Margie and the team are highly reliable. They offer a range of Pet Care while you're away, while you're in town, or need a regular dog walker. Margie is very thorough in her onboarding to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings. They go to great lengths to work as a team to resolve issues but are not hesitant to reach out to me at any time. A few things I like are they do report cards every time they come to the house and that the rates feel very reasonable for all that is included. Our family can leave our beloved dogs and cats at home, knowing they are in great hands. I highly recommend this team not only for the excellent customer service but also for the professionalism with which they handle everything. Thank you, TLC!!

How would they know what to do if they had never been to my apartment before? Randy (the owner) came to my apartment before the first visit and took copious notes about what to do. He asked that I buy a lock box on Amazon and place it somewhere in the garage of my building with my keys inside for the pet sitter. I'm used to giving my keys to my pet sitters, but this is actually pretty convenient because it means that I can get my key back right away when I come home. There have been a couple pet sitters who have been to my place, but Anna has been there the most. All of them post updates with photos that appear on the app that you can download on your smartphone (you also get an email copy of this as well). I feel like Anna has really gotten to know my kitty and I appreciate that she really seems to enjoy spending time with her. The other convenient thing about this pet sitter is that you can request the dates of your pet sits online and also you can pay for them with credit card afterwards.

It's also nice to know that groups are more intimate so I know my dogs as well as the other dogs staying with them get all the affection and attention they can get! We took our little boy Enzo there for boarding. We hadn't ever left him for more than a night or 2…read more- so to say the least we were wrecks... We took him a few times for daycare before we left and he loved it. They were very attentive and he got to play with other dogs and still got his scratches and pets. He wasn't all that excited to leave. We will continue to bring him for daycare so he can see his new doggie and human friends. Enzo boarding experience was just as great as daycare. They continually send pictures and let us know how he was doing but we could see from his face he was having a grand time. We are so relieved to have a place to leave our precious little boy knowing that he is safe, happy and very well taken care of!!! Thank you House of Mutts!!!

She is professional, responsible and reliable and loves the doggies she cares for. She sometimes even sleeps on a chair in the living room, so she can be right by them. She is very accommodating and responsive, and I feel very comfortable in leaving my babies with her, and I travel for long periods at a time. She has to give eye drops to one of them, and that is no problem at all. She takes great care of my dogs and they love her. I have 3 dogs, and I am always afraid they won't want to come home with me after a stay at Denise's. Highly recommended.
