Wash didn't clean my car. Brushes also ripped off the rear wiper blade on my SUV. Immediately filed the incident, followed up a day later, no contact from company. Ended up ordering part and fixing myself for $20. Definitely do not recommend this express wash. This wash will damage your car! After six different visits where I heard everything from "we'll buff out the scratches at the owner's dealership" to "we had your wrong number" to "we're going to do nothing" I am now left with scratches on my week old car. And these scratches are from this wash - they are all parallel (about a 45 degree angle) and above the doors on both sides of the car - the place where the large cloth washers would have the most contact/pressure. The dealership didn't sell me the car, just a week before, this way and I hadn't washed it yet, and was just enjoying having a nice new car - I thought a wash would be good for it on the way to work. Well... 20 minutes after this wash I have about 20 tiny scratches. My advice is to skip the $4 (now it's $2) wash at this place - any damage it might cause will get you the same result, "nothing" (except frustration from fruitless follow ups and the cost to buff it out at a body shop!) read more

I use this car wash a couple of times a week. Great wash for the price and I love the vacuums. I would have given them 5 stars and have considered the new unlimited wash package, but I was really unhappy that they forgot to tape down the rear wiper the 2nd week I got my new car and it broke off the whole wiper!!! I needed a quick wash so I decided to try this location out than my usual car wash location. I pull up to find 2 guys arguing instead of directing me on to the track. He waves at me to continue forward but still not directing me so I can be sure I'm on the proper path for the track because they were still arguing. I find it very unprofessional to be arguing in front of your customers. Well, in the middle of the car wash the machines stop, is that normal at this location. Reading complaints on here I'm surprised. The business is called "your express car wash". For the money you can't get a better value clean. For those with broken items it seems they didn't report when it happened, if I was a car wash owner I sure wouldn't replace every wiper someone claims happened days ago. But I also remove my own antenna and fold my own mirrors as the signs recommend YOU do. Person complained that their rims weren't spotless lol, no spray wash in the world will get wheels as clean as elbow grease, hence the recommended towels to use after the wash. Remove you antennas and loose parts yourself, fold mirrors yourself, vacuum yourself, dry yourself. You just don't have to wash yourself, that's what this place does excellent. read more

This is a very good car wash for the price. I like that they have someone at the beginning of the wash to scrub the buggy areas and they get the back window. I have an SUV so it has that weird bump out at the top that makes car washes miss the top half of my back window. You HAVE to park and finish drying your car though. I've gotten away with not doing it at other car washes, but this wash left a ton of water marks with just driving away. the value here is in the price. This is my new go-to car wash. read more

