Erik was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He also provided us with a quote for additional work, including digging and installing a new cleanout and repiping the kitchen and bathrooms. We really appreciated that he didn't pressure us for payment that day and instead focused on taking care of the immediate problem and helping us plan for the next steps. Erik also included repiping our AC drainage into the main drain and replacing a cracked laundry pipe. We truly appreciate his willingness to help us out.
