would be responsible for $250 in additional costs, including a diagnostic fee and a transmission drain-and-fill service. My boyfriend pushed back again, saying it wasn't fair that we have to cover those costs. Later they texted him again to say they would cover the diagnostic fee after all, but we would still be responsible for the transmission service. In that text, the manager stated that the salesperson claimed the vehicle had been cleaned and test-driven before being sold and that no issues were found. Based on the condition of the vehicle when we took possession, we find that difficult to believe. The strong smoke odor and residue throughout the interior, the sticky steering wheel, and the broken glass in the trunk suggested otherwise. At the end of the day, we are still being asked to pay out of pocket for issues that existed when the vehicle was sold. We have had to repeatedly push for even partial assistance instead of seeing GP Motors proactively take responsibility for the condition of the vehicle. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from GP Motors. Get everything in writing, have the vehicle independently inspected before signing any paperwork, and do not rely on verbal promises. Based on our experience, GP Motors failed to properly prepare this vehicle for sale and has not handled the resulting issues fairly. We would not purchase a vehicle from them again.