Recently I purchased a one month unlimited car washes for $19.99. The first time I went to use it the car wash was down. okay, I get it, I'll come back. Granted I live about 15 minutes away. Another thing the money is not an issue here. I went back this past Wednesday 6/8/22. Again it was still down. Asked if I could extend my monthly pass for one week due to my time, gas, and convenience when I was in the area. One of the workers approached me and asked if I needed anything. He was a black worker and very polite and he would ask the manager if he could help me out. So the manager, I guess, wearing a red Take 5 Car Wash shirt approached me and listened to my concern. He told me there was nothing they could do. He also said it's not their fault that the equipment is down. I asked him if I could get just one week extended. Was told it wouldn't be fair to the other customer. What kind of response is that??? I said if 20 other customers came and expressed the same opinion as me would it then be a problem? Bottom line is No!! Here's where it get's good. Another worker was slowly walking up to us to here the conversation. Short white kid. He started getting mouthy with me. I still had my windows down since I had my dogs in the car and was listening to what he had to say. He told me that he takes care of his car himself with a thumb up and said he didn't want to deal with customers like me and put his thumb down. Like I was a loser. And laughing at me like I was the idiot. All I did was request one extended week due to my inconvenience. Bottom line to this poor customer support is this. Will finish out my month, if I can, due the equipment failure. Which again is not their fault. Sure it's not the workers fault. I get that. I introduced this place to several friends and my girlfriend. My girlfriend has a renewal on her credit card each month. She's going to cancel after my episode. I'll mention it to my other peers as well. I'm sure they will follow suit. All because they couldn't extend my time for ONE week. Was told the computer wouldn't allow them to do that. I go here a lot because in my opinion all the ones in Rockwall suck! There are no $5ish express car washes in Rockwall and I just ain't feelin' Hacienda. And we all know about Horizon (boo!). I also hit it up either on the way to/from my workouts at L.A. Fitness nearby. I must say they are generally nice men working here. The vacuum area is clean. The vacuums have good suction. No air pressure dealywhoppers, just vacuums. The trash cans never seem to overflow. They usually have a guy stationed to brush down the front of your car but more often they either miss it or I have to request it.They have add-ons too. Pretty well priced. They had a "shine n dry" or something deal for like $2 more and that shine bottle lasted me a long time. The towel was a small, disposable one BEST THING IS....I am out of this world for their recent as far as I know $2 Turtle Wax basic wash. Can't beat that with a stick people. Perhaps since the new competition opened down the street a bit is the reason for this ahhhh-maze-ing deal. You can't beat that! Do not come here! The employees are very unprofessional! I've been a regular customer at this location for a while and never had an issue until today. I put a $20 bill in the cash dispenser to pay for the $10 "super wash" and was supposed to get $10 back, but it only gave me $5 back. I told two of the employees what happened, and they said they would check the surveillance cameras. As I was still speaking to them with the window rolled down, they hurriedly rushed my car into the car wash drive through to where soap and water got all over me and inside my car! I was soaked! Made a mistake going here. After getting wash went home and parked on driveway. On the way into house found the front bumper had been severely scratched by the brushes that whrill around the front of your car. Paint is missing down to base coat in several long streaks. I had the same trouble with my car as MANY of the folks with reviews on here and on Google reviews - car wash ripped off the front grill and car wash did not respond to my near 25 attempts to contact them, the attendant finally told me they decided they are not responsible. My vehicle had just been in for a complete buff the week before, had the lights shined and grill too, so it was in PERFECT shape. I am so upset with this car was. Last year January they brushed my car with that big brush and it scratched my trunk. I never got a incident report and it was never fixed, in December I went thru thee was my car got hung up on a white work hard hat and the employees had to Jack my car up to get it from under my car. If you expect your wheels (or "rims" as people call them) to be clean when you buy a level of clean that includes "wheel cleaning" you will be sorely disappointed at this car wash. When I brought this to the attendant after the wash but before using the "free" vacuum, he said they would run it back through for me even though admitting their machine didn't clean wheels (rims) only tires. However their entry system doesn't have a live attendant and I was unable to get the attendant at the start of the wash to see me. Had a car behind me and couldn't back out. Stupid me paid for another wash expecting to get a refund or credit when I talked to the attendant. The answer was NO. So I told them I wasn't ever coming back and they just blew me off. So-called Manager (Franklin or Frankie Perez is very unprofessional actually used curse words towards me, because I asked for additional taping of the rear wiper....it always comes loose and slams against the rear glass or breaks off. This place is horrible. Been going there before they started recycling the water. Went there yesterday ad usual and while going through heard a loud clunk, thought nothing of it. Went to clean all the water spots of the windows and saw damage at the rear edge of my hood. New Chevy Equinox. Now I know what the loud thunk was. So I went to the place and asked for the manager. After she blew smoke in my face she pointed at the window and emerged was an individual who claimed to be the Manager. I asked him If he ea Was highest on site and he had no clue what I was talking about. Asked him who the VP of Operations, President, CEO, he replied what's that. My Ford F150 got a broken front windshield after going through the carwash. While I was in the carwash I actually heard the bang of something hard in the brushes hitting the windshield. I went to speak with the attendant who was very rude and just pointed to the extremely tiny sign at the beginning of the carwash that stated they are not responsible for damage to vehicles. Ok, I can understand they won't take responsibility for damage and they do have a sign posted, however they just denied that anything happened and refused to even look at the brushes and inspect the machine to see what may have been tangled up in the brushes and caused the damage. I go regularly to this car wash and generally it works out really well but I just now left there and I have to tell you that the staff is terrible. The guy who waves you onto the track and into the car wash could not of been more rude. He literally looked at me, waved his hands as fast as he could to hurry me along, and pointed to his wrist as if to say I don't have all day and I was just driving normally trying to get onto the track. This place is absolute garbage. I tried it today for the first time and was completely disappointed. The attendants didn't bother to remove my antenna, they only folded in one of my mirrors and they didn't bother to tape down my back windshield wiper. I honestly should have gotten a clue whenever I pulled around to enter the wash and the attendant was sitting on the ground smoking a cigarette looking like he didn't want to be there. I pulled into the wash it smelled absolutely horrible as if they were using water from the sewage. The wash itself was extremely short which I found that unusual. But the worst part was when I pulled around to the vacuums and started drying my car off there was a film all over my car. I probably could have complained and ran back through the wash and got some more of the film on my car but no thank you, I'll just take it to another car wash and never use this one again! read more

I picked the $10 super wash with the $3.00 dry.The machine wash was ok, as i exit the wash i did not see where to go for the $3 dry, so i pulled to the front where there was an employee. I asked him about it and he told me " you are suppose to ask me for it at the front (before the wash)" and he hands me a larger paper towel. then he says " i am not going to dry your car for a dollar" i replied that it was not a dollar but three dollars. I start to walk to the office because i had a few questions, ask but he cuts me off, he ask me "what do you want" and i reply my $3 back and i hand him the paper towel back, he pulls out his wallet and hands me $3.00 back. I go to a lot of car washes like this one and usually I'm very satisfied. This is the worst one I've ever been to. The staff has no idea what's going on. The car was is fully functional about 50% of the time I've been there and my car always comes out sopping wet. The experience at this car wash is terrible and I don't go here anymore.
