That alone told me a lot about the kind of business he runs. He took the time to look at everything, explained what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and what did not. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice. Fabian was the technician who came out to do the work, and he did an excellent job. He installed new springs, new brackets, replaced the rollers, leveled the garage door, and made sure everything was running smoothly and safely before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work because he was detailed, careful, and made sure everything was done right. The garage door is now quieter, smoother, and perfectly level. They deserve 0 stars. We called and arranged for a visit for a quote yesterday October 15, 2025. At the last minute, Jason canceled. He asked for us to rebook for "tomorrow," as in October 16, 2025. Again, he didn't show or communicate until the last minute of the time window. His excuse this time was that he was out of town. No matter the reason, why book TWICE and have someone stay home to meet with him when he had no intentions of showing up? His offered excuse was that he was out of town. How do you not realize you're out of town, book two appointments, and then bail twice last minute? Giant red flags. Super unprofessional. I hope it's not a sign of sexism, but I will not rebook with them. If you are a woman who's the homeowner, stay away. read more

There are various type of garage door opener, don't expect a straight forward and clear or God forbid honest proposal- if you are not careful- expect a fast move for profit. I had an opener put in by Your Garage Door Guy about 7 years ago and was very pleased, so when I was having issues with it closing I reached out to him again. Jason let us know that it was time for a while new door, track, and opener. That was Friday and the work was scheduled for Monday morning. How surprised was I when I got a message from Daniel letting me know he was going to be there between 7:45 and 8. Usually I'm waiting all day for workers to come. He showed up at 7:40 and got to work. He was very professional, friendly, and did a great job. He even swept out the garage completely when he was done! This is actually the second time I've used "Your Garage Door Guy." A while ago my garage was having issues due to a "love tap" from my car. A tech came by and we settled on putting a couple of support beams to strengthen the garage. (I chose this option because of financial reasons at the time). Fast forward a couple of years, and the band-aid was no longer working, and it was time to get the entire system replaced. I called them back and spoke with Jason, the owner. I was glad that he immediately answered the phone, but what impressed me the most is his excellent communication! I texted (which was appreciated) him some pictures and dimensions, and he immediately set up an appointment with me for the next day. I told him that I had to work at 9am, so he arranged it so that the technician would be there at 8:30. Daniel, the tech, gave me a heads up about his arrival. I told him to just open the side door to the garage and start working. He did that, and I met him as I was leaving for work. Super nice and trustworthy guy! He did his work while I was at work, and left the remote and paperwork inside the garage. This shows how reputable these guys are when you can trust them to do the work when I'm not even at home! When I got home, I was THRILLED! I got a 2" insulated garage door with windows. It is beautiful! Also got an updated motor because mine was about 20 years old. I texted Jason because I was upset that it was so quiet. (I like my appliances loud and brash so I know that they are working). Plus, now I can't annoy my upstairs tenant every time I open the garage! (Hopefully readers will sense my sarcasm). I feel like the garage door is stronger than many of my inside walls. I resisted the urge to call all of my friends and have a "garage door warming party." Was also briefly toying with the idea of installing a ceiling fan, moving into the garage, and renting out the master bedroom... but no. Through this process, I told both Jason and Daniel that I wanted to tint the windows because my garage faces the West and gets super hot during the summer. They both said that the tint would significantly reduce the heat, and they said to get the tint from Auto Zone and do it myself. I did that, and sent Jason a text to see if the windows were single or double pane. He immediately responded, and even called me to make sure I was doing things correctly. He was super supportive of my decision for doing it myself, instead of paying the $360 to have their people do it. Big thanks for Jason and Daniel for being awesome and looking after the customers best interest! All in all, I am very happy with this investment, and would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a new garage. I would also say, go with the best quality, (which I should have done a few years ago, instead of the "band-aid"). It's kind of funny, when you go to work and start bragging about your new garage door! As you can probably tell, I am super stoked about them and their product, hence the small book that I just wrote. I just wish my friends were like Jason who gets back to you immediately, is very helpful, and has communicative skills bar none! Thanks again, Eric. Jason Did is a great guy and awesome business runner. Very courteous, punctual and our repair person Jimmy was the best. Came in... Did the job no hassles and in the end I made the payment and we were set. We had another repair guy come in claiming that our clicker was bad and tried to charge us over a grand for a 50 dollar clicker plus some rollers. Called Jason, right away he knew it wasnt the clicker but the actual main logic board as they are prone to go bad.... Ended up replacing the entire board setup, clickers and rollers for 10% LESS than what the other wanted for HALF the work. WOW Alot of scam artists out there. I called for a quote. Jason got right back to me and had someone at my house that same day. Jimmy showed up. He explained everything that needed to be done and showed me a the rollers and hinges that needed to be replaced. He also showed me how the spring i had was the wrong size and suggested a better spring. Jimmy didnt mind me watching him work, not to check up on him. I just like to learn things too. Jimmy was here maybe 1.5 hours. He tested everything and adjusted my motor so everything ran smooth and much quieter than what i had. I highly recommend this company and Jimmy. My father in law contacted Jason who I believe is the owner to fix our garage door that would not close all the way. My father in law is an older man who doesn't speak English well and isn't use to hiring repair techs. Jason told him he had fixed the issue. What he did was manually close the door. That was it. He charged him $299. After he left my FIL asked for a receipt he received a text that read. Crashed door Bring door down safely Lock on tracks No warranty $299. He tried to reach Jason again because garage didn't stay closed. He said he'd come back and never did. Ended up calling another company who not only fixed the issue of the garage not closing completely in minutes. Later that day I received a text saying he could have someone out the following morning between 10 and 12 am.
