The nail tech started working but only asked my opinion at the end. I ended up saying I wasn't happy with one hand because it was asymmetric to the design on the other. He couldn't understand me and started to leave. I had to flag someone else down to translate. She ended up fixing my hand, however, she only did one layer of gel before the design, leading to color discrepancy between the two hands. Also, it's only been four days and the one layer is chipping badly. She also had attitude towards having to redo someone else's work, chastising me to speak up earlier. Pedicure wise, the tech did not give it enough time to dry. I walked out with smudged paint on a few nails. not noticeable from standing straight, but once I am seated I can see the smudges. Also, the massage chair was broken. Pedicure was their classic for $50. It was fine. Gel mani was $35 + $15 for design. Bill came out to $105 pre-tax. A little sus.

As soon as we walked in we were sat and taken care of. They are so nice there and friendly. The pedicure had a massage chair and she made sure to adjust the water for me even though I was scared to say it was too hot LOL! they give you a 10 minute foot massage after the clean up of the toes (which was nice and thorough) and they do a nice scrub as well. I was honestly shocked at how good my toes came out and to be honest the entire pedicure was pretty quick as well. When it came to my nails she took her time, and made sure that anything I wanted I got. I asked her for a different nude and for the French to be thin and that's exactly what she did!!
