We booked our appt for March 14th back in early to mid January. The day before, the spa needed to make a time change for our group and we moved it to one hour later than originally planned. No issues on our end. They communicated it clearly and even added foot massages due to the change. All of the technicians we had were great. I had Ruby and she was fantastic from beginning to end. I would go out of my way to request her again. I was super relaxed and felt very refreshed at the end. There were some guests that were there before us who were very talkative and social while getting their hair dried in the back at the end of their service. Because the space in the back is fully open to where people are getting their treatment it was a bit distracting and harder to relax until they left the spa. It could help if quiet rules were enforced to make sure all patrons at all stages of their service are getting the most peaceful experience throughout. Overall great first head spa experience. I'd be happy to come back!

The whole floor, including the entrance, were very cramped. It felt like one wrong move, one sneeze and I was going to disturb or knock into other patrons. It is very tight! Unfortunately, I did not find this experience relaxing at all. Ultimately, it felt more like a glorified facial rather than a head spa. It felt like my technician was everywhere and nowhere, seemingly not remembering the order of things. During the treatment, I began to feel a line of burning along my upper back and arms. Come to find out afterwards that I experienced chemical burns that coincides where the table/water line meet. There were just so many products used. I am not someone who is sensitive to products so this came as a surprise to me. When I pressed for information on brands, type of lotion, etc. both the technician and receptionist seemed clueless on what products their salon was stocked with. For the price I paid and the experience I had, I can't justify returning or recommending this establishment to anyone else.

Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. They bleed because they have too much pigment and are super wrinkly making them look old I now miss my colorless natural lips. This has been so horrible for my mental health. Unfortunately, this was the worst massage I've had here. The massage therapist used way too much pressure than was needed and was too aggressive. She also focused on techniques and areas I specifically mentioned I didn't want and did not focus on what I requested, which made the session uncomfortable. The head massage was also not what I expected. Instead of an actual massage, she mostly scratched my scalp the entire time. When she worked on my neck, the pressure was extremely intense and she squeezed so hard that it honestly made me feel worried something might get injured. Another issue was that when the massage oil dried up, very little was reapplied, so there was a lot of uncomfortable friction during parts of the massage. Did not ask about any focus points or pressure for the entire hour. Did basically a full body massage and did not use the hot stones. Had more firm pressure and did use much lotion to create the smooth sweeping motions consistently. Overall massage was nice but behind my calves felt a bit off. The Est. Came in toward the end of the massage to set up which was distracting because lights came on and additional noise in the room. She did not explain anything that was happening during the entire facial and I even indicated it was my first time having this type of facial. Facial was conducted and more of a face massage and quick scalp massage that occurred. Face did feel smoother after the service. I still return to the day spa for my monthly treat to self - I think the overall experience starting off to how it ended during the transaction caused for a lesser star otherwise massage and facial did its job.
