    2023 Kia Stinger Tribute Edition

I'm not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, but they were wrong! This is the absolute best Kia dealership I've ever visited. I haven't had the chance to use their service due to living a 12 hour drive away, but I wouldn't hesitate. We worked with Madi, Jennifer, and Nate. I saw a Ceramic Silver 2023 Kia Stinger GT2 and just had to have it. We contacted them, discovered there was NO MARKUP, and immediately started making plans. When we got there, Jennifer picked us up from the airport, and we had a great conversation on the way there. They were super helpful and friendly. Unlike the 6 California Kia dealers we went to, Young treated us like they have the privilege to sell us a car and not vice versa. We drove it back to CA from Utah, and I noticed what looked like condensation on the instrument screen and HUD, but it had actually warped. They paid for its repair, no questions asked. I let them know this was my dream car and that I didn't feel comfortable with the work the CA Kia dealer did on it. They were so understanding and, as a result, traded out the Ceramic Silver for an Ascot Green Tribute Edition (we did an actual trade). That process was even smoother than the first car! The care packages they sell ACTUALLY have value like window tint (Llumar, my family is full of EASTMAN scientists so BIG deal for me), front PPF, LoJack, and an incredible wheel warranty. I also got a hat, Kia thermo cups, and these delicious brookie cupcake cookies. I had such an incredible experience with Young Kia that I'd happily buy another car from them regardless of the state I reside. Thanks y'all, keep being the best. Pictured is the car we just got from them. It is the most beautiful Stinger I've ever seen. These greedy California dealers should take note from Young Kia if they want angry customers to stop review bombing their stores, just saying.

Our experience with GP Motors has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating…read more During the test drive, my boyfriend noticed the tires were severely sun-cracked and the TPMS light was on. He had to push GP Motors to replace the tires before we were willing to move forward with the purchase, and we were assured the TPMS issue would also be fixed. After buying the vehicle, we spent an entire day waiting for that repair, only to find that the TPMS light was still on. On our first drive home, we began discovering other issues that should have been identified before the vehicle was ever offered for sale. There was a clunking noise and broken glass in the trunk. The interior had clearly not been properly cleaned or detailed. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke; the steering wheel was coated in thick black residue and sticky to the touch. We ultimately spent more than $100 detailing the vehicle ourselves. We've made multiple trips from Salt Lake back to GP Motors in an effort to get these concerns addressed. Each time, we were told they would make things right, yet little to no progress was made. Eventually, we were referred to JD Tire, who was far more helpful and are working to fix the issues. JD Tire found that both CV axles are bad, leaking axle seals, and dirty transmission fluid. Given the number and condition of these issues, it is difficult to believe the vehicle underwent a thorough inspection before being sold. Had my boyfriend not purchased the warranty, we likely would be responsible for paying out of pocket for problems that clearly existed at the time of purchase. Which brings to me GP Motors' decision to process these repairs through our warranty, despite the fact that the problems existed before the sale and should have been corrected beforehand. Initially, we were told GP Motors would cover only the $100 deductible. After I posted a negative review, manager Khrisitan sent my boyfriend a text that came across as rude and unprofessional rather than focusing on resolving the situation. The following day, my boyfriend was told GP Motors would still cover the deductible, but that we would be responsible for $250 in additional costs, including a diagnostic fee and a transmission drain-and-fill service. My boyfriend pushed back again, saying it wasn't fair that we have to cover those costs. Later they texted him again to say they would cover the diagnostic fee after all, but we would still be responsible for the transmission service. In that text, the manager stated that the salesperson claimed the vehicle had been cleaned and test-driven before being sold and that no issues were found. Based on the condition of the vehicle when we took possession, we find that difficult to believe. The strong smoke odor and residue throughout the interior, the sticky steering wheel, and the broken glass in the trunk suggested otherwise. At the end of the day, we are still being asked to pay out of pocket for issues that existed when the vehicle was sold. We have had to repeatedly push for even partial assistance instead of seeing GP Motors proactively take responsibility for the condition of the vehicle. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from GP Motors. Get everything in writing, have the vehicle independently inspected before signing any paperwork, and do not rely on verbal promises. Based on our experience, GP Motors failed to properly prepare this vehicle for sale and has not handled the resulting issues fairly. We would not purchase a vehicle from them again.

On July 9, 2024 I purchased a 1965 Ford Ranchero from Haake Motors in Layton UT. The car was a consignment sale, but I was not able to pick it up until July 28 because the dealer got their own Utah title which was not necessary (remember it was a consignment sale). It gets even better. Haake Motors never sent the title to m y home state of Nevada until November 22, 2024, four months after I picked up the car. I previously called several times asking them to send the title. Total amateurs. I was assured the car was ready to go. After all, it was represented as a great driver in it's Las Vegas home. It was clean and appeared fine, and I checked under the hood for any apparent leaks. None found. All clean. I was told the AC was fine. I started the four hour drive back to my home and realized the air was not working, but decided to continue my trip. Within 50 miles the car was overheating. Under the hood the thermostat housing and water pump gaskets were leaking, and were cleaned up before I picked the car up. The AC hose fittings at the firewall were all hand loose, so the AC was never working. I got as far as St. George and ended up having the car transported to my home, 180 miles away. It was clear this car could not have been a Las Vegas driver...no AC and water gasket leaks. I called the dealer and spoke with the salesman telling him about my plight, and asked for consideration. Nothing ever happened. No follow-up from them. No concern. Nothing. Only a botched title transfer and vehicle misrepresentation.

