He was so kind and genuinely cared about my situation; my car was broken into, stolen, then abandoned nearby. No broken windows either. They did it electronically, reprogramming my key fob in the process, and punching my lock in so I couldn't bypass it with my key. Apparently they're showing people how to do it on social media especially (the American-owned) TikTok and they won't take the videos down. They left all of my windows down and I couldn't turn on my car to put them back up again. I called around told my story and everytime I was quoted outrageous pricing after telling them what happened, which car I drove, and of course being a woman. It's really disgusting how some men treat women when it comes to cars & if they think you're desperate for help; they were trying to charge me car note prices to reprogram a simple car fob. Smh. But not Friendly Locksmith! It was affordable and fair. Roy came same day and ASAP after calling him & he reprogrammed my fob in about 10 minutes. I was able to put my windows back up and park my car back in my car port instead of on the street after having my car towed. He also helped me take my battery out of the car, because they like to repeatedly steal cars if it's easy for them (they'll have to tow it away or bring a battery with them next time ). With what copy of the key do I go with if I'm locked out? Very condescending and rude people. My advice, stay away. P.S - they will contact you multiple times to clarify the situation saying they have recordings of you.. after 2 hours I didn't even bother answering after getting another locksmith. Their demeanor completely changed after a review and may this be a sign to treat people with respect and kindness and not mediocre sarcasm by telling a customer to go to Home Depot when you're locked out your own house. At least think before you speak when you're representing "professionalism" especially on holidays.

A bit pricey ($125 or it might have been $150.) for maybe 15 - 20 minutes. It was his tone. He told me if the bars are going on bedroom windows you need quick release per the codes. I told him they're going in the living room. He said in some cities you even need quick release for the living room. Hey that's my problem. You just sell me what i'm asking for, and let me worry about the codes. If there's a fire in front, you just go out the back door. Sounds like he's trying to talk me out of buying anything. I am done with them. I found my bars elsewhere and they're fine, and cost less than their prices anyway. Can't be bothered to call the customer, OK, that's your loss buddy.
