I called legacy and spoke to them about my situation. They had a tech call me to go further in depth to make sure they assigned me the right tech, especially being Bosch. Omar was dispatched and immediately did his general inspections once arriving. Then he went into the attic where he started doing his diagnostics and found out the blower motor itself was dead even though proper voltage was being sent to it. (Common with Bosch units). After just owning this new home for 2 months, Omar was able to help with cost of the repair from the unit and work out with our independent home warranty to get the job done right. Omar was very thorough and explained and answered questions I had in regards to the parts and a/c unit, I appreciate his honesty and going out to get our blower motor and return to complete the job on our intricate bosch unit. I was told they would arrive between 1 and 4 PM. I even explained that if they came after 3:30, building security might not allow them up. By 2:30, I hadn't heard a word, so I called. I was told the technician was running late and that they might send a different technician. I was told someone would call me back. Nobody called. I called again and, after being passed around, finally reached the sales manager, Dan. Dan first told me they weren't coming because the approval had been denied. When I said I would contact the landlord to find out why, he then changed his story and said the job wasn't denied--it simply hadn't been approved yet. I asked him why an appointment was made in the first place if they were still waiting for approval. He had no clear answer. Dan was very nonchalant and made it seem like it wasn't a big deal that they wasted my day and lied several times. He was so comfortable letting me know they weren't coming that it seems like it is a regular things for their company. He feeds lies to people regularly.   After all of this, he had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to schedule another appointment. At that point, after wasting my entire day and making me chase them down just to find out they weren't coming, I had absolutely no interest in scheduling with them again. If you value your time, I would think twice before making an appointment with this company. I would not recommend them.

They were able to send Travis, a journeyman plumber, out the same day. From the start, I was impressed by his attention to detail and ability to quickly assess the situation. I hired Pure Plumbing on the spot for the emergency repair and the full water-line replacement that I knew would eventually be necessary. Although the company was booked through the following week, Travis made it clear that he would personally start and finish the job immediately if that was what it took. The project came with several unexpected complications, but Travis remained calm and resourceful, brainstorming practical solutions for every issue that arose. After a tremendous amount of digging, much of it done by Travis himself, he successfully replaced the entire water main line from my garage to the street. Travis truly went above and beyond at every stage, from the initial emergency repair through each challenge that followed. Pure Plumbing also kept me well informed throughout the process and was extremely helpful in coordinating with my insurance claim.
