I made reservation for the Diamond Glow Facial 2 weeks before for Monday at 4 pm and requested Olga based off reviews. I received a reminder text the morning of and sent my confirmation text back. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted by Olga. She was extremely nice and told me what the Diamond Glow Facial included which was the microdermabrasion, light peel, facial massage, etc. all about 60 mins. Tip: Do not wear a necklace because they really massage your neck and chest. The massage was awesome. It was not half-assed at all!! She took her time, went into my shoulders, upper back and scalp. I've had a microdermabrasions before so I knew the process. The light peel...never done any peels before but Olga said no downtime and just to moisturize often. Didn't feel anything crazy at the time of the facial. So, we shall see. The whole experience was so relaxing and comfortable. I like that at the end that there were no sales pitch and no pushing me to buy any products. It was more of hope you enjoyed it and will come back for more. Which, I will. We booked our appt for March 14th back in early to mid January. The day before, the spa needed to make a time change for our group and we moved it to one hour later than originally planned. No issues on our end. They communicated it clearly and even added foot massages due to the change. All of the technicians we had were great. I had Ruby and she was fantastic from beginning to end. I would go out of my way to request her again. I was super relaxed and felt very refreshed at the end. There were some guests that were there before us who were very talkative and social while getting their hair dried in the back at the end of their service. Because the space in the back is fully open to where people are getting their treatment it was a bit distracting and harder to relax until they left the spa. It could help if quiet rules were enforced to make sure all patrons at all stages of their service are getting the most peaceful experience throughout. Overall great first head spa experience. Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Not only did we get the full 2 hour treatment, they also did advanced face massage, as well as leg and feet massage. The place is small but so incredibly cozy. We started off with a heated eye mask and scalp massage, followed by a face and neck massage, leg massage, and then a thorough double cleanse and conditioner.