I paid $3,000 for a warranty that barely did anything, still had to pay so much out of pocket for the new engine. They offered no help and acted like I wasn't a customer. Also went in for an oil change with them and they gave me a list of maybe 10 urgent things needed done with my car for about $4,000 and then I took it over to VW to have them check told them what happened to be thorough, VW only found one minor thing and showed proof. Would not recommend this service department or sales to anyone. Would recommend going next door to VW as they are much more precise and thorough and honest with you.

1 STAR - ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL…read more This place is a nightmare, and I regret ever bringing my car here. I initially went to this body shop on December 2nd just to get a quote. They took photos of the body damage and then told me I had engine damage that "had to be sent to their mechanic." I was told that was necessary to move forward, so I dropped my car off on December 5th. From that point on, communication was almost nonexistent. They sent me a body estimate and repeatedly told me they were "waiting on the mechanic." My insurance adjuster didn't even inspect the car until December 9th, yet Allstate issued a payment that same day -- a payment I never signed for, never authorized, and never agreed could be cashed. Weeks went by with no updates. On December 15th, they again claimed they were still waiting on their mechanic. Then I heard nothing until December 29th. When I told them I wanted to move my car to another shop due to the ridiculous delays, I was suddenly told I couldn't -- because they had already cashed the insurance check without my authorization. At that point, I didn't know better and felt trapped, so I reluctantly agreed to continue. Big mistake. They didn't submit the mechanic's estimate until January 5th, at which point they conveniently decided the engine issue "wasn't related to the accident" -- despite the fact that my engine had ZERO leaks before the accident. On January 8th, I demanded my check back and told them I would pick up my car on January 12th. I was told it would take two weeks to return the money. It is now January 28th, and I still do not have my check. To make matters worse, I contacted their corporate office and spoke to someone named Chris, who said he would "look into it." Instead of helping, he falsely told the body shop that I approved the repairs -- which I absolutely did NOT. The body shop then texted me claiming I had approved work and needed to bring my car back. That never happened. Let me be very clear: I never signed anything. I never authorized payment. I never approved repairs. This shop cashed a check without consent, stalled for over a month, withheld funds they have no right to, and then tried to cover themselves by falsely claiming I approved work. This is not just incompetence -- this is unethical business behavior. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, stay far away from this place.

After the car deal was done the previous owner drove our 2019 Tesla Model S approximately 80 miles putting more miles on it and getting 3 significant rock chips. The car was delayed due to them waiting for Safelite Auto Glass to fix the chip. They only fixed one of the 3 and it was a poor job. Our sales person, Isaac, agreed upon delivery that it was not a great fix. At this time we also pointed out a big scratch on the top of the trunk to which he said, "ya that's bad". There was a piece of window moulding on the back passenger side that was coming apart too. Isaac claims to have no recollection of any of this discussion. We were informed the tires needed to be replaced soon but this turned out to be in 2 weeks. That was not conveyed in the urgency to show the true nature of the condition. Isaacs comments were not only offensive but rude. He pointed out that once we took ownership it was our problem. Verbatim per his text "I don't remember that conversation....if everyone came to me a month or 2 after buying the car wanting things done I'd be out of a job". Keep in mind we discussed it with him upon pick up. We asked him to make it right which he refused to do. He reiterated that we purchased it "as is" and it is, I quote, "They filled the rock chip and that's what we did to fix it anything after that is up to you guys!" We clarified it was not fixed right and asked for consideration for him/them to make things right. This was when he went silent. This is an $80k+ vehicle. We have purchased several Lexus' and Volksagons from different states that were delivered to us in prestine condition with no problems. These cars were purchased sight unseen other than the listing. Our expectation from a TESLA dealer was the same or higher. They did not disclose anything except the chip and the understated condition of the tires. The ironic thing is the the moulding is covered by a service call from Tesla. EV Cars has insurance that should cover that window replacement that was their fault. They wouldn't be out anything but perhaps a deductible. The scratch was significant because the car has a $6,000 wrap that is ruined. He said at the pick up he could do something about it. We are fairly confident it happened when he placed a paperwork clipboard on it. We were referred by a close friend who had title issues with Isaac too. This friend is a Tesla Pro and is convincing several people to buy a Tesla and it would be a mistake to direct them to EV Cars. This experience has tainted our fun purchase and angered us by how we were treated and the lack of follow through. We understand there are risks in purchasing a car where we see the video of the car and take the reputation of Tesla and their relationships for granted and have never been burned. Tesla equals top notch vehicle, service and basically catering to the customer to us. Speaking of the video - in it he points out the charger in the trunk AND an "extra charger" that EV Cars throws in. That is on video from him. At pick up there was not an extra charger and he claims he never said there was. When referred to that video his response was it was a mistake and they never supply a charger. Isaac is a sneaky, lying, untrustworthy sales person. He lives by the stereotypical "used car salesman" mold. It is not a compliment. I am sure any response to this review will reiterate his text that we purchased it as is. True. And he is not a man of his word and negligent. Live and learn, when we saw how many things were unacceptable to us we should not have taken him at his word. He is an inexperienced very young sales person trying to work in a big world. #tesla #usedtesla #evcars #usedcars
