If you're looking for good food, right place. If you're looking for eye appeal and ambiance wrong place. Three friends , my wife and I had dinner there 2/3/2023. I picked the place based on Yelp reviews. It did not disappoint. My wife and I arrived first. When we pulled up we both glanced at each other and was like, oh my God. We were waiting on our friends to arrive and decided to drive the neighbor hood to see what it was like. The neighborhood was the same. We went back to the restaurant waiting on our friends to arrive. When my friends arrived the first thing they asked was have you eaten here before. I said no, I picked the place based on Yelp reviews. When we entered the restaurant there is a motorcycle sitting in the dining room. We we're going to sit down but the proprietor told us we had to place our order at the counter first. Hesitantly, we ordered about $100 worth of food. Oh my God, this was some of the best Thai food that I've had since I've been in Houston. This is a prime example of a hole in the wall with the "Bomb" cuisine. Period point blank!!! read more

I could've sworn I had already left my review for this spot, and I'm surprised that I haven't! I was in the memorial area with my girl and we were stuck playing the "what do you want to eat?" game. We both love food, but for once I had a definitive craving for Thai, and she wanted Chinese. After Googling and reading about this place, we were on our way. It was a little hard to spot, but to me that's sometimes a good sign of a legit hole in the wall. We came in around 1pm on a Saturday and we were the only customers there. We looked briefly at the menu and we both decided quick. I went with the Spicy Basil Noodles and she went with the Kung Pao Chicken. I looooved mine, and it had a nice solid kick to it but nothing crazy. She def enjoyed hers too. I could've inhaled the entire plate but I went out of my way to leave myself some for later. Great authentic Thai food! Fast service! Great neighborhood Asian restaurant! Different spicy level! Its so good

If you don't mind a sketchy location and an off used building that is housed everything from a donut shop to a taco stand. We finally have a winner. I have only tried the sesame chicken, but found it absolutely wonderful and somewhat different than what I am used to from Chinese restaurants. I suppose it is the influence. The rice was particularly wonderful and the egg roll was juicy and big. I'm anxious to go back and try more . This place has more burglar bars than San Quentin. It doesn't make me want to go there after dark. But they do have a drive-through and that's something. I hope they are successful enough to move to a more family, friendly location someday. Your Kitchen is a small, simple and very clean Thai/Chinese restaurant with fantastic service and delicious food!!!! They have a good selection of both Thai food and Chinese but the menu is not overwhelming is just perfect. They food has perfect seasoning (I believe they make many of the Thai seasonings in-house. Portions are great and very good value. I wanted to try many things on my first visit so ended up with lots of yummy food to take home. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Love the yellow curry here it's so authentic and fresh. The area looks a little sketchy but it's not and the food here is amazing. This is my little hidden gem in the memorial area. The service is always really quick as well. 10/10 do recommend. read more

Today I picked up Chinese food from this mom and pop restaurant for a staff birthday luncheon. The restaurant serves Chinese and Thai dishes. I have seen and driven by this restaurant at the corner of Bunkerhill and Long Point Rd. many times but never stopped by. I am very picky with my Chinese food and this place is very good. The Sesame chicken did not disappoint! I usually don't like spicy anything but the chicken had a nice kick to it. We ordered 3 Sesame chicken with fry rice, 1 Thai basil and tofu fried rice, and Thai noodle soup. For a party of 5 and no drinks cost approximately $60.00 not bad at all for 5 people. I have not eaten at the restaurant but will be returning soon to do so. I recommend you try it yourself and let us know your thoughts. read more

Absolutely my favorite pad kee mao style dish in Houston, listed as basil noodle in the menu. I love Thai spice and I'm most places usually go the hottest to get it where I like, here I go medium or maybe hot if I'm feeling brave. It can definitely vary by visit but I think that's just a sign of real spice usage and how they can vary. Otherwise I've had a few appetizers that were also good, but I particularly like the cheese roll with whatever that tasty side sauce is that comes with it. Small little local business. Don't judge the book by it's cover when it comes to appearances both outside and inside of this restaurant. Food was decent and service is good. We had the a couple of dishes and one being the curry with shrimp dish and eggplant. The sauce to this curry dish needed to be a little thickened for our taste but the over all dish was good. The drunken noodle or Pad Se Ew (flat thick rice noodles stir fried) was delicious and would recommend this dish. We always like to find small businesses and support them with a review.
