But he said the parts need to be replaced and it cost so high. Only my husband at home, so he paid. But after that we asked if this is reasonable to other plumber through our landlord, then they said the parts were exchanged a year ago and didn't need to replace this soon. They charged exorbitant fees. We were so shocked and disappointed that we paid unnecessary high fee. Be careful. They will estimate unreasonable when they think you don't know the market price. We will never go without having several place to estimate. --Update-- Thank you for taking time explaining what happened in detail. We are eventually happy with your service. We wish we had a time to ask few other estimates so we could understand better the fee was reasonable. I personally still puzzled though why the filter has a lot of food while we always remove food debris from dishes before putting in the dishwasher.

From the first time we met Nemo he exceeded our expectations. He gave us an honest assessment of our system and at no time did we feel he was making any recommendations simply for profit. After getting additional estimates to replace the entire sewer line we decided to hire E-Z Flow. Even though it was a big job (from crawl space underneith the home to the city connection at curbside), Nemo and his coworker handled everything with confidence and care -- and always with a smile. This was a four day job (Plus two days awaiting on the city to sign-off on permit!) that was completed on time for the agreed upon contract amount. We were provided with constant project updates via text with photos and videos. It's not easy to find a company you can trust right away, but E-Z Flow quickly earned that trust. He then presented a work plan in writing. He cut the in and out copper lines and connected them with a flexible connecter. A drain hose was also removed. I wanted a recessed box to house the Rinnai RXP tankless heater that I decided to purchase. Additional house framing was necessary in order to properly install the box. George from H&R Water Heater was honest and stated the framing part of the project would be delayed since the remodeler/framer was booked on multiple projects. Since my water heater was still working, I decided to wait until there was an opening for the installation. I'm very glad I did. On the day of the installation, George was on time and got right to work. I already warned my wife that we would not have hot water until the following day. Recently purchased an older home that had a washing machine drain into a sink in the garage. I had a friend add a direct drain for the washing machine and noticed that the water would drain, but sometimes overflow. We camera'd the drain and realized that there was corrosion about 11 feet in. My drain had no clean out and only roof access to the pipe. Alan came out super last minute and was able to access the drain from within the garage and hydrojet the clog within minutes! I truly appreciated Alan's quick response, last minute weekend service all for the same rate. He provided one year warranty on his work and I will definitely be using him again should the need arise. Proposed a two way clean out to allow access to service my main line with a hydrojetting service anytime I have a back up. After calling three companies with no luck, I contacted Fanti Sewer & Drains and spoke with Robbie, who was able to come out that evening. When he arrived, Robbie ran a camera through our main sewer line to inspect the pipe, and he let us watch the live video as he worked. This allowed us to clearly see what he was seeing inside the main sewer line. That's when we discovered the main issue. Our home was built in the 1950s and the original main sewer line was Orangeburg pipe, an older material made from compressed wood fiber and tar that tends to deteriorate over time. Robbie explained everything clearly, walked us through our options, and helped us come up with a plan. His crew started the work right away and completed the job in two days. They were very professional throughout the process. They did have to break part of the cement in our driveway to access the main sewer line, but they re-cemented it and left everything looking clean and well done. Robbie was very reasonable and great to work with. I definitely recommend Fanti Sewer & Drains.

They used hydro jetting to thoroughly clean the line and then ran a sewer camera inspection to make sure everything was fully clear. That gave us peace of mind knowing the job was done right. He called to see if I could find a plumber asap as there was a water leak. Right away I called 5 plumbers in the vicinity of Norwalk. Since it was Sunday morning I had to leave 4 voicemails. Thankfully this company I called last answered the phone live. Superman said he was just leaving & would stop by in about 10 minutes! Much to my relief he called back & immediately diagnosed the issue. Replace shower valve, thank goodness it was not worse. Once he fixed it, he sent me the invoice. I appreciated he did not demand immediate payment. Forwarded this to my boyfriend who was then able to see the details. Pull trim & replace shower valve cartridge. Clean any obstruction. Flush valve body. Lubricate & replace cartridge. Set temperature & reset trim. In addition, the existing shower handle Allen screw was stripped, so he was unable to remove the shower handle. Had to break the drill out in order to access the shower cartridge. A new shower handle & shower handle plastic attachment piece had to be purchased. There was no additional charge for the extra labor only the material $430.60 very reasonable. What a relief. I could now go about my day. When I went there the tenant said that it was fixed to his satisfaction. Thank you Superman plumber!

Well, I hear their commercials all the time on the radio, so it's true what they say, the jingle sticks with you: "Smell good plumber." The plumber came to my house, and let me tell you, my bathtub was clogged, but the water was still draining pretty consistently. So I thought, "Quick snake job and we're good." Nope, the guy struggled for 45 minutes and kept giving me reasons why it wasn't draining. To make things worse, he left my bathtub in even worse condition, and now it won't drain at all. He told me that to fix it, a team would have to come on Monday. I'm thinking, "It's Friday, it's Super Bowl weekend, and I'm hosting." I told him no, and a few minutes later, he said he could have a team come tomorrow, but I politely said no. I went to Yelp right away and searched for the closest plumber near Norwalk, and Flush You Plumbing in Cerritos came up. I spoke to the owner, William, told him what happened, and he said he would send his team as soon as they finished their other jobs. I respected that since it was an emergency call. I called them around 2:42pm, and William's team, Manny and Frank, arrived at about 5:25pm according to my Ring camera. They fixed the problem in 15 minutes. William, Manny, and Frank, thank you so much for helping us this evening. I was informed by the first company that they would need to perform a small excavation at the joint as there was a major shifting of the pipes. When I showed Jasper the previous endoscoping camera video, he didn't believe that would be needed. After Jasper arrived, he went straight to the cleanout pipe that was affected. He performed the camera scoping as agreed upon and was explaining all his findings to me in real-time, such as minor cracks, some separation in some of the older pipings, and the uncertain debris, which highly appeared as either cement or rocks. He did recommend hydro-jetting and provided me time to think about. After deciding to do it, he performed it and rescoped it, showing the debris had been cleared at that section. Down-to-earth business owner. For those considering, always look around and don't be afraid to send any camera recordings to others businesses to assess. From the first time we met Nemo he exceeded our expectations. He gave us an honest assessment of our system and at no time did we feel he was making any recommendations simply for profit. After getting additional estimates to replace the entire sewer line we decided to hire E-Z Flow. Even though it was a big job (from crawl space underneith the home to the city connection at curbside), Nemo and his coworker handled everything with confidence and care -- and always with a smile. This was a four day job (Plus two days awaiting on the city to sign-off on permit!) that was completed on time for the agreed upon contract amount. We were provided with constant project updates via text with photos and videos. It's not easy to find a company you can trust right away, but E-Z Flow quickly earned that trust. They worked with our schedule to get started and kept in contact with us. All work was finished in a day. The patch work was not part of the contract but set us up with one to get the patch work complete. My only recommendation for future would be to remind customers it is not included so that the patch work can be scheduled ahead to happen shortly after work is complete. Although, the patchwork was only a few days after. We just covered up the outside holes until someone came. Noted a couple of issues that popped up shortly after work was done, but they came back and fixed it right up. Overall, a pleasant experience, good value, and would recommend them.
