Ok, so here's a little backstory: I have long hair. I love having long hair, but usually, hairstylists hate long hair and chop it all off. What did I do about this? I went 2 years without even a trim! Yes, you can imagine what a mess that was. It was so bad that I decided to have hope again and try a new hairstylist. This is when Ruzanna came in! She's a hair sorceress! She respected the length I was going for and did not remove even a millimeter more than what I asked for! I went from looking like Cousin Itt to a respectable human being again: my hair now has beautiful layers that perfectly frame my face, it's completely healthy again, not just looks wise, but when I'm on the go and just have time to wash and let it hair dry, it still looks amazing (because she understood what my natural hair texture was like and knew how handle it).
