The smoky flavor was incredible, the seasoning reached all the way to the bone, and the tenderness was absolutely perfect. Every bite was packed with flavor. In fact, I would put your ribs above some of Milwaukee's longtime favorites, including Speed Queen, Ashley's and Double B's. That's not a statement I make lightly. For the price of the meal, the quality was extremely low. One of my worst meals this year. If I was a chef - I'd be embarrassed this left my kitchen. Lastly, ordered a prickly pear cocktail.
